Had our motorhome in for them to change the exhaust manifold gaskets, brakes and brake caliper and PA inspection. We got the motorhome back and headed out on our trip 2 days later. As we were crossing Pa the engine kept getting louder and louder. Well we made it Columus OH at a truck stop. I crawled under and discovered either they never put the bolts back in or never tighten them. Where the exhaust manifold connects to the rest of the exhaust. I found a exhaust shop nearby and they also discovered who ever tried to fix it put the exhaust doughnut in upside down. Between this and all of the greasy finger prints they left all over the white hood I am not very happy at all with them. When I called them and left them know what happened they said they didn't know what to do about it. I told them the least they could do is reimburse us for the repairs. Of course the person who makes those decisions weren't there but was supposed to call me today. Guess what no phone call. First photo was the left side. Bolts were gone, the middle photo was the right and were extremely loose. I did speak to the manager today 10/6/21 and they are going to reimburse me for the repairs the other garage made.Services: Exhaust, Brakes

Mike in parts was super friendly and had gone the extra mile to make sure that I had all the parts needed before I drove 2 hours back to do my repair.He made sure I knew how much oil I needed and had one of their technicians come out to explain a few things.He even offered to buy me lunch while we were waiting. Great group of people. I highly recommend Penn Power for all parts and repair needs.

If you need it fixed right, don't go here. Had my truck overhauled in the Muncy, PA location in July, Had it back 3 more times because the DEP would not regenerate properly. They kept throwing parts at it and finally while my driver was in Maine on a delivery, the system died completely. Had it towed back to Muncy,PA. After they checked it out they called and said it was driver error not their problem, but they would discount the parts to fix it. The warranty dose not cover hard parts ( whatever that means) so they would give me a estimate to fix it. I had the truck towed to Sunbury motors where I should have taken it in the first place. Waiting to hear from Penn Power Group Corp. to see if they will stand behind their work or if my attorney needs to file papers to get my money back for the additional repairs. Paid them $22,000.00 Plus all the other parts they threw at it and no warranty. Will have another $18,000.00 plus to have their work repaired.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Blew a egr coolant boot at night and had a road service call and a gentleman named Jeff came out and got me squared away and he was a outstanding tech and a stand up guy. Pleasure doing business with y all. Keep up the great work.

Before I bring my truck over there, they said they can put the truck inside right away and replace the clutch on 2018 freightliner but it took them three weeks so they can add up all those hrs. I don t recommend them,THEY ARE SCAM

Went the extra mile, really built trust with me through the process. Had significant trouble shooting issue with an Allison transmission.....they stuck with it till it was fixed right!

Looked at the air conditioner in Engine of motorhome. No time for them to investigate further as needed the MH to go away over weekend
