Just drove 600 mile round trip to look at a car from market place description and pics. The car was 180� out from the description and talks with someone associated with the business. Car was full of dents and interior was full of mold. What a waste of a day and money. Beware...

Owner ,in my opinion treated my son right for his first car. We couldn't even get it out of the lot after all transactions where done because the owner kept polishing it lol. Beautiful car fair deal he printed up all the car facts and history, so for my sons first experience I thank Oak Hill motors and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this gentleman .

If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, honest and friendly dealership, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!I was recommended to Mark when I was was just about to give up looking for a vehicle. I have learned and noticed that deanship's don't care what they sell and to whom, they just want the money. This place is not that way! Hand's down by far the best experience I have encountered from a dealership! Mark and his worker's are honest hard working men. Friendly the moment you walk through the door. Listen's to what you have to say and what you are looking for and interested in. Mark was completely honest with me on everything as far as the vehicle and the warranties that I had asked about. This man did more for me and looked more into warranties than any other dealership. I am super glad that I purchased my vehicle from him and will defiantly go back to purchase another! Thank you gentlemen, my family appreciates you!

I thought really highly of the place till the transmission fell out after only putting 12,000 miles on a $5,000 vehicle from Oak Hill Motors. I only owned the car for 10 months. I in no way blame the owner for the complications to the car. However, I called the owner and explained the situation, and that I would need to purchase another vehicle from Him. I asked if I could get any kind of help with the trade seeing I purchased the car from Him less then a year ago. He stated that in no way He would be able to assist me at all. I was not expecting a full refund, or thousands of dollars off a vehicle on His lot. I was expecting a " Hey, I feel really bad about this, why don't you come on down and we will see if we can't at least take a look at it, and try to figure something out" Nothing... Just a "I feel bad, but it's your problem." Then He hung up on me. So in conclusion, stay away, they want your money, and after the wheels leave there lot, its your problem. To me, you would think a dealer would want to support and try to help people who have brought business to them, but they are just like the rest of them. So heartbreaking, I thought I found a good place to get a used car but I was wrong.

These guys are crooks. Advertised a car with 60,000 miles on it, said it had a "clean carfax". After an hour drive each way, they casually mention that the carfax says it isn't actual miles, and it has way more than 60,000. Are you kidding me? And it's priced 500 dollars over blue book? Get out of here.Also, the older gentleman who I'm guessing is the owner has very little social grace, and is abrasive at best. Thanks for wasting our Saturday afternoon.

Bought a car here years ago that we had trouble with. Also we paid the painter/owner's son to fix the newly appearing surface rust, in 1 month the rust came back much worse. We found out that he never fixed it, he only painted over it. This was years ago.

My son just purchased his first vehicle from them this week. I was amazed when I watched as he walked my son thru everything. Fantastic warrenty. I highly recommend stopping by.

They in no way deserve any kind of decent rating from me traded in my dad's old trucks for what I believed was a nicer truck had my tittle in the mail already had the deal drawn out then he sees its reconstructed like it mattered my dad had owned it for 5+ years without a problem an he wants more money and the truck i bought didnt even last 5k miles till the pigtails went bad on it the radiator developed a leak the springs went bad ... Etc would like to see this place shut down from what I hear he does to people unbelievable
