There I was, stranded on the side of the road. A simple plastic connector to the heater core disabled me 6 hours from home. Having the tools, I just needed parts brought to my location. Your staff kindly took my order and delivered what I needed to get me home to my family. Thank you so much!!

Went there to buy a tailpipe they didn't have it in stock, they would need to order it but shipping would cost twice what part cost and the t would take a week to get it, the other auto parts stores in area would also need to order part but shipping was free and they could have it within 1 to 2 days.

I needed a rear wiper blade on my Toyota Rav 4. A department store book told me the wrong size! Advance got me the right size, showed me how to install it and they install it for me! Superb!

This is a great store to get auto parts and the people are really friendly!We live way out in the country and UPS couldn't get up our icy driveway this winter, well I learned that Advanced Auto is a place you can have UPS drop off your packages and can just go pick them up in this store, it was a real lifesaver this winter!

Great team at this location. Why? Simply put, they don't give quick and crappy answers to your questions. Been in three times with three different issues and walked out each time knowing that they took a few extra moments and understood what I needed and made sure I got the right parts, not just the first thing the computer threw up on the screen.

The gentleman working in the store was very helpful and professional. He took time to explain step-by-step instructions concerning my project and helped me select the correct materials. I highly recommend this store.

Last time I was in before Christmas they had 1 man taking care of the store the manager was out on a run doing something and that guy was alone with the phone ringing off the hook. Customers waiting not only to pay for store items they picked out, but also to have the stuff they needed from behind the counter looked up and gotten for them or if they didn't have it in stock that guy had to try to make calls to see if he could get it ordered for them and the price in between the phone ringing off the hook with customers that are calling in to see if they have what they need in stock before they make the trip to pick it up.

They completely got our order wrong then our bank had to stop a payment of $1900 on top of $1295 they were suppose to charge us then also made us put a $700 deposit down for our cars parts. Also put parts on there we didn't order. Then when my husband added stuff up from the receipt it only equalled up to $770 instead of $1295. Went back the next day and the Manager at the time wanted to argue with my husband like he was in the wrong! Will never go to this advance again. The original guy said he's never made that big of an order. He should have gotten help then cause if that much money was actually approved to be taken from our account it could have really messed up our financial status. Never had nething like this happen in my life!

The staff's always friendly. I just went in for some basic items. But then remembered I had some broken sockets. I always forget they have tools gloves and other items to keep you going

Amazing place quick efficient and when I call with a question they will either know the problem and what I need or will actually take the time to tell me the steps they would take and also if that dont work they will actually work with you the whole time you working on your project and help you every step of the way best advice ever quick and very easy and if you dont know how to replace the part they use there diagram to show you and walk you threw step by step I always get quality service here

Love Advance Auto Parts!! They always have what we need to get parts for both our GMC Pickup & Hubby's Semi Truck. They now carry "some" parts for Commercial Vehicles. If you want OUTSTANDING SERVICE, ask for Dan M & his helper, Harold. They go above & beyond to really help people and take the time to answer any & all Automotive questions with transparency! We live right across the Street from an Automotive Store, & still make the drive to THIS LOCATION because of the kind service & outstanding employee's!!

I practically stopped going there because they won't take the time to look up the part went there a couple weeks ago and they told me they didn't have a thermostat for my vehicle so I went online and found the that they had three in the store it was a very disappointed and another time they did find two parts for me but it was going to take eight days when AutoZone got it the next day

Bought a car battery, two years later it died, and the sales guy was very rude and said they had no record of my purchase, I bought another one, and it died in two years. I went elswhere this time for my new battery. Dont buy from them, the sell junk!

Very unprofessional. Staff barely knows anything about automobiles let alone how to help you. If there is another auto parts store within a 100 mile radius, I suggest you go there . Not only is the staff underwhelmingly unintelligent they are also overwhelmingly rude. Go to Napa, they know how

Had the part I needed in stock, which was a replacement cabin air filter. Was pretty cheap and the employee that helped me out was very nice.

Almost always have the parts I need. If they don't have parts in stock usually can get in one day.People behind the counter has always helped me get the right parts.

Extremely pore service, always giving the wrong part. They look it up on a computer and still give you the wrong part 3 times now and every time they blame it on the computer, that's not right. Never have these problems at auto zone, I'll be taking my business their from now on.

I walked in with the part number I needed for new spark plugs, was waited on, paid, and left in under three minutes! Highly recommend this Advance Auto!
