I had a great experience with Bard's Auto Sales! Everyone was very helpful and very professional! I recommend there Auto Sales to anyone in need of a vehicle! I was very glad that I chose to visit and explore their inventory of every car and truck that they have!

I just want to tell everybody about the excellent repair work I got at Bard's Automotive Repair shop, which is co-located with Bard's Auto Sales in Needmore, Pennsylvania. My daughter's Jeep Cherokee was having engine and transmission problems, which she had tried in vain to get diagnosed and repaired at other places. Luckily, by "word of mouth", we found out about Bard's, and we're so glad we did. The guys at Bard's were able to successfully diagnose and fix the problems that other shops couldn't. Moreover, they were a pleasure to work with, always ready to talk with us by phone as the work progressed. As a result, my daughter now has a problem-free Cherokee which runs like new. We are so glad we found Bard's, and we plan to make them our "go to" repair shop in the future.

They are really nice. They sell nice used cars, repair cars, and do car titles. I have gone to bards for years to get all of my vehicles legal. They have always been friendly and helpful. They have always been a really positive experience

I bought a 2012 jeep liberty and only made 2 payments and the transmission went up. I called Bard a lady claimed he would call me back so far no call . I am contacting a lawyer for the Magnusson moss warranty act after the 30 day warranty expired. He will not be getting away with selling me that lemon And it had bald tires . but he claims they passed inspection. Scam artist and I thought that was a decent place they fooled me

Excellent communication, living in Massachusetts my family and I made it a roadtrip to pick up the car 8+ hours away. When we saw the vehicle in person it was just as described if not cleaner in person. Car was extremely clean and Tom was awesome. The entire experience was seamless Jolie took care of the temporary tags and a few signatures later we were back on the road.We returned the rental and drove home in our newly purchased car.We will definitely be back to get our next vehicle from Bard's

Our family has used Bard's Auto Sales/Service service for over ten years. Initially very impressed when Mike inexpensively solved a problem with a vehicle that had not been properly diagnosed by several other mechanics. We've purchased several vehicles there and currently use them to maintain the five vehicles we now own. We have found them to be personable, fair, and competent. Happy to recommend their service to anyone in need.

Excellent customer service and great informative people working. The interior of the main building is not what you would expect from a dealer/shop. Well-maintained and great design. I spoke to Mike on the phone a few times before concluding business. They neither sounded rushed or annoyed and felt like a friend you could trust. In person, the feeling continued. When needed, I will continue to do business with them from several good 1st impressions and good work at reasonable prices. I recommend anyone to go out of your way a little bit to give them a chance with your needs as they will go out of their way to be as informative and reasonable as they can.

I have been a customer of Bard's now for just about 30 years, and have always received professional service on my vehicle in a friendly atmosphere. Besides competent, reasonably priced service, Mike and his team will always take the additional time to make you feel welcome as a customer. In those 30 years, I've never had reason to take my vehicle anywhere else for service. That says a lot!!!

Recently I was traveling with my family from Michigan to DC and experienced car trouble. The front office staff and service mechanics at Bard s auto sales were very helpful and courteous. They fixed my car in a timely manner and made sure that my vehicle was safe to continue our journey. My friend was visiting from Pittsburgh, the battery in her vehicle needed a jump because a light was left on. She was unable to pay the fee, but, Mike received a tow call around the same time and he was able to stop by and help her anyway. Good people do still exist in the world!! So, thank you Mike for still being one of the good guys!! I would gladly recommend Bard's again!!

If you find yourself having car trouble on Interstate 70 and in need of a tow. Call Bard'sauto Service. Mike our Tow Driver was friendly, kind, extremely helpful and literaley went the extra mile for us, actually it was 40! Thanks again Mike!

I want to thank Bard's and its Team who I have used on many occasions to work on my E-150 Van, Mustang-GT, Mazda, Nissan, 1500-Silverado Truck and my Classic 74-Nova SS. You have earned my trust over the years with the simple fixes and more difficult jobs... and helped me finish my 74 with the final touches with a top notch custom paint job and custom exhaust system. I would recommend your service dept to anyone who wants great service at a fair price. For The Record... The Nova-SS has been awarded 7 Trophy's out of 9-Shows, which included 4-First Place's, Best Presentation, Best Of SHOW. Thank you for your attention to detail my friends! Oh Yea... and I should mention I purchased several used cars from your lot and the sales were equal to the service you offer. Great Job.

I recently experienced a complete breakdown of my Kia Soul while driving from VA to PA. After calling multiple garages -none of which were interested in sending a tow to come get me because they were "close to closing", I was fortunate enough to reach Mike Bard who came immediately to pick me up.Mike dropped me at the local hotel & said he'd try to call someone in to get as quick an answer as possible for me, as this was the evening before the polar vortex was expected. True to his word, Mike got back to me in less than an hour with the bad news that my engine had seized so I may as well make plans to have someone come get me.Mike investigated some possibilities, then decided on towing my car to the closest Kia dealership under the assumption that they'd replace the engine under warranty. Well Mike was correct about that, thankfully!The bill for diagnostics & towing my car twice was less than HALF what I expected to pay!There are a number of positive things I could drone on about, but the short version is Mike is a kind, honest individual.. if I lived a little closer, I'd be giving Bard's all my business after this chance encounter with them. At the very least, I strongly recommend them.

Bard and co were a standout bunch. Helped us get out of a pickle when we were stranded with a flat tire. Super nice people. Great experience! Much helpful!

They bent the rim of my tire while working on my dually which I didn't find out about till I put new tires on my truck. Also I have had the rear end in my truck worked on by dealer they (Bards) had it way to tight according to factory specs. Not happy with the large sum of money I spent at Bards for lousy work. I will not use them in the future for anything.

When I say this place has the best customer service I had ran into car trouble while on the road they got me right in to fix my car and it only took a hour! Now my car is back to normal an able to finish my trip home

Bard's is the only place I will take may autos. There work is superior and they never do work that isn't needed and they do not over charge you. Come one come all, they will take care of you.
