This is hands down the best place to get wheels mounted. They use Polly chucks so you don't have to worry about them scratching high-end nice wheels. The staff isn't just good techs but a great group of guys. They know what they're doing, are very informative, and don't gouge or overcharge/upcharge whatsoever. The manager runs a great shop over there. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10 times for mounted tires and all their other services. This place is a 10 out of 10 across the board. I've personally been there 15+ times and every time is a pleasure doing business with them. If corporate sees this just know you should keep this group of guys as your not going to find better workers that's for sure

Everyone was very professional and personable. I ended up having to purchase 2 new tires. They made sure to review my prior warranty, called me with updates etc.. They were able to get me in (I just walked in-they were busy) get the tires from a different store and mount them in under 2 hours. Than you!

by far one of the best experiences I ve at a mechanics. From the very staff to the great customers who also had nothing but amazing experiences here. I will absolutely be coming back and i recommend this place to everyone. Very fair prices and they are honest with you about what your car needs.

This location is awesome. They are very helpful to me. The manager is great. I was taking my car somewhere else for over 15 yrs. Well not anymore. Im just going to take my car to Firestone from now on. The workers are great also. The while shop is great. Very informative. Thank you for everything! I really appreciate it!!

Horrible customer service. They nickel and dime over something as simple as an oil filter. They Overcharge their customers, you re better off finding somewhere more reliable. I have gotten work done here before, they used to be good. something must ve changed.

Always come here for maintenance or inspections. Never had a bad experience their tech Charlie is just the best. Very knowledgeable, and able to get my car done in an efficient and timely manner.

Always use this Firestone for all my tires needs and suggestions, sent friends and family from all over to go there, ask for Rich Bak, he's the most honest and sincere general manager at any automotive repair shop I ever seen. I myself am a mechanic, but limited on what I can do. My tire blew out at work yesterday, and I call Richs store, he answered respectfully and friendly, asked what happened and warrantied my tire! Saved me money buying the warranty, and he saved me with same day service, 10 stars if I could actually do it, maybe just make another review, because he's double the quality in half the time, great man and great store

if i could leave 0 stars i would. i brought in my vehicle for an oil change and front brakes/rotors. I told them i wasnt in a rush and would pick it up the following day, which i did. i didnt do much driving that day, so i wasnt aware of the terrible job done. 2 days later i was running some errands when i heard a thumping sound coming from my front right passenger side/wheel. i ve had my car for a while, never heard that sound before. my bf, who is a licensed mechanic himself, said i should maybe call back to let them know. they said i could bring it back in. when we brought it in, my bf brought to the mechanics attention that it sounded like something was lodged in the caliper. 4 hours later, they call to tell me its my fender hanging or my lower control arm (both of which have been messed up) and that i should get some duct tape for my fender and its 700 for the control arm. needless to say i turned that service down bc i just spent 600 on brakes and my car NEVER made that sound prior to the brake service. i thanked them for checking anyway, hoping it would resolve on its own. the next day im on my way to work, went to press my brakes and heard a pop sound. my brake pedal hits the floor and the car was still in motion. luckily i was able to get the car to a stop safely and there were no other cars around me. i called once again to let them know this time my brakes FAILED. their response was well i guess we messed up, but take it to the nearest firestone to you to have them fix it not to mention, i then had to pay for my own tow truck to get it to the next firestone after taking it to my hometown firestone, they assessed my brake line had been twisted so badly that my brake caliper blew. they then had to replace my entire brake line, rotors, pads, and calipers. thankfully they were able to fix everything, except now im terrified to brake thanks firestone of levittown!

As an owner of a fleet of vehicles I am always in need of tires & repairs. A week doesn't go by without having at least 2 or 3 vehicles at Firestone Levittown Center. Over the years my experience with the manager "Rich" has always been pleasant, professional, and most importantly repairs are done right and in a timely and affordable manner.

Great customer service, integrity, and hard working!I can t tell you how many times I ve shown up in a bind over the years flat tire, needing inspection/oil change, etc. these guys (Brett, Billy, and the rest of the team) always take care of you.Rich went above and beyond recently when my car had an oil leak far away from shop. Couldn t believe the level of service he was willing to provide on a Saturday. Will never forget that.Appreciate the hard work over the years fellas, thank you!

I've been to the Levittown Firestone location 3 times, I gotta say all 3 times were very good. The tech (Charlie) who worked on my car was outstanding, he got me in as soon as I got there. All of my cars were clean when he was finished with them, the best part was my inspection stickers were perfectly straight, it was so cool to see that. Even the person at the front desk was very easy to deal with, I'm definitely coming back. On behalf of the Camaro, Mustang and Buick. Thank you.

You will not get better service and a fair deal here. With five cars in our family, we ve needed their services many times. They tell the truth. I had. A flat tire recently and they said oh the rim came a bit loose and filled it, fixed the rim and charge $18. Instead of trying to lie and say I needed a tire. Will not go anywhere else.

I am not sure what is wrong with the manager( I think his name is Rick) but he shows no respect to customers. Has bad attitude towards customers and his staff. I was about to have a heart attack when I was in the waiting area. That s not a professional attitude he has!

Stoped in because there were 0 cars in the bay and was greeted by a messy mechanic. When I asked to have my tires balanced he laughed in my face and said yea oook it s 4:00pm we close at 6 and I m not doing that. Wow I m sorry my money is not good enough. Very disappointing the reason I went was because of Firestone s great reputation for having great training! Drove to mavis they took me right in balanced my tires showed me my tie rod and ball joint were bad set me up for an appointment for the next day and had me in and out in 2 hours best $1500 I ve ever spent.

I had an amazing experience at Firestone! I had a nail in my tire that couldn t be patched, then my donut went flat, and then the tow truck was late to deliver my car at Firestone. But, the awesome manager, Brett, told me he would have the new tires put on by 1pm the next day because I had work! And it was done before that! Couldn t be happier. Great tires on a great sale, friendly and helpful staff, and quick work! Thank you Firestone Levittown!Service: Tires

Do Not take your vehicle!! I went to have mine inspected oil change, tire rotation and was told that I needed brakes at the time I gave the ok for the brakes I wasn t aware that the vehicle would not be inspected. $1500 later I go to pick up the car and then I find out it didn t pass and was told I needed to take it to the dealership it needed a sensor that s where I learned it needed timing chain and a catalytic converter $10,000 needless to say I will not be getting that work done. So now I m out $1500 and have brand new brakes on a car that I cant afford to have inspected and will have to get rid of I feel like I should of been made aware that I wouldn t be getting my vehicle back inspected at the time I was told I needed brakes!!! They were wrong about what was wrong with it and instead they just went ahead and put new brakes on!! I will be making sure that this doesn t happen to anyone else and am convinced if I was a man it would of been handled differentlyServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Got 2 flats from a pothole and had it towed to Firestone in the evening. They slapped 2 new tires on there and had me back on the road the next day.Spoke with Rich initially. Very clear about everything. Fair pricing and good tires. Alignment gave detailed data (camber, caster, toe). Cool! Picked up the car and worked with Billy. He was alright.Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys. They were fast, reasonably priced, and communicative!

Afrer several attempts to have my car repaired by Firestone in Bensalem and Tullytown, I took it to a mechanic at a mom and pop shop. As soon as he peeked under the hood he coud see that the started wasn't grounded and the wires were "welded" to the housing of the started. Firestone refused to give my money back and refused to replace my Sirius sterto that was short circuted. My husband continued to use tully location after I told him about the 3 other issues. Like them ripping the cowling because they replaced a headlight the lazy way and the Benslam location said they replaced something and did not. As a matter offact, the thing that they say needed to replaced wasn't the problem! I swear off all Firestone shops!!Services: Tires, Oil change
