First time going to quick lane for a repair and they were awesome! Friendly, snacks available, and a shuttle service to take you home if you don t want to wait!! Bob took me step by step through everything and got me quotes for new tires I d need in the future. Very informative and very friendly! I ll be going here for all my services now!

Excellent service! My check engine light had been on for a few days after a battery replacement. I showed up at Quick Lane without an appointment and the issue was resolved in less than an hour.

I dropped off my car for a simple inspection and was told that it would be $1300 to fix it and it would take a few days to get parts and so on. I said ok, well the next day the girl called me and told me bad news it s going to be $2856 to fix your car now. I told her that I didn t believe her and that I would be in to pick it up soon and she actually told me that I couldn t take it because it failed inspection! I was shocked by this and told her that I would bring the police with me if necessary. It was a terrible experience and it s so sad because I had been a regular customer since they opened a few years ago for oil changes and incidentals and I always had a positive experience with them.

Sarah, the inspection technician was very professional and also very thorough. She is a asset to the dealership. The service advisers are very personable and professional. I definitely will come back for any service needed.

Have been there twice in the last 2 weeks once for my spare car having axels put in and second for my wife's car getting Inspected. I was greeted by Anthony who was very friendly and professional. He was also very helpful walking me through the process of ordering the parts I needed and getting fit into their tight squedule. The work was done in a timely manner and im very happy. I will be bringing my truck in to be Inspected very shortly as well. Great customer service.

I had a very great experience in servicing my car. Service was excellent. Lobby was great. They have coffee ,water ,snacks and good wifi connectivity with a workplace to use laptops. Also got a free car wash coupon. 10/10 will visit again .

Stopped in looking to have brakes and rotors replaced. Was advised that there might be a wait due to only 2 guys being available that do breaks today. What a shock it was that within 10 mins my vehicle was on its way back to be serviced. The staff was pleasant, professional, and informative. The best part, they had a basket full of mini chocolate chip muffins to eat. My dealership quoted me a price which seemed extremely high, so I came here. The work was done in an hour and the price was significantly less than my dealership. Highly recommend this place!! Great experience!!

They were very professional, and even though I was a walk in I didn't have an appointment they go me in around 3 to 5 minutes and told me what the time was going to be for the 1 hour and 30 minutes and they checked my car filled all the fluids and did the oil change and I was out of the store in 1 hour and 20 minutes by my clock, I can easily say I'm a future costume and recommend them for sure.

These guys have this place running like a well-oiled machine. Excellent customer service, and fair pricing. Plus, they don't try to sell you unnecessary stuff. They are extremely fast and efficient. Nice job guys.

Such a great place to get your car serviced!You can make an appointment, but even without an appointment, they ll get you on the schedule and in and out in a reasonable amount of time.The staff is honest when it comes to recommending repair work and won t try to pressure you into expensive repairs you don t need.They re upfront with their pricing and give you a detailed receipt upon checkout so you understand your bill.It s the only place I take my car here in the area.

I did ask for a quote for a tire, since my tire is in a irrepairable zone. They couldn't even get the tire prices that I can choose from. I already waited for 2hrs since the beginning. So the guy said he will call back the next day, so I left.Now three days later he called back and said the tire is ordered and it was there. We didn't even talk about buying or ordering it. I'm just requesting for a quote and it might be a same size but it wasn't even same tread of the tire I need, since it seems like they aren't carrying the brand of tire I need. (My current 4tires are still almost new.) So it doesn't make any sense to me buying a tire that it wasn't the same tread, it is like having a adidas shoe on your left foot and a nike shoe on your right foot. I wasn't born yesterday to be fooled.I do not recommend this place probably they will rip you off if you aren't smart enough.

I never realized The Works Synthetic Blend Oil Change also includes a tire rotation. Each time I go into QuickLane I specifically say I am getting an oil change only and I never realized they rotated my tires as well each time I had gone. Two appointments ago I finally realized when I was sitting in front of the glass window (thankfully) and said something. So, I've been paying around $70 each oil change thinking that's the only service I was getting. Last time I paid $30 after making it clear the only thing I needed was an oil change. That means for like the past two and a half years I was getting my tires rotated twice in one week since I go elsewhere for the rotation. I obviously don't need that and that's just extra money out of my pocket. I'll triple check I'm reading the fine print from now on, especially since I'm a woman and don't know everything about vehicles.Aside from this, everybody is friendly. They have great hospitality and fast service. They are accommodating and care about their customers.

Everyone is very friendly at this Quick Lane garage/ shop, which is also owned by LB Smith of Lemoyne. The shop employee provided me with accurate info when I called them about their services & pricing and they didn't try rushing me off the phone or seem irritated with providing the info as many other garages do when you call in advance... I had my car Inspected here, rather than at LB Smith's primary shop this time because Quick Lane is open Saturdays and that's a huge plus, and this shop doesn't require an appt (they take walk-ins), as the main LB Smith shop does require an appointment. And at the time my car inspection had run out the previous month that I hadn't noticed until a few days before taking it into Quick Lane. I was extremely impressed with their customer service both on the phone and in person (wish I could remember the young lady's name & her trainer that assisted me to give them a shot out for friendliness & great customer service, as she was still fairly new there when I was there in April), their pricing is fair/reasonable, they offered to give my car a bath after completing the work/inspection which I was extremely grateful for since I don't make it to the car wash often these days, and they offered to send an employee from their shop in 1 of their company vehicles to pick me up and take me back to their garage (free of charge) to get my car when I had called informing them that I was unsure if I could pick my car up that day when it was finished due to a scheduling conflict with the person that was initially going to take me to pick it up. Furthermore, Quick Lane techs/ mechanics didn't pressure me to have additional work done there to increase my bill as many other garages would do saying that it was necessary maintenance to make more money off of the customer, and they are one of those garages that provide an exempt emissions option & sticker when doing the state inspection if the car is eligible for it for a small fee, and the pricing I was quoted on the phone is what I was charged.FYI: This was the 3rd year in a row (initially due to the pandemic and their location in Lemoyne only a mile from where I live) that I went to an LB Smith owned business to have my inspection & emissions test done if needed and I was impressed by the clean & friendly atmosphere with a comfortable waiting area if you choose to wait while they complete the work on your car (considering it's a vehicle garage/shop), the great customer service & warm welcome each time, the fair pricing, and the vehicle services that they provide! Before 2020, I had taken my car to the same Chevy dealership where I bought my last few cars (all Chevy cars) for 15+ years either at their Hershey or Lebanon location because I was always impressed with their services too but it was an inconvenience to drive that far each time I wanted to get my routine oil change, maintenance, or repairs done. Whereas Quick Lane & LB Smith is approximately 1 mile from me. Unless something happens to change my mind in the future, I'll continue to go to LB Smith Garage or their Quick Lane Garage (as I love the flexibility Quick Lane has with walk-in appts and Saturday hours) for not only routine work (oil change, tire rotation, new tires when needed, & inspections) but for any future mechanical problems my vehicle may have as well... Thank you, Quick Lane employees for the great service you provided me with in April when inspecting my car

Had a piece of metal in my tire on Saturday afternoon. The tire was not repairable, but they were able to instead install four new tires of my preferred brand, do an alignment for me and get me back on the road all in record time. Dealt with Jared on the phone, and Bob once I got here. Both these guys plus the service tech were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend this place!

They don't honor appointments.I made an appointment for 9:30am and dropped my truck off at 8:30am. When asked when I needed it back by, I said by the end of the day and was told to come back by 5:45pm because they close at 6:00pm which was fine, at the time.It turned out I unexpectedly needed my truck back by 5:00-5:15pm. I texted them at 4:26 pm asking if it was done but got no response. I went back at about 4:45pm and was told I was next, which wouldn't work for me now, so I took my truck and left.I did say by the end of the day but the end of the day was only an hour away. They had my truck for about 8 hours (7 hours after my scheduled appointment) and didn't do anything with it. I guess I learned my lesson, which is just lie and say I need it back ASAP. That's the only way they'll honor appointments it seems. Very disappointed and I won't go back.

Convenient to drop off my car at night and pick it up the next day... thankfully as there have been no real big issues with it to keep it any longer than that. Fairly quick service and upfront service techs. Thanks for keeping my car safe!

Went there for 1st time for an inspection..Everyone was pleasant..Car finished before expected time. I was called when it was finished and they also have an SMS system of communication that keeps you informed of progress, which I liked. No hard upsell attempts but just gentle suggestions of potential upcoming maintenance that I might want to budget for - again I thought that was a good service.. Overall, they came off as a trustworthy, honest, and friendly company that will get my repeat business

I had a flat tire this past weekend, around 3 o clock on a Saturday. Apparently, that is a very bad time to need a new tire - no place was open past three! I called Quick Lane Tire and they stayed open over an hour past closing to not only change my tire, but replace all my worn-out tires and lug nuts. They were incredibly friendly and helpful; I could not be more grateful to the amazing staff who helped me out. I would 100% recommend this business to everyone.

Called the team at LB Smith due my dealer canceling my oil change due to labor issues. They transfered me to Quick Lane which is a sister service center of theirs. Their team took me without an appointment, did an oil change, fixed a nail in my tire/ rotation and replaced my air filters in 81 minutes with a car wash included free.Best service ever. Will use them going forward.

These guys are great. My boyfriend and i are from out of town. We had a huge issue happen with our vehicle. They got us in and had it done in 3-4 hours. Way quicker than we expected. They re very nice and easy to talk too. Anthony helped us. Kept us updated on what was going on.

I normally go to the service area at LB Smith but i decided to go to the quick lane today. Had Bob Yonkers as my advisor and he was so nice to me. He showed me my filters (i know about my cabin filter needed to be replace since i had it checked out before i went on a trip back in Oct). He was one of the best quick lane advisor i ever work with. I will be going back there if i can't get into the service area at LB Smith!!!

They always provide excellent promt service with diligent attention to specific needs. They have friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a unique request/problem and service manager Bob Youkers went out of his way to accommodate me. He is top notch!!!

This place was awesome! I scheduled my appointment at 3:30. We got there around 3:15 and was out the door by 4. They were amazing. They were nice and polite. We joked around and they were so nice to my 5 year old who was waiting with me. When she had questions they answered. Amazing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got a flat crossing the bridge in Harrisburg just starting out on a road trip. I called around to local tire shops while on the side of the road. Quick Lane said they could get a replacement tire similar to what I had. The cost they quoted on the phone and the time frame they gave matched what we paid and waited. I'm grateful for the courteous service.

I've been so pleased with Quicklane! Today I brought my car in to have my brake pads replaced. Last month I had my car inspected across the street at Monro Brakes (only because of availability issues) and they told me my brake pads/rotors JUST passed and need to be replaced and quoted me $500+ to do the job. I declined the work then and wanted to bring me car to Quicklane where I normally go to. Anthony called me about an hour later and said that my brake pads and rotors are just fine and will last me until well into next year! I really appreciate the honesty as they could have easily lied to me and taken my money as Monro would have. Thank you Anthony and Quicklane team! *claps*
