Beshore and Kohler installed new tires on my truck and I'm very pleased. Low price guarantee and capable Ford technician did the work. Also got Ford points towards future vehicle maintenance and my truck was taken care of. So far, no complaints.

I had the best experience that I ever had at a dealership buying a new vehicle. I had a deal made within 30 minutes. They were laid back and straightforward and there was no haggling. 2 days prior I had one of the worst experiences at different dealership where they flat out lied and took me 3 hours to get close to the deal Beshore and Koller got me. Beshore has the lowest Doc fees around and lowest fees. Just an outstanding experience and great group of people. I highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a wonderful dealership. The people here from service to sales have always treated me and everyone I've seen with sincere kindness, fairness, honesty, and respect. On top of that, they remember you as an individual person. It's an old-school relationship building approach that's just so rare to find done so well. I'd have absolutely no reservation recommending this dealership to buy or maintain your vehicle.

Everyone at Beshore and Koller has always been extremely helpful. I always go here anytime I need my car serviced, and they are always incredible. I recently got my break pads changed, and salesman Andrew Grove was able to help me find the right service and get me the best price. This is the best place to go for any car needs.

Very smooth easy transaction. Kiehl (salesman) was no pressure & easy to talk to. He answered all my questions about the vehicle & the purchase process. I would buy from this salesman & this dealership again. Only dislike was that my Maverick took a few weeks shy of a year to arrive, but I was informed it could take that long from day one. I was not asked to put any money down on my new truck during the wait process. Great experience overall!

Just leased our first ever new vehicle. 2023 F150. We worked with a very enthusiastic salesman, Andrew. My husband wanted something very specific and he worked tirelessly to find him just what he wanted. Many times hubby was ready to settle something that wasn't exactly what he wanted but Andrew kept tell8ng us not to settle. Sure enough, he came through! This is our secon time dealing with Beshore and we have been happy both times! Thank you Beshore and thank you Andrew... customer for life!

Purchased a car from Beshore & Koller. After 3 months my state tells me that registration can t be done until original document showing car color is submitted.This dealer gave me a purchase order with a ? in the box for car color. Since no one can fix government I asked this dealer to be accountable for their mistakes. I asked for another temp permit till the color issue is cleared up or any other solution they have. Claimed Pennsylvania wouldn t issue another temp. They had no solution. My new car is parked; paying insurance costs. Not being able to be driven for at least 8 weeks while I get back in line in my states dmv as a result of incompetence of this dealership. Mistakes happen, the lack of any accountability or providing a solution is where I d place ZERO stars if I could. BTW it s red ..

Just bought a 2023 F150 at Bayshore and Kohler Ford what a great experience. The people at Bayshore and Kohler are like family they treated me as someone they cared about answered all my questions. gave me a great deal on the truck I wanted went over all the paperwork in financing and over everything on how the truck works. I am very pleased with how quick and professional this deal went Thanks to everybody at Beshore And Kohler. Not only a great place to get a great deal, but working with people that actually care on what your needs are.

I was really hoping the Beshore was different than other dealerships however they are not. I had a major repair performed late summer and it appeared all was well until a couple weeks later (very very few miles put on) when another issue came up. I took it back to Beshore and ask for their analysis and not only did they not admit it was an (honest) mistake on their part, they grossly misdiagnosed the root of the problem and then quoted me a new repair that was needed at roughly $4800 approximately. I declined to have them do the work and took it to another shop who diagnoses the ACTUAL problem which was almost less than half of the estimate from Beshore. Thank God I didn t let them make that costly 2nd repair because the problem would have still been there afterwards. They didn t even offer to reimburse me for their shotgun analysis. Beware folks-Beshore is your typical dealership. I will never go back to them.

A year and a half ago, me and my wife were looking to purchase a Bronco. We went to Beshore and Kohler immediately we were not well received. we felt that we almost had to beg them to show us a 70,000 dollar vehicle. They did not have the price worked up on it, and we said that we would be back the next day. The next day came and upon showing up we were told they still didn t have the price ready and that the manager wasn t in we would have to come back Monday. Needless to say we purchased a Bronco from Bob Ruth Ford the same day! Separate note Bob Ruth Ford was phenomenal to deal with!!!Fast forward to today, we had a minor seatbelt recall on the Bronco, we scheduled it to go in for the recall at Beshore because it is closer to our home. They told us last week they could fix today, upon dropping it off we asked for an oil change while it was in the shop!They called back two hours later and advised me that the shipment of parts wasn t in, but they got the $70 oil change done, and that I would have to reschedule the recall.I then pay for the oil change and am told that the keys to my $70,000 bronco are inside the vehicle which is unlocked sitting unsupervised along the main strip of George St right beside the vehicles they are selling.I had a conversation with Rick Schaffer who is a sales Rep, and he was very understanding and listened to the entire situation, advised me that he was very sorry to lose me as a customer and did offer me a loaner car if I did bring the Bronco back for the recall repair!The only reason I gave 2 starts is that their Body Shop which is ran by Ron Martin has done work to my truck twice and they have been nothing but fantastic, with beautifully done repairs!Beshore give Ron a raise he deserves it, and address your issues in sales and service.

This is my second car through Beshore and the experience remains to be high level. The service the first time and the fact I have had family buy through Beshore was a determining factor on choosing a dealership. The staff from initial greeting to, finance and then driving off the lot is exceptional. Responsive, considerate and personable people make all the difference.I highly recommend Don as a point of contact when inquiring about a vehicle as you will find him knowledgeable and professional. The dealer manager Matt is engaged and enthusiastic making you feel welcomed and important. Finally when you get to work with Nate to finalize, you will find him to be highly personable, detailed and welcoming. It s not a standard car buying experience and I would not hesitate to point you to Beshore Koller Ford for your next vehicle.

Buying a new Ford? Looking for a used vehicle? Don't go anywhere else! Friendly, knowledgeable sales, parts, service AND body shop!! Everyone is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile! Keihl (salesman) couldn't wait to tell me my vehicle was in so he texted me the pic of it STILL on the transporter! Haha!

Prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. Over all, one of the best service experiences I ve encountered. I m a service writer for a dealership in Baltimore and picked this dealership specifically because of their reviews/ratings and they did not disappoint! We will be doing all of the factory service/recall work for both of my wife and I s Fords with Beshore and Koller (since I can t do them at a Honda service department!). When the time comes to replace our aging Explorer, you better believe who s going to get my business! Well done guys!! Looking forward to next time!!

Bought my truck there. Don was very nice. Not pushy, left me take my time, answered all my questions I had. He helped me with all my paperwork and my address change card which I needed to buy it. All in all they did an awesome job...the only thing they missed was the rake rotors needed turned, but was no biggie...thank you Don....

Don Mickley was helpful, polite, efficient, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Nate made the drudgery of the financing and paperwork a breeze and actually quite enjoyable. Excellent service. They were honest and very knowledgeable. My issue was covered by the powertrain warranty. I didn t have to fight them in order for them to cover it under the warranty at all, unlike Apple Ford.

Another greedy dealership with their greedy markups.. only a fool would spend a dollar more than a car is worth. It's time to stop giving these rip off artists our hard-earned money for no reason! It's time to show them that THE CONSUMER controls the market! I implore you, that even if you can afford to pay a ridiculous markup on a vehicle DON'T DO IT! You may have to wait a little longer or travel a little further to find the car you want at MSRP but I promise you they are out there, don't let scam artists like this tell you any different!

Awesome service!!! Had an appointment for an inspection and it was done in 45 minutes or less. Very friendly service department... Tammy is great!! Their cashier is very friendly as well... will continue to service my Ford there. Thank you, Service department!!

Awesome experience buying my Bronco. From placing the order to picking it up, the whole process was smooth and painless! Don was great throughout the entire process. By far the easiest car buying experience of my life so far. Definitely recommend Beshore and Koller and Don, specifically. I didn t spend much time with him, but Nate the finance guy was great too. Will definitely be back when it s time for our next new car!
