The manager, Aaron, was amazingly helpful. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my Volvo S60 and what I could do to correct the issue. O'Reilly made an excellent choice hiring this young man and promoting him to the manager. Best experience I've ever had in an auto parts store!

I had a great experience at your store last week on Saturday. Your employee (john, james?) was kind and found me the exact part I needed for my Honda and gave advice on how to install. Good employees need to be recognized.

Went in for some carb cleaner, and the guy on duty said, hey, we have that on sale. And got me 2 cans that saved me $4. I'll be back for sure.

My car died a block away at Myrna's. Both AutoZone and Advanced were not willing to go a block away to test the battery. O Reilly shuttled me down, tested and replaced the battery without hassle.
