Pretty sure this gas isn t up to standards. Used it for months on our brand new Subaru and gas mileage went from 26 to 10. Brought in to Subaru and they said it s probably bad gas. Started using another station that is higher profile and it went to 14, then 16, then 19, now up to 22. Don t use this gas if you care about your car.

I just come in, walk past an employee on break. He ignores me and stays outside. I get my stuff and bring it to the counter. He doesn't come inside. I sit there until I get frustrated and leave everything on the counter. Walk out and ask the kid sitting outside if anyone works there and he mutters something. Please fire the overnight dude asap.

Tried to buy small PKG of donuts, sign was $169, register rang up $2.19, told cashier sign said 1.69, have been this price for along time. Stated I had to pay 2.19, he went to counter and pulled off sign, placed a strike over it, and said I had to pay the $2.19 or I couldn't have them , he took donuts away from me and then he completely ignored me, I asked him if he was ignoring me and he said yes. Very rude, very arrogant.

Staff spends more time outside smoking then helping customers. Will have 4 to 5 people in the gas station with one person on register, 1 out side smoking, and a manger sitting in the back on a computer.Staff has no idea how registers work, refunded a gift card with out warning me I wouldn't be able to use it again for 24 hours after wasting 10 mins of my time talking to a manger.

Do not use the tire air machine, the gauge broke the stem of my tire. The manager said it wasn't their problem. Not only will I not use that machine, I won't be going back to this Sunoco, or any Sunoco, until they get rid of those machines.

Most of the staff is rude, and they don't care that they have signs indicating one price, but charge you a higher one. It's worth driving farther to not stop here

They NEVER Have COFFEE Made between 530am -730am (basically the MAIN TIME FOR COFFEE) They Are ALWAYS OUT Of EVERYTHING From Creamer for Coffee(& I mean all creamer options except maybe a handful of half & half & that's it! Also Out of Most Popular Cigs (NEWPORT 100 BOX) ALSO STARTED SELLING PIZZA & WINGS & ALL KINDS OF GOOD STUFF WELL IM GUESSING ITS GOOD BECAUSE IVE ONLY GOT 2TRY THE PIZZA 1TIME BECAUSE THEY NEVER & I MEAN NEVER HAVE FOOD MADE & IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY & ALSO THERE ALWAYS IS ONLY 1 GOOD, NICE, HARD WORKER EMPLOYED @ A TIME @THIS LOCATION SO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERACTIONS ARE ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10, 10 BEING THE BEST, THEY RATE A NEGATIVE 100!

Staff doesn't put up signs on pumps are not working and tell you to just move to another as if they didn't care that it was broken.
