New going in it was not gonna happen got you in the door then they change the down payment price after three verbal agreements on the down payment prior to going then you do you re walking the door give them your bank statements and they come back and tell you oh yeah, this is how much it s gonna be. Yeah, the monthly payments were good however, the down payment was what was changing the world, so if you go there use caution don t expect too much and good luck

Had a very unpleasant experience dealing with Major Key Motors. From start to finish was just very unprofessional and basically lied to me to get me in the door. I have sold cars briefly before so I understand the jist of how a car deal should be delt with professionally. I found no professionalism here. They refused to let me test drive a car before putting numbers in front of me. The vehicle in question had a major exhaust leak and a tire loosing air that was non matching to the other 3. I was assured by the salesperson on the final sale price and monthly payments would be reasonable and even asked about it AFTER my credit application was sent in and reviewed. After I asked why my down payment had doubled from what was originally told to me, the manager then had the nerve to ask "oh you can't come up with that"? Not to mention my payments went from roughly 450 ( what was told to me by salesperson) to almost $700. I understand they help with bad credit and sure they can get you into a vehicle. But expect very little professionalism and VERY pushy sales people selling overpriced mediocre vehicles with hidden issues. I have been to dealerships with bad customer service before but this one tops the list. Even in my short automotive sales career, I have never refused a customers request to drive a vehicle they are interested in then turn around and show them the price and payment of said vehicle. I would definitely think twice before coming here. 0/10 Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Mayor Key motors. The staff was so friendly and answered all of the questions I had. Very smooth transaction and they were even willing to negotiate the price. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car!

Well, let me say that even though I didn't walk out today with a vehicle. (Due to a small issue on my behalf.) Mr. Jalen treated me with the utmost respect. Guided me in what I need to do to get a vehicle off Them. And their stock of vehicles are very nice, & good prices. And I will be back to purchase a vehicle very soon. A couple more weeks and I'll be good. Thanks to Jalen at Major key motors. Thank you guys very much.

My sister, DIL, and myself have gotten our vehicles from Laquanna and Jalen, today I purchased car # 2 from them and they continue to be super nice & helpful. No runaround s no gimmicks, no hassle just straight facts!! If you re looking for a beautiful, clean, reliable, car/suv etc. I highly recommend you to stop on bye and let them work their magic to put you in the drivers seat of one of the many beauties on their lot!!

THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I m a single mom and buying a car is rough but major key motors made it a great experience. They even took the time out to make sure this was the best decision for me to make right now financially. They even gave my daughter a little carfax fox stuffed animal. Jaquanna is the best!
