If you need to go to Verizon, don t come here. I ve had a few issues since switching and both times I ve been advised by customer service to go to the store for assistance, they give me attitude and tell me they can t help me. Every time I ve been in the store, Brian (who I assume is the manager) is the one always giving me attitude and being rude. The employees are very unprofessional and inconsiderate every time I come in.

Thank you to Robert G. for helping me out in getting a new phone set up! He was so patient and helpful, especially since my old phone was giving us so much trouble! This was absolutely my best experience with Verizon in all my years. Robert was chatty, made what could have been a very unpleasant afternoon enjoyable! He even set up my vehicle with my new phone. Awesome customer service at this store!!

Robert G did an amazing job setting up my new iPhone today! Robert went above and beyond to thoroughly explain the charges, promotions, credits, and billing process. Robert also went as far to set up my liquid screen protector and warranty. I would highly recommend Robert!

Today I went to the Latrobe Verizon store because my phone was not working properly. Robert waited on me and tried several things to determine what was causing my phone to not work. He found the problem and determined that a new phone was in store. He explained the differences and prices on the three phones I was interested in. After selecting the phone, he did all the set up of my new phone including transferring what I had saved on my old phone. He is a true professional in this field with many years of experience. He exhibited knowledge and skills that provided me with confidence that I have a great phone along with his expertise for any questions or concerns I may have down the road. Ask for Robert when you visit and you will be glad you did!

Leah and Sam were fantastic!!! I took my phone in after my screen stopped working and they were able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix the problem in less than five minutes. Very thankful for their effort and hard work!

I had gone in to upgrade my phone and ended up getting an iPad and 2 more lines while still staying close to my original price range! Which was more than I was hoping for! I had help from Robert! He went through options and numbers with me multiple times! He was so great! Super kind and extremely knowledgeable! Best experience with Verizon I ve ever had!!
