These guys are the best. I had a brake caliper issue which they repaired quickly and very professionally. I would use them as my primary. Five stars does not even come close to reflecting the quality of service.

I came in with an oil leak on my dodge magnum . They want above and beyond to accommodate my problem. Excellent customer service. Best shop I've been to in a very long time

I'm still a relatively new car owner and these people always put up with my panicked stupidity. Last year I had my tire pressure warning light come on and they took it back ASAP, told me all my pressures were fine and that that's a common issue in the winter. Turned the light off, didn't charge me a penny. This year, my car isn't starting and showing a battery warning light. Told me bring it in they'd look at it today. I haven't even gotten it to their shop yet, but I'm confident these folks will take good care of me and my car. Will update my review afterwards!

Absolutely terrible! Was told i could bring my one F250 truck in for alignment then on arrival was told they didn't think they could and the shorter haired lady was completely rude and lost a lot of business. Whoever owns the place may want to go over customer service with the front desk.

Mr.Tire should be not be anyone's choice for tires or service based on the level customer service we experienced recently.It was twenty minutes until the posted closing time when we pulled up needing a tire plugged after finding a screw had punctured it. As we arrived, everything appeared to be closed. Then, a door opened. When the man approached, I asked if we could get a tire plugged. The response was not what I hoped to hear. He said, "I can schedule you something tomorrow, maybe around ten." My reference to the logical, "It's leaking air right now," didn't seem to have relevance as he huffed and reiterated there was nothing he could do because he clocked out and was the sole employee. That forced us to go to the Wal-Mart Tire & Auto Center, where the repair took roughly fifteen minutes.If you post hours open until a specific time, that's supposed to be when a customer can receive service. At Mr. Tire in Latrobe, that is sadly not the case.

Ordered 4 new tires, purchased an alignment and warranty. I have the confidence now that if I have tire trouble that I will be supported. My car feels better to drive now with the alignment.

Awsome crew and extremely helpful and wonderful manager ,karrie does a fantastic job and shows consern and care to her customers all the while juggling 20 other tasks ,she and her crew are awesome. 10/10 will visit again.only thing i can say negative is the potholes in parkinglot are deep and needs attention so maybe corporate can update that for even better curb appeal and even quicker and safer service

The woman in charge said my lug nuts were wrong. I told her to mount and balance the other 3 while I ran a wheel up the road to the Ford garage. I had Ford parts sell me 24 new lug nuts for Ford wheels. (They're all the same by the way) Went back with the new lug nuts and she told me they were wrong. She is very clue-less. So it took 2 hrs. to mount and balance 4 tires and they would not put them on the vehicle. Worst tire shop I ever wasted my time and money at.

We stopped by after we started hearing noises from the tires after being parked for 8 days at Latrobe airport. The staff was very helpful in taking a look and helping us decide if it was safe to drive home. No charge. Very friendly. Great service for an unexpected visit!

I have used this place on many occasions and every single time I have been pleasantly surprised as well as very impressed by them. The people that work here are all genuine and kind hearted individuals that treat their customers with respect and professionalism. I've talked to other people who have also used them for their car service needs and they have said exactly what I'm saying which is they will never try to trick or mislead anyone to make a profit. Their work on my car has never failed me and has never been unreasonably expensive for the appropriate work needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area because you won't disappointed.

They are honest and straight forward, they won't make you change or replace something unnecessarily. They do their best to give you the best price while maintaining quality products and care for your vehicle. I feel very fortunate to have found Mr. Tire and they've always taken care of my car very well. I highly recommend their facility and services.

I needed a valve stem replaced last minute and Karrie was willing to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They had it replaced in less than an hour. Karrie was very nice and I had a great experience here. Definitely would recommend!

I called on a whim to see if they could look under my car as I had recentyl scraped the bottom severely. They said to bring the car down in a half and hour and they would take a look. When I got there I was greeted my a woman who was extremely pleasant and personable. They took my car immediately and took a look underneath and confirmed there was no damage except for the scrape plate.The shop catered to my last minute request and did not charge me anything! I would highly recommend this shop as they genuinely care about their customers. I will definitely be returning as a paying customer. Thank you all again for ensuring my car was safe!

I was traveling from out of town for a competition with my dogs, when I arrived at the site to find I had a completely flat tire. In between our competitions, my friend and I changed the tire to the spare, saw it had a nail in the tread, and took it over to mr tire. I then had one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had in 24 years of driving. They immediately took the tire and got to work on it. They then put it back on the car, balanced it, returned the spare (not easy on a grand caravan), and checked all of my other tires. I was only away from the competition for 30-35 minutes. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful. 10/10 experience. Thank you to all of the folks at Mr Tire! I so wish we had one in my hometown!

The service is really good. I had not scheduled an appointment however they were kind enough to accommodate me. There is waiting room with a bunch of stuff to read and a television set so you can wait and do your work while they get your vehicle fixed.I had gone for a simple oil change. They explained all the options I have and which one is the best for my vehicle. They charged me only for the repair that I needed.After fixing the car they also mentioned a few things that I should look out for in the vehicle.The approach for the shop is pretty simple. It can be noticed from a distance.

If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I totally would. I have heard multiple horror stories from this place and experienced one for myself with my boyfriend today. From forgetting to put oil in a car after an oil change to failing inspections when nothing is wrong with the car at all. Today one of the mechanics drove my boyfriend s brand new car into the garage door after failing his inspection. The mechanic was super apologetic, but the manager, Kerrie Klug, was insanely nasty and did not apologize about the situation once. She then went on to tell us that her garage door was ruined and showed no concern about the car that was just smashed on her watch. Then she said that she didn t have the name or number of the insurance company, only a fax number. But after threatening to call the cops, the name and number magically appeared. I could not give this place a worse review. Absolutely horrible. -5/5 stars.

The alternator on my car failed recently. Mr Tire got the car in and the alternator replaced the same day at a good price. Great service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Very personable. They are my first choice for tires and routine service on my cars

We unexpectedly wound up here mid-trip driving across state. The staff, especially the manager Karrie Klug, were fantastic and helped make an otherwise stressful situation delightful! They were very knowledgeable, talked us through the issue with our car, and calmed us down, all while entertaining our 6-year-old! A+ customer service! Would go back if in Latrobe again!

I've been going to this location of Mr. Tire for quite a while and have always had a good experience here. In my experience they've never tried pushing unnecessary work on me, but will let me know if something may need looked at in the future.Both Dave and Carrie are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Always a pleasant experience when i come here. I always wait for my car and the whole time. And Dave makes it a much better experience! The work they do is great i never have any complaints! Would highly recommend Mr.Tire in Latrobe to anyone!

My daughter goes to school practically next door. They've been great to work with on routine maintenance issues to larger repairs. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and fast. The prices have been very affordable, and I feel comfortable having my daughter there and able to rely on their honest and thorough service.

Absolutely awesome mechanics/front desk staff. Diagnosed 2 of my vehicles free of charge and referred me to a really good body shop for frame work. Staff is always pleasant and never pushing unnecessary work to make a few bucks. I trust these guys and will be taking my cars here as long as I can.

I would use to give them five stars until just recently. Let me first say they do provide quick service and do a good job with oil changes, tires, and brakes. I will also say their customer service is friendly. However they told me that I was due for a transmission service (fluid change or flush) according to Hyundia's recommendation. However when I looked in my owners manual I found not a thing about the transmission change which they wanted to charge me $180 to have done.Originally I thought of them as an honest place to take your car that won't rip you off, however based off them giving me misinformation I now have a different opinion of them. I really want to encourage you to look at your owners manual bc many places will try to rip you off with what is really recommended maintenance.

Mr. Tire in Latrobe always provides great service. They explain what s going on with my vehicle and always make sure I m aware of specials and discounts for the services I brought my car in to receive, even when that means a bigger discount and savings for me.
