I visited here twice this week and both times they were helpful and directed me to exactly what I needed so I didn't waste any time searching.They had a windshield wiper that the other companies didn't have in stock which is the main reason I tried out O'Reilly's.The level of service and the in stock items make this a great place to go when looking to work on your vehicle.

Stopped for help in putting a windshield wiper on after stopping at autozone who wouldn't help cuz I wasn't sure if I purchased it there or not. Anyway One of the employees named David at O'Reilly auto came out right away and took a minute to check new wiper and said he thought it was not right for for my car then he put old one back on in 5 seconds. He never asked if I bought it there or hesitated to help me. Thank you so much David. You renewed my faith in mankind and helped keep me safe in the rain. Thank you again you should get a raise

Not a single customer in the store besides myself and I waited for 15 mins for someone to come out of the back to assist me. Finally when they did they were not much help, said we don't carry that and went back to the back to continue his conversation with his coworker. Looked for what I could use and he came back out in a few mins to ring that up. I then decided I was going to purchase a few other items I seen that I could use from the store and I ended up leaving over $65 worth of stuff sitting at the counter after waiting again for 5 mins and the works just continued to their conversation on a drive shaft. Another OReilys visit that was a horrible experience. Over half an hour wasted in the store waiting to purchase what I wanted and needed.

I was sold the wrong oil, shame on me for not checking it in the store. Drained my oil and changed the filter was just about to Crack open the first quart and noticed it was the wrong oil. I called the store and a guy named George answered and was very helpful, went to another store to get the oil and then dropped it off at my house.

I had battery issues when I tried to leave my work in Latrobe. These guys were more than helpful 10 minutes to closing, putting a voltmeter on my battery and spraying the leads with electric cleaner. The installation of a new battery was out of the question as it required a substantial front quarter panel disassembly. The store, per usual, was top notch and the employees professional. I'm sure they would have helped on their own time as well. I'll be using O'Reilly auto parts exclusively in the future. Knowledgeable and professional, this is the key to success

As soon as I opened the door i was greeted with a smile. I'm from out of State. I purchased a headlight bulb back home that I thought went out. I came here to see if I could get it replaced. They found my invoice and were able to get a new lightbulb. I asked if they could help me install and replace it for me as I did not have any tools or anything on me. (I wish I had asked for their name). They definitely didn't have to do that (which they mentioned they really don't especially if it is one of the cars that you have to remove the whole bumper), but they really went above and beyond to try to help me. I REALLY appreciate it. Honestly the best service I have received since I got here. The whole crew deserves a shout out! I am really impressed. Not to mention how nice the store is!

Went there to get an electrical part for my antique car. He didn't know what I was talking about. He made phone calls and they had trouble understanding. I told him that the part did not yet exist and it would be an add on. He asked me to bring it in so he could look at it. IT DOESNT YET EXIST IN THE CAR!!. I went to auto zone. They knew exactly what i needed
