I cannot thank Lebanon Auto Sales enough for my new car, especially Scott, the awesome salesman who made it happen! I hadn't purchased a car since my last one in 2001, and I was so stressed because it had been so long. I knew nothing about getting a new car. I was overwhelmed by the entire process. That was until I spoke with Scott and explained how I felt about buying another car. With his 45+ years experience and kind down-to-earth nature, Scott immediately did away with all my worries and made this a breeze. He did all the work necessary so that I could have the car I set my heart on. He did everything he could to make the process easy, simple and stress-free. I would not have this beautiful car if not for him. He dedicated so much extra time to get me a loan that best fit my financial needs. And he had his people deliver my car right to my home because I couldn't get down there to pick it up myself! And for a very reasonable low cost! It only took minutes to sign all the necessary paperwork. Scott made it so easy to do all this over the phone. He had prepared the paperwork all perfectly in order and ready to go for me as he clearly explained everything I needed to know over the phone. I am really impressed with how perfectly on top of everything Scott was as we completed the sale. He absolutely is the best!! I felt so bad for his men that day. It was bitter cold and the wind was brutal, but they patiently held the papers in place so I could sign them. I'm so lucky that the car I wanted was at Lebanon Auto Sales and that Scott was my salesman. I'm not going to anyone else but Lebanon Auto Sales for my car purchasing needs. And I LOVE the car I bought from them! Thank you so much, Scott, your delivery guys and Lebanon Auto Sales!!!

Lebanon Auto Sales will always be the place I go to for all my car needs/questions. Without making this a book to read, my last car was what brought me into Leb Auto Sales, and they seen me a lot over these last 6+months cause that car was a ticking time bomb basically (I bought that car from a different car lot). Long story short, I knew I was going to have to get another car. Thanks to the help from Leb. Auto Sales and the advice that Jay G. had given me, I recently was able to buy a new car from them that I NEVER thought I d be able to get! I finally have a vehicle that I know is safe and has no issues. And as a mother that s a huge relief. I really appreciate everyone there and all they ve done since I started coming to them. I have nothing but good things to say! Every interaction with them has been great! I tell anyone I know that has car needs/issues etc to go to Lebanon Auto Sales!

My initial experience was a positive one. However, it was downhill from there. I took the truck in for a repair that was still covered under my 90-day warranty. Not only was the truck not completely repaired, but it took 3 weeks for something that should've only taken a couple days. Side note, I was a little more understanding, since this happened around Thanksgiving. Moreover, they didn't even check the issue I asked them to look into. They heard a similar noise per my complaint but still failed to inspect the IWE system. I called and spoke with them about it to see what they noticed; that's when I realized they didn't look into my actual complaint. They were actually willing to fix it (past the warranty), but its been 4 months since that phone call. The truck was also filthy since one of the employees had his dog in the truck and smoked in the truck. It was absolutely disgusting. That was one of the things I compromised on, but Im shocked a dealer would be willing to sell such a poorly taken care of truck. Finally, (all speculation) I believe the truck was used for plowing snow, and they knew about it but never disclosed it. Despite being great friendly people, I cannot recommend this dealer.

Scott was extremely wonderful to work with. And that s exactly what he did, worked with us. No pressuring! He gave us the best deal and found us the best financing available. I highly recommend Lebanon Auto for your next vehicle purchase!!

The transfer of my old car to the new truck was flawless. The truck was not detailed as I would have liked. I requested a full tank of gas as the car I traded in had a full tank. I was told that the boss would fire him if he did that.(Update) Ken was a man of his word! I stopped back with the truck and they filled the tank. Please note when I got the truck it had a half tank. When I stopped it had a half tank. So they only had to fill half way. Nothing more nothing less. Ken is a very nice man to talk too. I highly recommend them for your car or truck needs! Great inventory!

I got a car there 7 months ago an from there all staff were very helpful an courteous an went above the standard on helping me choose my vehicle an right coverage an needed a maintenance job an they put me in immediately an gave me a rental for no charge an every time there they treat me an my family like were family of there s. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

From start to finish, a positive experience! Sally was amazing in hunting down a part that couldn't be found. I don't know the name of the mechanic, but he was top notch!! Even my tires were refilled due to seasonal air loss that happened on the day I dropped my car off! Again, a wonderful experience with all I spoke with, and yes I'm spreading the good news! Thanks again guys, you're totally appreciated!

Excellent inventory!In today s age it s hard to feel confident when buying a used vehicle. Jay the salesman who helped me was perfect when it came to providing me information on the vehicles, and helping me narrow down the vehicle I wanted.(very knowledgeable, no pressure) Doris at the desk was always polite and very helpful, and the techs in the shop seemed thorough, careful, and happy to help. I gotta say I m glad I bought my truck at Lebanon auto sales and I m coming back for my next one!

Recently had my car in for service, I was very satisfied with them. Was told a year ago by a previous employee of theirs that I needed rear brakes. They called me while my car was there telling me I did not need them. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I really appreciated their honesty! Was given the option of a loaner, which was a huge help. Friendly staff and quick, honest service. I will be back!

Need to be more thorough with their pre-sale vehicle inspection. Had multiple things that were broken on a vehicle I bought from them. But overall, very nice to work with.

I really am glad I decided to go with Lebanon Auto Sales!No hard sell, no pressure, infact they were very helpful and very open and transparent during the entire process from me first showing up and being warmly greeted all the way until they gassed up my new car and I drove away with a smile feeling like I was treated well! It is a "one stop" dealership, they do inspections, repairs too, as well as getting you financing, plates etc.I checked around with friends about who had good reputations to buy a used car from, and Lebanon Auto Sales kept coming up, I checked a few out online, made a couple visits to other placesand well.. i just knew how I was greeted that this was were I wanted to be. I really appreciate Jay, he took the time to answerevery question I had, and thankfully suggested I test drive severaldifferent cars, just for comparison, and I ended up getting a different one than I had thought I would, because it just felt so much more comfortable to me. In the end, Jay made the whole process painless and actually comfortable!

Found them on the triple A website for an inspection. They are fantastic! Great/friendly customer service and great work. Will be going back for my brakes and whatever else my car needs!

I had my vehicle in this place a couple times and they did not do what I had asked; (referring to Sally). My husband then called in and repeated the same information. They still did not do the work. I also explained that I would be paying in cash. Who doesn't like cash? Also, Sally should stay off her phone when on the clock when looking me up on here, lol as she's getting paid to work & order car parts, etc (and not doing personal stuff on the clock)!?! Doesn't look good in her position. Maybe that's why she didn't listen to what I needed done for my truck? Review isn't from a released employee. It's from a customer. Your comment is defaming your "released employee ".

Initially we were going to come the same week we got the loan ready, Jay took care of us, did an oil change balanced all the tires, put on new valve stems and had a mechanic drive it further to make sure the car would drive fine for the 1200 miles back home, even dropped the price so we could cover our rental car another week. Jay even came in on his day off just to take care of us.Would absolutely come back to buy another car!

They r my go to dealership. They r very friendly and will help u with finding the rite car or truck. I will recommend them to any one that asks. They also work on cars there to I brought my wife's jeep there many times and they always get the job done.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Drove 4 hours in the rain to look at a van with a child. We were ready to buy, and he said we could only pay with a personal check. We didn't bring checks because he never said we would need it. Personal checks are outdated, and most places will do a bank transfer. Jay talked down to me and said I had "attitude." Yes, I am frustrated. We just drove 4 hours in the rain, for him to talk down to me and treat me awful. He said we should have known. Well, Jay, I don't buy cars every day. You should have said we needed personal checks before we came.

I hate buying cars. Like with a passion. But Jay was amazing to work with; not pushy, not overbearing, and was honest with me throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend going to Lebanon Auto Sales if you re looking for a new vehicle.

Great service. My first experience with Lebanon Auto Sales was with Sally. She was very friendly and helpful. I took my car to get inspection/emission. They completed the work in a few hours. I would definitely take my vehicle back for service.

Ken,I would like to thank you for the great deal you gave me on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Your salesman John went above and beyond our expectations ,providing us with service records and comparisons. Also his knowledge of the vehicle was quite impressive, and that is saying a lot considering you just don't sell Jeeps. I would be willing to bet that anyone on your team would be very knowledgeable about any vehicle on your lot. I think it is also important to mention that we are a first time customer of yours that drove over forty miles to visit your extremally clean and organized facility, and were very impressed with your friendliness and exceptional customer service. Even though this was our first experience with you and your team it was refreshing to be treated like old friends. I am sure that we will be doing business' in the future...maybe even buying another Jeep since my wife won't give mine back.Looking forward to working with you in the future!!!!Rob

I have been a customer for Lebanon auto sales for a short 2 years now but I have been nothing but pleased with their customer service, as well as their mechanic shop!! Everything is done with precise detail and excellence. Every time my car goes in there I know for a fact it s coming out like new! Thanks to the team at Lebanon auto sales!
