I purchased my golf cart from Don and he couldn't have been more helpful in working with us on creating something custom to fit our needs and at a very reasonable price. We've also been using his services for both storage and maintenance over the last four or five years and I wouldn't consider using anyone else. He's very responsive, knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Don's Golf Car!.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Extremely happy with Don and his shop. We purchased our golf cart there and he honored his warranty and was always quick to help with any issues we had. Recently we sent it for some suspension work and he got it done quickly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Don and his company they provide absolutely amazing customer service.

Just had our club car in for Maintenance and some upgrades. The customer service we received was excellent. Don was very informative and knowledgeable. The work performed was exceptional and well priced. His sister was very patient with our calls and questions. Just dropped my golf cart off that I was having problems with. It was before he opened in the morning and he came right outside. It was extremely nice and helpful and obviously knows what he s talking about. Should be no problem fixing it a the service so far would definitely recommend.

Don and his family run a nice place! Bought a brand new electric golf car and couldn't be happier with it. Don delivers it, gave us a quick tutorial on the features and operations, and a few weeks later answered some questions thoroughly and happily.

First came to buy batteries for a fix up golf cart we bought, no issues. We had a hard time getting the wiring right so we brought it to Don to wire for us. Said it would be done in a week after calling several times with no return calls he finally called my husband and said we needed a controller $700 for a controller not installed had him install it and was told one week it would be done, called every week for an update and would get told they d check and get back to me and wouldn t. 4 weeks later get a call it s done controller was hooked up but not the box was not attached to the panel. Two screws and he wouldn t attach it himself. 5 hours of labor at $100 an hour and putting two screws in to hold the controller panel on wasn t feasible for him. Then when I went to pick it up he proceeded to tell me it s not running right and needs a motor. He never told my husband that when he called to tell him it was done or mentioned it at any point. We are missing a motor cover and he claims he doesn t have it but it was on the golf cart when we dropped it off. Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

He gave me a lot of help redoing a 1979 Yamaha G1 golf cart. sold me the parts I needed for fair prices .explained to me how the unit worked so I could rebuild it myself you don't find help like that anymore in the small businesses. I would recommend him highly to anybody with an older Yamaha. Anybody looking to customise the golf cart they have or want to buy.

We called Don to see if he could sale our golf cart! He said he would fix it up and consign it then cut us a check. That was about a month ago and we still haven t seen the check in the mail. I m need impressed by his word. He already sold the gold cart but where is our MONEY?

I've purchased 3 golf carts from Don and all of them were great. Put a lift kit and tires on newest one looks great. Fast , friendly and courteous family owned business.

Took our Golf Cart there to get a tune up. That's it. Called the day after it was there and asked if we wanted to get new wires for it. But we told them no because we had the stuff to do it ourselves. Well they took it upon themselves to change the wires. They had to order the wires. The wires came in and they ordered the wrong ones. They told us it would only be there 2 days, its been there 8 days and we still haven't gotten it back. Bad service and cocky people. Wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to go there.

Had very bad experience with this company. Took my golf cart without my permission, when no one was home. Few days later quoted $600; when I refused they charged me $75 to bring it back. When I asked why you didn't tell me about $75 return fee, lady on the phone simply said "You didn't ask". Called another place, guy came in and fixed it on the spot within 30 min, charged me only $70. I will never be using Don's services

I had a golf cart that was beyond repair. Don came all the way to my house in Bangor, took the old golf cart in trade for another one. When that one had some problems he came and took the new one and fixed it.
