I had very bad FRONT tires went straight to Walmart, because I did not want to have an accident. There I asked for 2 front tires only to be told I could not get just 2 tires, but had to get 4 tires. My rear tires were not at all bad as I had looked at them just before I went into the store. The rear tires were in excellent shape. I should have left then and there, but hated to drive with how terrible my front tires were. If I had known I would be forced to get 4 tires I would have gone somewhere else, because no one else has ever done this to me when getting tires. While I was there another customer was asking why her tires were already so bad as she had recently purchased from them. I don't know how her issue turned out, but I imagine similar. To me this is a straight up scam. Wish I had taken photos of my good tires to show. I will never go there for anything automotive ever again.

This shop took care of us after the local Mr. Tire turned us away twenty minutes before close on a Friday evening. It took almost the same time to get checked in as it did to repair the puncture in the tire. The tech took the time to explain the repair, and we had no troubles with it afterwards. It was a fair price as well.

Rounded out an oil pan's drain plug in the Ranger I had, and destroyed 2 tire pressure sensors, one in my chrysler, and other in my audi. I'm always promised service will be better after they paid to replace them. It's not worth the hassle anymore. Just go to Youngstown Tire.

The "service manager" puts more effort into making an excuse as to why he can't do the service you ask for than he would doing it. He assumed I didn't know anything about load ratings and treated me like a dummy. I just kept my mouth shut and took my business elsewhere. There's no way I'm letting that guy touch my vehicle.

Tried to take my car here for its first oil change since getting it from the dealership. Two hours passed after they pulled my car into the garage just for them to say "Your bolt is stripped we can't change your oil". Took it to a local mechanic's shop for an oil change and let them know what the Walmart techs said. Less than 20 minutes go by, I get my keys back and he said "They lied that bolt isn't stripped." So god only knows what they did with my car for those two hours. I will never be going back there.

Super helpful! They were so busy and it still only took an hour to get winter tires on. Once I was do getting tires and went out to get in my car the battery was dead.. the manager offered to come out and jump my car or replace my battery entirely. I chose to purchase a new battery and he installed it in the parking lot. Everyone at this auto center was so nice! By far the best Walmart Auto in our area!

It was a quick tire change and if your tire is able to be fixed they'll help fix it. The one thing that isn't great is if you have different size tires than your car calls for such as you customized it they will not put them on your vehicle but there's a way around that you park around back and you take it off your own car wheel it inside and they'll put it on the wheel for you and then you just go back out and put it on your car yourself

Speaking strictly on this experience and not priors I would give it 5 star. I had tires put on. They were fairly cheap($140 out the door for 2 tires plus the insurance on them) and service was done quickly. About an hour total time for 2 tires. The employee helping me was super helpful and friendly. Thanks Aaron!

I suspected I had an oil leak and I called several mechanics in my area, no one answered or even called me back. I decided to try Walmart auto center because I didn't want to wait very long if I really did have an oil leak and at the least they could tell me if it needed to be serviced at a mechanic, and make sure I have adequate oil in my car until then. The staff was very helpful and polite, they checked my car oil levels and everything was great, the cause of the oil on my driveway was most likely because I had a lot of oil residue from the previous time it was serviced and the recent rain has been washing it out. They cleaned it up for me and said they didn't notice any leaking really. Obviously if the problem still persists I will take it in to a mechanic but that doesn't change the fact that they were fast and friendly, and the manager himself talked to me about my car and did not charge me anything. I would recommend Walmart auto center to friends and family. Thanks again!

Needed help quickly when my wiper blade flew off driving down the road and it was snowing. I was near the store so I went and they had actually closed 20 mins prior to when I arrived. But workers were finishing up/cleaning up. I asked if they'd help me put new wipers on cuz I've never done it. Long story short I got the new wipers but the actual blade holder is bent and unable to hold the wiper on tight, so they helped get it on tight enough to get me by till I can replace it. Staying almost an hour after they closed to help me out is something I'll always appreciate. I did not get anyone's names but thank you so much for the quick fix!

Ordered tires online and made an appointment to get them installed. They canceled my appointment with no explanation and no phone call. They didn't even bother telling me when I showed up for the appointment, they just told me to park somewhere until they could get to me. I ended up returning the tires, I'll get them somewhere else. Would not recommend to anyone.

I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I told the cashier I needed dexos oil. She argued with me and insisted that I needed full synthetic. I went and took my time shopping while my car was being done and went back about an hour later. I told them which car I had and the guy told me 'couldn't do it' I was perplexed. I asked why and the mechanic came out and said 'couldn't get your oil plug out it's stripped'. It would have been nice if they would have called to inform me that, I wouldn't have wasted time roaming the store.Fast forward two days. My check engine light comes on. I take it to my dealership. They inform me that my oil cap was not properly on the entire way so air was getting into my engine causing the check engine light to come on. Horrible experience. I would not recommend these careless idiots for any type of auto work.

Wow what a great experience I wish I would have caught the woman at the counter's name but she was fantastic I only needed one tire replaced because I had some front end issues that I had fixed so she had to come out and make sure my other tires were not wore too much because I had a four-wheel drive it was great as she did it she explained to me why they had to do it with a quick reassurance from her manager that it was okay they had me in and out in like 15 minutes I usually avoid Walmart's TLE because of bad experiences I've had at other Walmarts but with this great experience I think it's time to give them another chance thank you for the quality work and the professionalismService: Tires

No thanks! I will never go here again. No trust. But, it's been a couple years since I been here. But I went here to get a couple tires put on. And it took forever, and it seemed like no one wanted to do it. One time a guy came out and said he cdnt change it bcz a lug nut was almost rounded off. Yr a garage, get it off and replace it!! Don't look for reasons to get out of work. I'm sure there's other ppl out there that know exactly what I'm talking about here.

I can't say much I only got a rain-ex windshield wiper but I didn't go to have them do my tires because a friend had issues and need to go back to have them fixed

Called ahead of time to see how long it would take to get tires put on, said an hour. Drove the whole way there and the girl working the counter was so rude and told me it would be two and half hours just for the wait! Unreal.

Claimed me car smelled like gas it did would not charges my tires came back later to leave guy who said this was gone guess he was get off soon and didn t want to deal with my car went to ntb had no problem
