I had a very good experience here. I took in my Modified BMW for my annual inspection and an alignment. Normally shops will turn down my car because of my Modified suspension, but Gordon's auto has all of the right equipment and very knowledgeable techs. The tech took his time and dialed in my car and it is straight as an arrow! The tech was nice enough to show me all the adjustments he made, and where he adjusted them. Thanks again for a professional service!

I am always amazed at how well this long standing automotive shop is run and how well they treat their customers. They are a short jaunt into the country but well worth it.

Very friendly, honest mechanic! We were having transmission issues in the middle of a trip and took our car to Gordon's to be checked out. He was honest about or options & it wasn't worth the cost of the repair, but he gave us his best advice on how to get home safely and didn't even charge us for the diagnosis. We made it home without much issue and I would definitely recommend Gordon's to others!

My car was towed there after it broke down at night after work. I called the next day to let them know what was going on but since I obviously didn't make an appointment they said it would be a week or two until they got to my car. Two hours later I received a call saying my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Wonderful service, would recommend them to anyone.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I've always been happy with their service. They are a little more expensive than some other places but they do the job the right the first time. I've never had to come back again for the same problem and I've never had them want to fix anything that wasn't broke.In fact, I brought them a car I just got and had taken to a dealer for a specific issue which resulted in the dealer giving me a laundry list of broken things that needed fixed and Gordon's guys looked over noting a bunch of them were bogus.

Gordon's has provided me with several auto services over the past year and each experience has been nothing short of excellent. All of their staff have been helpful, honest, and professional. I truly believe they do quality work and that's why I am a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

I have been taking my vehicles there for over 20 years. Always get good service an believe me when I say they can fix anything. I not only own cars and trucks but backhoes, skid loaders, trailers etc. Anything I throw the guys they can fix and at a fair price. I recommend them to everyone.

Unfortunately they weren't able to help me more. My truck had some trans problems near the middle of my 650 mile trip. I was about 300 miles away from home. They helped me enough that I was able to drive home and get the problem fixed. Super friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Wish they were closer, I'd go there for all my auto service. Thanks guys!

I have been taking my cars/SUVs to Gordon's Auto Service for approximately 30 years. I have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received. The owner, Dick Gordon, and his mechanics are honest people. I have had problems with service people from dealer garages before where I felt I was being told that something needed repaired that really didn't. If the mechanics at Gordon's find something that needs repaired I totally trust them and I get a full explanation of why, which is important to me because I am a woman and want to understand what makes my SUV "tick."

They fixed my car very fast and let me know quickly what was wrong and how much it would cost. They were very clean especially during the pandemic.

Gordon's is good however they use a towing company that's not so good I left the keys in my car so that they could just tell it without one hooking the linkage and they did it anyways to charge me money because it was only 6 miles away and I even asked the lady on the phone at the tow company if we can keep the price down and she said leave the car with the keys so that we don't have to unhook the linkage and my father and I towed it somewhere else with just a regular truck in neutral with no problem so they just did it to Rack my bill up but it was not Gordon's it was the tow company that Gordon's uses

Driver was very rude and text to let us know they were on there way came 20 minutes after the driver left with our vehicle. Vehicle arrived at location and seems to be ok.
