These guys helped me so much. Especially the guy jeese there. He was awesome to help me figure stuff out. And got me the car I wanted and even took my other car for trade and I got a 3 year warranty and free inspection for life. I would highly recommend these guys to get a car. Thanks again guys. Appreciate it. ALOT!!!!!!!!

Been looking for an older model Chevy truck for a while went to many bigger dealerships and was told we do not take offers on their used vehicles so I would just leave. Then I saw my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. talked to Rob asked if he would take an offer and he said absolutely made what I thought was a fair and reasonable offer and he agreed and accepted it. I have bought many vehicles over fifty years and I can honestly say that the entire staff at All Access auto make buying a vehicle enjoyable. THESE GUYS LOVE WHAT THEY DO AND WILL DO EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR DAY. I would rate this car lot a 10 out of 10 THEY ARE AN AMAZING GROUP. Thank you Rob and ALL ACCESS AUTO

The sales rep rob Byrnes was great! My experience with all access auto was phenomenal from the down to the manager ed and then my salesman who sold me the car! Rob made it personal and went out of his way to help me get the car and the whole team also made me feel warmed and welcomed and not just a potential buyer! Found the car I was looking for and Jesse Giovengo helped me with all my questions and was very well informed about my vehicle.Ed Johnson prepared all the financial paperwork and got me down to a price I was comfortable with and got a great interest rate and good monthly payment. I was in and out with the car I wanted in no time at all.It was a really good experience with a dealership I had never been to before. I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan back in October from All Access! Bernie and Ed went above and beyond to make my first car-buying journey memorable. The two were extremely helpful and found the perfect car for me. Not only did they address any concerns I had about the vehicle, but they also took the initiative to fix minor blemishes and parts! They care about their customers! I highly recommend checking out All Access and asking for Bernie!

Per your comment responding to this review - I sold you a Hyundai Sonata. (KBB referral). It was an older Hyundai. 3 stars because I was given the run around on the price offer. After leaving and then coming back with a certain figure stated over the phone, when I came back the price was significantly lower than proposed over the phone. I came all the way back so I eventually settled. Transaction was smooth, place was nice.

Went in for a Cadillac. I have bad credit. They advertise for working with bad credit. The car price is $13,600. They came back with a deal that would have cost me $27,000 for the car over 5 years. At even a 25% interest rate ... That leaves over $10,000 unaccounted for in the price of the car. I since have called a friend who bought an Acura there and she is paying $18,000 over 5 years for a $7,000 car. I have another friend who bought a car there and the timing chain broke on the way home from the lot. It took them 6 weeks to fix her car. I have not heard one good thing about this place and today I experienced it for myself. Go elsewhere.

I can honestly admit that car lots want more money,but at the end of it all its the RESPECT and COMMUNICATION that makes you feel COMFORTABLE...So if you want the exact same thing I received all you have to do is come to (ALL ACCESS AUTOMOTIVE) and bust it up with Rob Byrnes,He's definitely the guy to satisfy your Need for Speed....GO CHECK HIM OUT

Worst place to go they will rip you off. If I could give them zero I would. You know how much money I sank into this car for the problem the supposibly fixed. They had me sign my paperwork said they wouldn t send it in til the car came back and we test drove it oh guess what they did they sent In our paperwork without us test driving the car

The only thing that was good about this whole experience was the sales department, Rob. The service department is awful. They never call you, never return calls, rude customer service, and never seem to be able to fix the problem correctly or permanently. Now need to pay to have a reputable mechanic fix the problem right! Do not buy a car here!
