I had been thinking about purchasing a 6-7 passenger SUV and happened to be driving by the Lehighton Ford dealership and a 2022 GMC Acadia AT4 caught my eye so I stopped in. Debbie Carbaugh came out to great me with a handshake and a smile as I started walking towards the showroom. In minutes Debbie and I took the Acadia for a test drive. Back at the dealership, Debbie & I put a deal together and started the paper work. Mike Neeb the sales manager worked up the final paper work with me while Lehighton s detail department cleaned up he vehicle for me. I have purchase a few cars in my life, but I have never had such an easy, friendly and professional experience at a dealership. Chuck Ecker the used car manager personally thanked me and handed me a bucket with everything I will need to keep my new ride clean. Lehighton Ford provided me with top notch customer service. The day I purchased my brand new vehicle, it was raining and Charlie came right out to my car with an umbrella to walk me into the dealership. Both Charlie and Brett took good care of me, answering any and all questions I had and fulfilling all the requests I had during the car buying experience. In fact, they even allowed me to transfer everything from my previous vehicle into my new vehicle in the comfort of the garage. Nick is a great guy to deal with, knows his stuff, as well as the rest of the team, Stormy/Norm, knows how to pick the best vehicles! Very happy with our purchase of a 2018 Ford F150. Best place to go in the area, felt very secure, unlike going to a lot of the other dealerships nearby, you never know what you are going to get, more then likely a lemon. We were treated amazing (except they wouldn t give us a free hat)!! When I went to the Kia dealership before we went here, they treated me horribly! Great NEW car purchase experience! No pressure, no hassle, no complications, no harassment, and best of all no bull%#@%Purchased additional Ford accessories through parts, arrived within a day and installed immediately before I took delivery. Everything went according to my timeline, no hiccups, and kept me informed during the whole process. GREAT and FRIENDLY STAFF! Excellent Parts and Service Departments!Thanks to Mike, Steve, Charlie, Todd, and especially my salesperson Debbie who really made this a great experience! This is how purchasing an automobile should be! AAAAA+++++ all the way, THANK YOU Lehighton Ford! BTW...This Ford dealer DOES NOT mark up new vehicles over MSRP like most other dealer's do.

This place sets the standard. The transparency and fairness of this dealership is unmatched. Mike and Nick were super helpful when it came time to evaluate my trade and get into my factory ordered bronco. I felt more like a family member in this dealership than a customer. Extremely welcoming, extremely fair, and I left here with everything I wanted PLUS a great warranty that Mike fit to my needs personally. I would recommend lehighton ford to everyone. 100% will be going back there, whether it s for service, a vehicle, or just to drink slushees and hang out.

I am very happy with my experience at Lehighton Ford. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They took their time explaining everything from the purchase to how the truck operated. And no one tried to pressure me into any add ons.Even though I have several Ford dealers much closer I'm sure I made the right choice using Lehighton Ford.

Excellent customer service and support. No pressure in buying. The sales personnel are very knowledgeable and Helpful with all your questions and concerns. Purchased an Escape today at Lehighton Ford. Debbie was exceptional on going over everything about the car. Charlie was great at getting all the paperwork together and making the sale. Stephen was good at his job in finance. The guy that put on my license plate holder on without batting an eye, and the guy that looked up an accessory I wanted were great. Also Greg was there to talk with us, and answer questions about car parts and services. The team is very polite, and helpful, and they all work together to make your experience the best. I recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

Over the past 6 months I have been looking at a variety of vehicles, Everyone at Lehighton Ford was truly amazing to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. My overall experience was a great one. Totally recommend the Sales department at Lehighton Ford. I was never spun in circles and absolutely no bull**** unlike Koch 33, Bethlehem Ford and Ciocca. I was unimpressed with the attention to detail and care towards me (the customer) and after my bad experiences with the other dealerships, multiple coworkers referred me to Lehighton Ford. They were completely honest from the start. They treated me more like a human and less like a sack of money. The process was easy and simple. They have made a life customer from this purchase. Nick was awesome to deal with. Big thanks to Steve, Michael, Adam and Nick. A few dealerships in the valley need to sit back and learn how to sell a vehicle from Lehighton. Lehighton Ford has bought a customer for life. The hour drive is worth it in savings and less stress when dealing with Lehighton Ford.I began my search looking for a 2023 Super Duty. Ford was having trouble making enough trucks to fill orders and some people have been waiting 2 years for a truck. Dealerships are not able to keep promises to customers due to the shortage of parts. I knew all this going in. Every dealership told me MSRP was the price. Spent hours at local dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Each one was shady and would not budge on prices. Co-workers sent me to Lehighton (over an hour away) after they heard my experiences.Over the phone in 5 minutes, I was able to secure a better price than all the other dealerships and I was taken seriously. Made the trip up and placed an order for my truck in Feb of 2023. Lehighton even honored the X-Plan (Ford Company) discount which the other dealerships would not even honor . To not honor your own brands discount is something of disgust, take notes Koch 33 My truck took 8 months to be scheduled, built, shipped, and delivered. Many people are now going on 3 years without a truck from Ford. Even with the threat of UAW strikes, parts constraints and limits on truck package builds, Lehighton made it happen for me and a few others this year. I couldn t be happier.During my entire wait, Nick (Salesman) and Michael (Sales Manager) were always there to answer my questions. I would call Nick at least every month to check in and no matter what he didn t feel bothered he would always call back or speak to me right then and there making sure that I at least found answers to my questions. I always got the vibe that Nick loves his job and takes pride in his work. I knew I would not be left down with a guy like Nick. Nick was awesome!The day of the sale, I was never pressured to make any changes I had the exact truck I ordered. The sale went great and I left a very happy customer. I have never in my life had such an amazingly enjoyable experience buying a vehicle. Starting at the top Debbie handled the sale and was tremendous. Friendly and polite and most importantly no pressure. It took us over a week to get down to the dealership and only received a single reminder call. Mike handled the numbers and made it a complete no haggle experience. He had the numbers done in less than 45 minutes and met all of my asks. Steve handled the contracting and did an amazing job explaining everything! Both thorough and quick.I have been a Dodge guy my whole life but I will tell you, this team will make me consider switching when I am ready for my next one now that the wife has hers.

We purchased a used Mercedes Metris van. It came with a warranty that can be taken to any Ford garage. We are 3 hours and 40 minutes away. Drove there and picked it up. The next day I took it to my local Ford garage and their service dept informed me the rear tires would not have passed inspection. Was told it has a new PA inspection and it does. I sent photos of the tread depth but basically was informed that they would not do anything.

Mike and Nick were amazing. Not only did I get the suv that I have been wanting for a while but also they got my husband into a newer car. Both these men went above and beyond. They know how to treat customers & make sure you are happy before you walk out the door. If you have not been to Lehighton Ford, I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed

My vehicle had problems from day one after buying it including having a clunk that it went back for twice. They told me they couldn't find the problem to drive it until it got worse then it would be easier to find. So far after going thru their "rigorous blue certification enhanced point inspection" it has had clunk which they still haven't figured out, a faulty backup camera which they still have not changed, a bad blend door actuator that they made me pay $100 to get fixed, faulty blind spot detection sensors and the only thing fixed is the actuator that they made me pay for. I have only owned the car for two months it's supposed to have a 4 month warranty. And when I told the service manager how unhappy I was he said he is OK with me taking my business elsewhere. Go figure after they already have my money. Strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I'm from Johnstown. A 4 hr drive. I went with my father to purchase a used vehicle. This dealership gave it a new pa inspection. On the ride home, the brake pedal went to the floor. Took it Local Johnstown dealership Suppes Ford. The vehicle wasn't even close to passing pa inspection. Leighton dealership did a lick and stick.My dad called to tell them how it needs new tires and brakes needed bled.The service manager of this dealership told my dad he doesn't care if he's not happy because we're 4hrs away so we'd never be repeat customers anyway. Do not trust this place.

This is the place to go if your care about REAL Customer Service. I had catastrophic engine failure in my 2016 F-150 on the tollway near Leighton recently and being from Minnesota it was luck of the draw where it happened.I can tell you from the moment that I met the staff, from the GM to the Service manager, I felt confident that I would be treated fair and the end result would be as expected.What I didn't realize is that I would be treated as if I lived in that small town and was a previous customer. Brandon, the Service Manager, kept me in the loop, made me feel as if my job was his priority and gladly answered any questions I had.This is the place to do business. Great customer service and a job well done.

I needed to get a vehicle as my daughter had started to use my primary for her commute. I began researching a vehicle with great gas mileage, awd and good storage.The Ford Escape Hybrid kept coming up, and there was one on the lot at the dealer. I scheduled a time to come in and Kim helped me take the vehicle out. They went over the features and were friendly and knowledgeable.I was still looking and they gave me no pressure and I was able to walk out without any fuss.I looked at a couple other vehicles, and even went to another Ford dealer.However I returned and purchased the vehicle. The process was like any vehicle purchase process and the finance department worked quickly and I was able to get my vehicle home.A fantastic car (2020 Escape Hybrid SE Sport Edition). Plenty of space, fuel economy and drives like a dream.A great place to buy a car! Friendly no pressure and empowered me to make a decision and purchase my car.
