This place saved me so much money and even showed me how I was getting slighted by another shop. These guys know their stuff and provide excellent service along with that. Couldn t recommend them enough!

Right before Christmas, my car stopped totally as I was pulling into a parking lot. I had it towed to Steffy's as they have been the gare that has serviced my vehicles for some time. As it turned out, it needed a new alternator among other things. They kept in touch with me by phone and explained everything they needed to do to get my car running again. They had it all done in two days. Everyone at Steffy's always courteous, they explain what they do, and questions are answered. I recommend this business to anyone - they do great work.

I've got a rusty POS that I probably should give up on, but these guys look out for their customers. They've warned me of all of its critical issues, have fixed multiple problems with excellent speed, and given me a fair price for all the work they do. Can't recommend them enough.

Steffy s garage I trust because repairs quoted by others were not needed or were minor in cost when Steffy diagnosed them. Doesn t mean they are perfect, but I think they are fair. My first repair was in 1981 and my last February 14, 2024. I plan to continue using their service.

Very very professional. A respectable business and facility and with a nice waiting area. They were courteous on phone and were willing to work me in on a last minute oil change request since they had a no show at that time. My first time trying them I will definitely schedule an appointment ahead next time to be able to get in with them! They came highly recommended from a friend who takes all his business vehicles there for years now. That says alot.Service: Oil change

We've relied on Steffy's for years. Their service is always great, and their prices are fair. 3 days ago, our vehicle was undrivable. The earliest appointment I could get was 2 1/2 weeks from then (yes, they are busy!). But we really need the vehicle, and I was told to bring it to their business and leave it; they would try to fit it in. Two days later--they called! The vehicle was finished! We really appreciate their caring attention to our situation and their great service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff at Steffy's was welcoming, personable, and patient when it took us three days to pick up our inspected auto. Smoke was coming from my vehicle and I could smell something burning. The staff at Steffy's picked up my vehicle from work, kept me aprised as to what was needed and now I am back in the driver's seat. Everyone was so nice, courteous and professional. Steffys are family but regardless, you will not find an automobile garage with higher integrity or more dedication to good customer service. They will give the dealership a run for their money. In other words, they are worthy competitors you can completely trust.

I stopped in without and appointment to have my vehicle tire repaired as it was losing air. They repaired it immediately and had me on my way within 30 minutes. The gentleman who checked me in and the mechanic who did the repair were extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed and appreciated. In fact, as I waited for my tire repair, I noted that many customers who came in to the garage indicated that this was their trusted auto repair garage. I'm going to be using this garage for my future auto repairs and service needs.

They checked out a squeaking noise in the front wheels. The brakes were good but the noise was from glazed brake pads. Since the brakes did not need replaced and there is no safety issues, the mechanic advised waiting until new brakes are needed unless the squeaking got worse. I decided to wait to do anything.I was impressed with the friendly staff and honest assessment of my auto issue. They could have sold me on installing new brakes but advised waiting since the brakes have about 2 years of wear left on them.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
