I was looking at 4 different used trucks and the salesman, Lon, who is very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and led me to the truck that suited me best. Squire helped me through the financial paperwork very quickly. Brian, VP/owner, made a point of speaking to me and letting me know if I needed anything don't hesitate to call. It was a very pleasant truck buying experience.

What ever you do DON'T use their banks for financing your vehicle. Go out and get your own financing before you buy from this company. What they do is apply to 3 different banks and they push for the bank that gives them a better deal at your expense. Plus it could have an adverse effect on your credit, because if any one of their banks turn you down it's a negative effect towards you credit score. They aren't doing you any favors, believe me.

Scammers tried to overcharge me $800.00 for rotors I didn't need then charged me $150 to "look at it".Put the new breaks on it needed for 40$ myself. Won't be using these thieves again.Aaron

Refused to help with emergency break down sitting in their parking lot! Said the bays were full. The bays were EMPTY! 3 hours from home. Ended up getting a roll back from NY to take back to local home garage to replace a fuel filter! Picture s to prove all! $ 900. Towing bill a 20 minute job there was NOOOO reason for it !!

I took my car in to have brake lines replaced due to a recall. During the work, they broke the bleeder valve in the caliper. They called me and told me that the screw was missing and that I would have to buy a new caliper. When confronted, I got the employee to admit that the mechanic snapped the bull off while trying to bleed the line. I told him I didn t appreciate it being misled, it felt like I was lied to, in order to pay for the part that was damaged during a recall repair. I understand that bolts seeze, but he should have been truthful. And I m not sure what the policy is, but I don t think it s right when they tell me to bring my car and then I have to pay for something that they were going to fix for free.

I wish I could give a zero. My vehicle broke down under warranty and was towed to this service center. I called and informed them of what happened and was told they d check it out. I called to follow up and they never looked at it, wouldn t even look at it for two weeks. I already had a service appointment scheduled so I told them that, nope.. nothing in their system when I had an email confirmation. Service manager, Zach, was beyond arrogant, rude. Refused to offer a loaner or anything to help. It was the worst customer service I ve ever received. Took it to Fairfield Ford of Williamsport and they had it back to me in two days.

Very smooth process. During Murray's inspection of the vehicle they found 2 wheels were badThey allowed me to pick the rims they bought to put on the car.Working with Kolby was great. Wild recommend. So much better than my last dealership experience.

Per the request of Murray Motors asking to post a review, I am sharing our experience.We brought our vehicle in for two issues with our AC system. One issue was resolved with charging the AC. The other issue was a consistent rattling when idling, as well as stopped in drive. We received a call that the car was done, but that they could not replicate the rattling, and to come get it. We were told that we would have to make another appointment because the technicians all left at 5:00pm on the phone. We drove to pick it up, started the car, and it immediately made the rattling noise. When we asked the service assistant to come outside to listen to the noise, she was very nasty. All of the garage bay doors were open so I asked if a technician could come take a listen quick-she shared I told you they all left at 5:00 . After we shared our concern that the vehicle consistently makes the noise she said she would be back. A technician came out, told us to pop the hood, shared what he thought it was within a few moments. Both staff were very short and off putting.We are understanding that sometimes a technician may not be able to replicate an issue that a customer has with their vehicle. However, poor customer service, and unprofessional communication is not acceptable.

Please be careful when doing business with this dealership! The sales deal has been nothing but a nightmare for my husband and I. We're an Active Duty Military family and recently purchased a CX50 from the dealership. We signed a legally binding contract that states we were entitled to the loyalty and military discount, totaling $1,000 for both discounts. We only were given the loyalty discount and told to call Mazda Headquarters for the military discount. Mazda Headquarters said this is untrue and the dealership themselves is legally bound to provide the discount or provide a rebate check now that the deal has been completed. It's been over a month and I keep getting the run around or ignored when I reach out to the finance department. Long story short, stay away from dealers who have troubling business practices so you don't have to file with the Lycoming Small claims court and Pennsylvania Professional Compliance Office!

Took 3 months to swap out a transmission and wait on parts. Called numerous times to see when it would be done and seemed like communication was poor. Some people would tell me it was being worked on, some would say its still waiting on parts and some Said it was completely done. When I went to pick it up nothing was filled out and the lady didn't even know if Amy work was even done to it. I also wanted them to do an oil change while it was in there for months and it never got done. I'll go back there again and hope for a little better service and am hoping to write a great review and give it 5 stars.

I have to say this was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. 1. Murray Motors is an honest dealership, they sale at MSRP and with no dealer add on's. They also honor X-Plan even for vehicle on their lot. #2. I was an out of state buyer and they picked me up at the airport an hour and 20 minutes away at no charge. #3 They did not pressure me into a bunch of warranties, they simply asked and were ok with my answer and we move on. # 4 They were fast, I did a test drive, paperwork and was gone in 1 hour, with a full take of Gas in a Super Duty so that is saying something. # 5 and most importantly, they were friendly, Kolby my sales person, Taylor the finance mgr, and Rich the driver. They are all just great people and really helped me out and made for a great buying experience! Highly recommended.

Truck was dropped off for over a week for an oil change and pm. Oil change was completed, pm wasn t started. Asked when it would be done and got the answer of . Oh we re not sure, we re backed up. There were no other vehicles on the side lot but mine.
