After showing up here after making an appointment, Alan walked out to the car with me to ensure it was just 1 tire and an alignment that was needed. Had a seat in the waiting room and didn't have to wait very long. The price I was quoted on the phone was almost exactly to the dime. He also showed me how badly put of alignment the car was. Excellent place with excellent people taking care of your vehicles needs. I'll be coming back here with all 3 cars when they are due for oil changes as I saw they are less expensive than the current location we have been going to.

Went here based off of my coworkers recommendations. Great service. They got me in and out in a timely manner, reasonably priced, And the staffs customer service skills go above and beyond. I really appreciated the fact that they have crayons and coloring books for kids. We will definitely be back!!!

I love highland tire and only trust them for tires on my car. However, this time, when I got into my car after service, my car REEKED of cat pee. I've never had this happen here, so I was quite alarmed. Thankfully someone was able to quickly let me know it was fumes from a torch that got into my car. The smell did go away. I love the folks from Highland Tire!

They always seem great. I never had a problem. I have had oil changes, purchased tires. They are usually quick. They are super nice. I think they are very honest. They have a great attitudes .

They were wonderful! We noticed that we desperately needed new tires and an alignment on my rogue. They were able to fit us in same day. They were so quick as well! The prices were very reasonable. When we picked up the vehicle the front desk guy was just great! He was very friendly and just awesome with our questions!

I needed an alignment on my E350 extended van, however after calling about 30 different shops NONE of them could do it due to its size and weight. I contacted Highland, and right off the bat Alan "I believe" was like yeah we should be able to do it, bring it in. I got an appointment for the next day, as soon as I got there the staff saw my van and said oh yeah we can do it no problem! They pulled it right in, and knocked the alignment out. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and cool. The price was great, and my van is tracking fine now. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you have an oversized vehicle. They saved my butt, I will definitely return in the future.

Slow leak in tire. Small piece of steel in tread. Fixed quickly,and I got a carnation and a calendar to boot. Thanks for the service.

Got 4 tires mounted, balanced and installed, the price was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Im very satisfied and will definitely go back in the future.

Very professional and courteous, showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Worked with me financially, got a good price for the replacement part. Car repair ended up costing me less than anticipated which was great. They did a excellent job communicating every step of the way. I will definitely return for any future tire or alignment work.

Alan was very helpful. I called Thursday and was in by Monday. Respectful of my time and excellent communication. When the car industry is such a mess, it s a breath of fresh air for the complete communication and advice on what my car needs vs what it doesn t.

Here is my experience. I called to make an appointment for an oil change. The guy told me 1st come 1st serve. I immediately drove over there. When I walked in and said that I was there for an oil change, the guy told me lets make an appointment. I committed to an oil change appointment, and when my appointment was time... I was there for another hour waiting on an oil change. My vehicle did not get taken in for another 40 minutes after my appointment.

I had an excellent experience from contacting them via online to getting my car serviced. Chip was very helpful with getting me right on price estimations to getting me an appointment. Doug was very nice. I was very impressed with the service. I will be back for tires and alignments. Handing out Carnations were a nice touch.

Got me in and out, employees professional and welcoming. A much nicer auto place than others I've been too- in terms of waiting area and general cleanliness of the place. They followed up with me after my first visit to make sure I was satisfied, those small extra efforts sticks out, especially when I've never had other auto places care as much.

We had an amazing experience! They worked us in and had our tire patched in 20 minutes :) They even gave me a flower on the way out! We aren t local but I wish we were! Would always give them our business!

There was some miscommunication regarding which tires were supposed to be placed on my vehicle and my wife s vehicle. We both were having our winter tires taken off and her regular tires got placed on my vehicle and unfortunately when they went to put her tires on the following week they realized they were my tires that were being stored which didn t fit her vehicle. Doug was kind enough to pick my vehicle up at work and place my original tires on and the following week he did the same thing for my wife s vehicle. He also changed my wife s oil without charging me. I was extremely appreciative of him picking my vehicle up at work. Doug and the rest of his staff are always so friendly and accommodating and that s why I have been getting tires there for probably close to 10 years now. It s unusual to find such excellent customer service these days. Thanks again highland tires for going above and beyond.Matt Vasil

Guys were super nice and quick service even on a busy Saturday. Gave us each a cold can of pop on arrival for our wait and gave all 3 of us girls carnations on leaving!! Truly sweet service and small actions like these make sure I won't go anywhere else! Prices were great too.

Wonderful experience!!! I walked in for 4 new tires. Was given 3 options. Good. Better. Best. Chose best, was offered a rebate. Waited only about 40mins and left very happy. They were friendly, quick and affordable. Gave me a flower before I left.

Took my car there to get an alignment. Got it back and the steering wheel was crooked, called them and they said it could be the crown in the road. I've heard this excuse before and its not true, and if it was then you would compensate for it. I took it back to have it re-aligned and it was better, but still off center. Im just dealing with it now. Only went there cause they were close to my house, ill drive further next time to go somewhere else.

10/10 ENTIRE STAFF from Management to Tech were excellent. Took care with vehicle as well as bagging up tires to be saved and laying new cardboard down to protect our interior. Another great experience.

Got my brakes done, and something wasn't quite right. Went back 2 times, they worked with me for free until it was fixed. Awesome customer service. The mechanic Gary even went on a test drive with me so he could correctly diagnose the issue.

*I never review on google, but they deserve it*Best prices around, hands down. The staff is super friendly and helpful both at the counter and in the service area. I would give 6 stars if I could. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. Check them out if you haven't already, you won't regret it.
