Best car buying experience I have had in a long time.I reached out to Moyer about a Mazda that they had in stock. It was the exact color and trim combination that I was looking for. Shortly after sending my inquiry, I was contacted by the dealership and they offered me a fantastic deal (that blew my local dealers away). I accepted their offer verbally and scheduled a time to come to the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car (I live almost 2 hours away but the deal Moyer offered made the drive 100% worth it). Upon arrival I was greeted by my sales person (Scott Keath) and the Sales Manager (Ian Donlin). Scott and Ian made the process as smooth as any car purchase I have ever made. There was no pressure to add on anything extra to the deal and as such I was in and out in less than an hour. I honestly cannot recommend this dealership enough if you are in the market for a Mazda.

I have financed a vehicle last year on January 11th 2023. This place use to be called Ladd-Hanford. Well, let me tell you the problems that I m having with a newer vehicle! I have a 2022 Mazda Cx-30 with less than 22,000 miles on it now. August 13th 2023 my battery decided to fail. Already? Wow. That s strange in a low mileage vehicle. Got it fixed by Hanover Mazda repair services and then December 6th 2023 it was doing The same thing 4 months later! Are you kidding me! Had to take off work again with money wages lost for something that shouldn t be happening and I m the one suffering. I had to drive back and take it to Hanover Mazda and they kept it for additional 1 day to see on why the battery keeps failing. They did there testing on my 2022 Mazda and told me they can t find anything wrong with it, besides the battery failing again. I got a call not even 2 weeks later from Hanover Mazda repair services, that they want me to drive back to drop off my vehicle because the actual MAZDA wants to look at it now. They should have looked at it or kept the vehicle when I was there the 2nd time! More inconvenience for me and I m 25 weeks pregnant! Now January 7th 2024 I got off work, started my Mazda and now my Engine light is on and says get it inspected. Thank goodness I got an appointment today; January 9th to drop it off , but here I am wasting my time and energy wants again !! I am highly unsatisfied with this vehicle and the issues on it and the customer service on getting these issues resolved and correct. This car is unsafe for me , my kids and my baby on the way.

I had such an amazing experience with this dealership. I worked with Ben Winters and he helped make my trade in process easy and mutually beneficial. On the first day of Spring I was able to drive my first new, never used, Car out of their lot and into my driveway. Thank you all so much and I will always recommend you to anyone I can!

We had called and gotten a quote for an oil change and when we fianlly got the bill it was over $100 for just an oil change. And they had charged us to replace a filter without ever asking us if it was something we wanted. I understand trying to be proactive but this was just shady. We re also told she would get a discount for having a Mazda but never got it. Heard such good things but was thoroughly disappointed. We will not be returning

Submitted an online form about interest in a particular car. I instead start getting marketing emails about financing and submitting credit applications and no follow up about my interest in said vehicle.

The buying process for the Jeep I purchased was extremely easy.I did however have some trouble with the vehicle I bought. Being that I live 2 hours from this dealer I had to go to a different Jeep dealer for repairs. The dealer I went to would not cover the repairs under warranty so I called Ladd-Handford and let them know about my situation. Jason from Ladd-Hanford helped out by rectifying the situation without a blink of an eye. He has been great through the whole process, super friendly, and wanted me to be happy. That's what customer service is about.I would definitely buy a car from them again just because of how pleased I am with their customer service.

I knew I wanted a pre owned Mazda and was actively searching for my best deal. I saw a car ad for Ladd Hanford. My salesman was Josh Streiff. His knowledge of the vehicle and no pressure attitude made my test drive comfortable, but his kindness sold the car! A thank you also to Ryan for helping me while I waited.

Took my Mazda here for a recall. Somehow they overlooked it on the day it was scheduled but I was in no hurry or anything so it was all cool. Not sure if I dropped the keys at the wrong place or how. I did in fact drop it off after hours. The completed the recall and overall good experience.

It's always nice and neat in there. Very comfortable and they offer Wi-Fi and snacks and drinks. They keep you informed while your waiting. Very very nice .

Drove over 3 1/2 hrs just to look at a vehicle they have......let them know they were over 2500 dollars above bluebook.....i was willing to pay cash and take it home that day if they were willing to get it closer to book value and they weren't willing to budge......then finally were willing to drop down 500 at the most......what a joke!!!! Never again
