I was assisted by Jason today. Went into the store needing a new battery for my wife's car. Jason was very helpful in recommending a battery for her car. Once outside to install the battery for me, Jason was very methodical in his work and did not rush the job. He made sure that everything was replaced as it previously had been and that everything fit where it needed to. Jason also performed the free testing on the vehicle after it was a last minute request. Advance Auto will continue to receive my business especially due to the experience with Jason today.

Leaving the grocery store, climbing into my car,and click.....dead battery.... fortunately,my son was near and gave me a jump ....went right to Advance and Josh replaced my battery and had me on my way home before any of my frozen stuff thawed out!! Great job at a great price!! Thank you!!

It was good. Been there a few times for other stuff in the past. Had to go this time to pick up headlights for someone. They ordered and paid for them, was waiting for Advance to call and say they were in. A week and half later stopped to see, ya they were sitting there on the shelf, they never called to say the headlights were in.Got them and helped the person install them.

Had to look up my own purchase I was looking for. But to be fair auto parts stores are lacking in product knowledge! I ve ordered from all parts stores in the area and several times the part was wrong when I picked it up!

Frank and India were incredibly kind and helpful when I came in tonight!! They helped me find the exact part that I needed and Frank even helped me install it, and explained things to me very kindly when I didn t know the exact name of the part that I needed.

We have 3 auto supply stores in a three block area. They are all pretty good so I look for the sales. Advance is usually well stocked.

So I asked for them to run a diagnostic test on my car, because several lights are ON. They said they don't have the equipment to test this. So, I went to O'Rileys Auto Parts and they tested it immediately and found the issue in5 minutes.

They don't keep your records. Only for a year. If you buy something that life time. You must keep your slips go to auto zone they get the records forever

Great service. The Sales Associates (Steve and ?) were extremely helpful, pleasant and efficiently resolved my battery problem and got me back on the road. Aways a great place for sales and service.

Love this. Pretty decent prices, the store and parking lot were clean. The associates were really nice and helpful. Tommy was the associate who helped me out.

Terrible they quit giving free replacement brakes so I went to AutoZone where they give lifetime free brakes for that specific vehicle I'll never shop at advanced auto again and I'll tell all my friends
