Although the repairs took longer than expected, all staff members were very personable and professional. I trusted them entirely and did not doubt that they had my best interest in mind. Thank you Freysinger!

Forgive the rant. I promise I'm not crazy. Freysinger Collision Center: Amateur work at a premium price. Even though they were not certified by my insurance company as a service partner, I chose Freysinger because they were specifically GMC (like my new truck that someone smashed into), and Steve was friendly and took the time to show me all the specifics on damage. They also were a few hundred dollars cheaper than my other estimate, not that it matters, because i wasn't paying for the repair. However later, it became an issue when they charged me the total based off of their competitors estimate. The first time they told me my truck was done, i showed up to find the front wheel was still damaged and covered in primer over spray. But the bigger issue was the chips and dings on the new clear coat that they applied. Steve said it wasn't a big deal, that it was just dirt in the clear coat, and to bring it back next week, after the clear coat "cures" and they'll fix it while i waited. So i paid in full, a couple hundred more than what they quoted actually, which wasn't right and i said so. But i didn't want to argue much, because i had to bring the truck back later to be fixed correctly. The next week i contacted Steve, so i could bring the truck in to be fixed. He responded saying they were really busy, and to contact him again the following week. The following week i brought the truck in, and they gave me a loaner car so i could leave the truck. Two days later, they called and said the truck was done. I ran my hand over the side of the truck and still felt all chips and craters in their clear coat. Somewhere in the realm of a couple dozen spread across the doors and fender. Best way i can explain it, was like someone shot my truck with a rock salt gun. I pointed it out to Steve, and he was disappointed, but agreed it was bad. Now here's where i get into argument with Tim, another associate at Freysinger. He actually came out to the truck, saw the damage, and yelled at me!?!? He said "We can't get it perfect! It's not like we have a million dollar paint booth in there!!" I reminded him that before i paid them, they assured me they could get it perfect, that's why i hired them. So, i left the truck overnight.. Again! The next day i came back to find that they did smooth out the craters, but there was, and still are ripples in the clear coat where they filled in the craters. It looks like they took a nail polish applicator and stippled in a little here and there. I gave up, took the keys to my truck and left. Now, 4 months later, the molding they replaced is starting to come off. The running board is coming apart, and clear coat is still spotted. I see Carwise has them rated at 4.7, i wasn't invited to leave a review there though.
