Asked prior to driving 2 hours if the door I was buying had any damage cause I wasn't going to paint....it had a fairly large scratch directly in center down to the metal... scuffs on edges....counter person said it's a 12 yo car...I said I understand but you said it was in fine shape.......never again!!!!!Service: Part finding & extractingService: Part finding & extracting

I ve got plenty of parts from cascade and I was never disappointed before you go to the auto parts stores and pay out the nose call call them trust me it s worth it the guy you have fixing your car probably gets the parts from cascade

I called on the phone to see if that had a specific part for a vehicle and they said I had to go there in person. I went there and waited 10 minutes while the employee took calls telling other people if they had their parts or not. After waiting, I told him the specific name of what I needed. He pulled up a vehicle on the computer of a vehicle like mine and said, "Do you need this part too?" I said no. He said, "I can't help you." Apparently what I need wasn't worth his time or effort.

Second time I ve been to this place and second time recieved amazing service. I called ahead and when I got there from Youngstown he has the part setting on the counter for me. The first time I needed a 2007 Corolla hubcap, called 4 places and cascade is the only place that had it. I ll continue to drive from Youngstown to new castle for service and fair prices like they have a Cascade Auto Wrecking!

They have good parts and if the parts aren't good they'll give you back your money with no problem

I went in after 1 o'clock to get a part for my truck. Was told they had to pull it. Called going on 5 o'clock and nothing. Guess I'll try and find it some place else.

Brought a rusted axle and was promised that I can return it if the part is bad. Returned it and was rejected said that the mechanic broke it. Bad business.
