Service was prompt and smooth, even for a Sunday afternoon. Communication from the dispatch and the driver made for an overall great experience.Eric was the driver, and was an excellent driver. Friendly, and knowledgeable, he was able to make quick work of towing my one ton truck. He even made sure to let me know it made it to the shop, and that all was well.

Eric, the tow driver kept in touch and when he arrived, waited patiently for me to come out (I had accidentally dropped my wallet and spilled its contents all over my living room) we were anticipating having to follow the tow truck to drop the car off and Eric let us know he would handle that and send a text when the car was dropped off. He lets us know the technicians we're actually in office on a Sunday so he handled the keys straight to them after locking the car up, and he told me he hopes everything turns out great with my car (and that my day got better since I was so flustered about my wallet)Dispatch was incredible as well! Just, an overall excellent experience. I would 100% recommend tow-tegrity! Thanks so much for making a stressful situation easy!

I had to call AAA for a tow from my house to the dealership. I got a man named Eric and he was a great guy with great customer service. He was fast and straight to the point with getting the car loaded and on the road. Would definitely recommend for any towing needs!

Incredibly thankful for Eric with Tow-Tegrity. He was dispatched through AAA to tow my vehicle to our local garage. He was prompt, polite and reassuring. Since the garage was closed, he even filled out the drop slip and deposited the keys to ensure a safe and secure drop off. Top notch service and incredible kindness.

The tow truck driver came as quick as he could. Driver was super friendly and helpful once arrived. I was very happy to be dealing with an honest company in my time of need. The cherry on top was this little fella this ball of serotonin made a pretty bad day alot better its the small things that make the biggest difference. He was so calm and friendly! This made the rest of my day better. All tow truck drivers should have dogs!

Dispatch was great, super fast and patient with me, driver (eric) was at my location within minutes, super friendly and great, helped me with everything I needed, I will def use in the future. (Hopefully won't need to though!)

The exhaust fell off my car driving home from work. Called AAA who dispatched Tow-Tegrity. Tow-Tegrity's driver (Eric) called me within 10 minutes, confirmed my location, told me he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, was very friendly and professional. Towed my vehicle to the dealership I asked for it to be towed to and texted me once he dropped my vehicle off letting me know that it was delivered. Definitely would recommend Tow-Tegrity, have used them on multiple occasions and they have never disappointed.

Eric definitely made my morning better. He was there within minutes and was so friendly. Assured me not to drive my car because he felt it was unsafe. I appreciate the service. This was probably the 3rd or 4th time using Tow Tegrity. Always a good experience under a not so good stressful time.

Super fast. Driver was very personable. AAA definitely paid for itself today to get my keys out of my locked car! This company was very thorough with checking in and confirming info after they received it from AAA.

Eric was very prompt and professional with situation of sitting for hours after not being able to be loaded onto a previous flatbed from a different company due to it not being long enough. Eric cared enough to get there as quick as he could and loaded up he was extremely kind and helpful even with it being the end of his shift wish there was more ppl like him that actual care about their jobs and the ppl they help thank you Eric and Tow -Tegrity

Eric did a fantastic and thorough job with my tow. My GPS caused a miscommunication with the address and he was kind enough to work with me over the phone to locate the vehicle. It was a late night tow and I m sure lots of folks would have just left it but he took the time to finish the job and do it right. Gave me useful info to forward to my mechanic about the issue as well. I have used Tow-Tegrity a few times and never had a problem, would recommend!Service: Car towing

Our son ended up with a flat tire. We thought the spare we had would work. But it wasn t the right kind for his Jeep. Eric, the tow truck driver, took the tire off but after realizing it was the wrong one, he was kind enough to put the flat tire back on, called dispatch (saved us from having to contact AAA again) so he could tow the vehicle to a local tire shop. He took the keys and put them in the drop box at the tire shop for us too so we didn t have to follow him and could just head home. It made what could have been a stressful situation much smoother and easier for us!

They will decline your aaa towing if it too far. They also have an attitude and don t care. Garbage service and aaa should drop them as a tow service.

New battery and while trying to drive to work I discovered no radio. Did they never work on a Honda??? Let me drive away with no radio only to return. This is causing me a day s wages. It was supposed to be a quick easy process!

Eric was amazing! He showed up quickly and even checked to see what was wrong with my car. He was very nice and helpful through the whole experience. It was nice to have someone friendly arrive in a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this company if your car breaks down, specifically Eric!!

Eric was excellent. I had a car stalling out mid-drive and a funeral to attend in a few hours. Eric towed my vehicle with professionalism and empathy, catching an issue I was unaware of and setting me on the correct path to get the issue taken care of. He stayed in contact during and after the tow process to make sure I was satisfied and knew the condition of my vehicle once he'd taken it to the garage. I won't hesitate to recommend Tow-Tegrity in general, or Eric specifically, to anyone asking in the future.Service: Car towing

I needed my car towed from my home to a repair shop. I called AAA and Tow-Tregity was dispatched. The tow truck driver showed up, decided he did not want to tow me, and then abandoned me. I had to call another towing company. Would NOT recommend Tow-tregrity.

Mr. John H delivered the speediest service I ever could have asked for! The professional gentleman was polite, very knowledgeable, and got my Jeep Grand Cherokee to exactly where it needed to go. He even took care of dropping off the keys in the overnight drop box. Service was top-notch and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is stuck & needs a tow!Service: Car towing

My car died while out the other day. I called AAA and they dispatched Tow-Tegrity. Eric was there in no time. He kept me updated on his location. Once he got to me, he checked my battery. It wasn't holding a great charge because my alternator was going. He towed my car to the garage I use and took care of everything. He was great!Service: Car towing
