Fast friendly and had what I needed also quality parts at a good price

Have used the Latrobe location before and really pleased with how quickly they can get me the right parts, this experience was the same in that reguard. However, I was really disappointed in the customer service this time, the part ordered was there but it was clear, phone calls were more important than the customer at the counter. During my transaction the phone rang and the representative was quick to look up pricing and availability for the person on the phone while I just stood there, much to my surprise when he asked the person on the phone to hold it wasn't to help me but to take another customer call again I just stood there finally while still on the phone, he rang me up. What was frustrating was he never once asked if I needed anything else, which I did, I needed filters for a skid steer and three tractors which was probably was about $600 worth of filters (fuel, oil, hydraulic, air for each), so I figured if he didn't want the business I would go to a shop that did. I hope that was just a one time thing cause it's out of the norm and because the guy on the phone might show up but the guy at the counter is already there.

Napa is the best place to get parts and supplies for your vehicle and tractors. They're very helpful and make sure you get the right parts for the job at hand and if they're not right they take the parts back and replace or refund you no questions asked. Their prices are very reasonable and if they have to order parts they get them fast so you don't have to wait long to get them. Everyone there are so helpful and so nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not bad folks here. All knowledgeable and are able to get you that odd part or item you need. Prices are a little more expensive than that of the other stores, but decent. Great place for bigger trucks or equipment, odds and ends, and some specialty products. God bless.

I had been shopping for an auto parts store for a commercial account and there are many to choose from. Im opening in the spring but have been looking now. After using several parts stores I started buying from NAPA in Latrobe. Larry went out of his way for me as I couldn't pick up a battery and he had no problem delivering it and just so you know NAPA blew away the prices at the other parts stores I had been trying out. Since then I have been going to Latrobe Napa exclusively and have also gotten parts with Jim as well. Im looking for friendly counter people that will treat me right and if I send my customer there I have to know that they are also treating them right because that reflects on me and my business. I have been around and can recommend NAPA as well as Jim and Larry to everyone.Tom Hackley GO-MOW lawn mower and small engine repair.

Horrible service I bought break calibers with 125.00 core went to getvmy core back guy said he could not give me my money back cause he did not have that amount of cash in his drawer I told him to bad get manager which he did after 10 min of fighting me over my own cash

Very helpful, quick service. Got what I needed, did my repairs in the parking lot, and was out in under 15 minutes.
