I recently purchased a used car for my daughter from Derrick and Chris. The process was so laid back, hassle free and I didn t feel pressured into buying. These guys are the real deal when you are in the market for a used vehicle. We plan on taking the vehicle back there for regular maintenance/ state inspections. Thanks again, Derrick & Chris for making this a smooth process. I wish you guys the best!

My family has now purchased two Vehicles from Veteran s Auto and we will absolutely be returning! We showed up close to closing time on a Thursday, test drove as many vehicles as we d like, had financing approved and ready to roll to purchase the vehicle next day. They have a notary that comes onsite to do the paperwork and the entire process. Test driving and all, it took less than 2 hours to secure a car. The quality in their practice has not changed from when we purchased a car two years ago to when we purchased one yesterday! A light came on when driving home and they were quick to get us an appointment first thing Monday to check it out for us. I would give them more than five stars if possible!

I reached out to Veterans Auto a couple weeks ago looking for a low mileage diesel f250. I've been having a tough time finding the right truck. Within a couple weeks they reached out to me letting me know they found exactly what I was looking for. The team at Veterans Auto made the entire process a breeze. The price was more than fair and they went above and beyond making sure that I was a happy customer. I can say I left the dealership for the first time in my life feeling like I wasn't screwed over by a car salesman. Big shout out to Derrick for keeping me updated throughout the process and finding the exact truck I needed! I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Beware!!! Make sure before you take that chance and buy from here. Make sure they take the car and it is checked thoroughly. We purchased a vehicle and not even a year later the transmission went out. When we asked them to service it and have it fixed they said they would look into and never got back to us. They will sell you a lemon and get a way with it. The are supposed to help veterans and customers not lie to them. This place is a scam and I recommend you do not buy from them. Everyone is approved because there vehicles are garbage and they just want money.

Best experience thus far dealing with a vehicle dealership. No pressure, no bull, just good honest people. If you're in the market for a great used vehicle, I would suggest checking out Veterans Auto for all your needs.

Awesome and honest people to work with bought three cars from them and everyone of them drove and worked as they should. Secondly they give you top dollar for your trade in. For all vehicle needs and services highly recommend veterans auto!

My family was in need of a vehicle and our friends purchased a vehicle weeks prior and we're astonished of the amazing deal. We called and told him exactly what we needed and his team came through within a week and provided our family with not only an amazing vehicle but a price that couldn't be beat anywhere. From start to finish, the crew at Veterans Auto was fantastic. Not only was I able to find a great looking vehicle that has been reliable on their lot, but their service department is also top notch. Before I rolled off the lot they were able to add a few upgrades and did so at a solid price and very professionally. If you re looking for a vehicle or need service work done on your current one, I wouldn t hesitate to reach out. I ll be back when it s time to replace another vehicle for sure!

Would happily give a zero star rating if it was available. Had been looking at a car they had available for several weeks. Visited on a weekend when they weren't open to confirm availability and overall condition, and multiple times attempted to message them to schedule a test drive of the car and ask questions to no avail. Even secured financing hoping this was just a fluke. But, apparently there social media presence is only convenient to their needs, not their customers. Took time off of work to drive an hour and a half to see the vehicle in person and test drive and was told 4th gear is out. Do not waste your time with these people.

I took my car there to be repaired, I was quite please with the entire process. They kept me updated with what they were doing with my car, complete with pictures. The entire staff were quite friendly, they seem to become friends. I was very well pleased that I allowed my son to purchase his 1st car from them and we both drive and LOVE it! Being a retired Army Veteran, I wanted to keep the business inside the Vet brotherhood and I am glad I did!

Bought a used car from them in January. Got a warranty 4 days after getting the car (maybe put 100 miles of it as we live about 45 minutes away) we had to take it to a dealer to get the headgaskets replaced. Then upon further inspection there were several issues with the motor in our new car. They hustled me for about 12k and the warranty that was sold with the car was junk and didn't cover anything. They didn't care about any of the issues because they got their money. We've sunk about an additional 2500 into parts not including the head gasket replacement or labor. Make sure you actually check the car out your buying from here. Seems like a decent place, they will get you financed but is it really worth all the headache of wasting 3k on a warranty that wont cover anything?They are a typical used car dealer. Also found out that my car was in a accident previous to us buying it. We were never informed of this. Make sure that you do your OWN research about a car planning to be purchased from here.

My transmission went out while i was in New Jersey. The estimates and lack of transmission availability (supply chain issues) made me feel safer towing my 2012 Black Nissan Murano back to Williamsport. My car is known for its transmission problems. I know that now. The heroes at Veterans Auto saved my car with kindness, expertise and integrity. Fair prices and complete transparency , they are great. So when you see me driving around , it was Veterans Auto that put me back on the road . My car feels solid and runs better than ever. Thank you very much, Derrick and team! I am so happy . We bought a 2012 Subaru Tribeca with some issues I had them pull it on the lift and they were very respectful in my wishes of inspecting the car myself there was some issues we spoke and we are currently dealing with those issues I will re-post after all issues are dealt with very nice people easy to talk to and understanding of what your needs are . This dealership is my go to source for all my car needs there was issues with the Subaru and he stood by his word and his warranty and fixed all problems very very happy not your typical used car dealer he s very honest and takes care of the customer first

We bought a car at this lot. I can say they were definitely men of their words. We had an issue with check engine light. Derrick went above and beyond what he had to do and had the car fixed correctly. This car is a beautiful car and drives and handles very nicely. Thanks again veterans auto....
