SADDEST. Ask about the silver rewards which according to both Lowe s web site and phone rep as a veteran and silver rewards recipient I am entitled to free delivery for anything over 45.00. Not so according to the gum chomping cs rep at the Greensburg store. Offered no further help despite my asking for further assistance.I then went to make a purchase and my military discount did not apply. Was told it was because the items were sale priced despite no sale price noted. I waited for assistance which never came and went to the cs desk where I was spoken to as if I was a street bum begging. What a totally unprofessional operation. Lowe s obviously cares less about our Veterans and as far as customer service that does not exist. You lost a total sale tonight of $320.00 plus because of total incompetence. I received a reply advising how Lowes aims to provide great customer service however that does not solve the issue. I was treated like garbage and you want me to continue to shop at Lowe's?????? REALLY!

We have been shopping this Lowe's for years, in fact we built our entire house using Latrobe Lowe's. Such an amazing staff at this location. Everyone is extremely helpful and the managers are top notch! The manager Joe, is the most helpful manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He goes above and beyond any other manager I have ever seen. Great job Lowe's keep up the great work!!!

Overall I generally have a good experience in this store and interacting with the employees. A few of them are extremely helpful. On the other end of the spectrum is Karen, who sometimes works evenings on the pro/lumber side. She sucks, to put it plainly. She is the only employee at any Lowe's that has treated me like an annoyance. I'm new to the Pro program and forgot to show my qr code first when buying my bosch saw. She said I was out of luck and there was no way to get credit without going to the service desk and having them return it and resell it to me. This is before the transaction was complete, mind you. I asked if I could scan receipts in the app to get credit and she said I couldn't. Makes me not want to go there. Even though everyone else is great, I hate the chance that I'll have to suffer through her customer service and leave the store in a much worse mood than i entered with. Maybe have her clean the toilets or stack rocks in the landscaping area or something, she would be much better in a non-customer-facing role IMO.

I needed a sturdy garage shelving and was able to find one online. I also prefer to use their curbside pick up for ease and convenience. To my surprise, my item was available within 2 hours and when I picked it up, the sales associate was so nice, she loaded it to my car with a smile and most importantly, the item I bought was sturdy and made with very good quality material.It was the Style Selections�Steel 5-Tier Utility Shelving Unit (47.7-in W x 18-in D x 72-in H)Item #:�71034�|�Model #:�LC5HC-RVery satisfied with this purchase

It's a nice Lowe's. This Latrobe location has a wider selection and more options than my local Belle Vernon or Uniontown Lowes. Outdoor center of full of top soil, potting soil, mulch, decorative stone, pavers, trees, shrubs, flowers and more. Huge selection of everything. If you're looking to do an outdoor project it may be worth your time to visit the Latrobe location or possibly another large store like this one to see all the available options that you can pick up same day. Only thing i didn't care for is there was only 1 register with a worker and the line was long. I like the self checkouts sometimes but they should have more than 1 worker running the registers.

They have made my remodel more difficult than necessary. The employees are absolutely hostile at the Latrobe location. Every answer is "call corporate." Even after they held our vanity for a month, their only answer to a payment issue was cancel it. The customer service rep refused to problem solve, give me a timeline for reorder or put me through to someone who could help. (I had to get a daily increase from the bank and they couldn't tell me when it would bill but their policy will not let them resubmit so the only answer was to cancel and replace the order for items that would take a month to reship.) Never again. I cancelled the entire order and found everything for less, shipping immediately from Amazon. That is why Bezos is ruining big box hardware. Good riddance.

This Latrobe lowes is a nice store. They have a little of everything. The staff doesn't run away and actually greets customers.Store asm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.It's one of the better run lowes I've been to in a while.

I have been visiting this Lowe's many times over the years and have always had good experiences here.The have a great selection you can usually find whatever it is that you are looking for here.The price is also reasonable as they have the lowest hardware prices in town.The only drawback is if you do need service or help with something it can be very hard to find but since it is mostly self service that is not such a big deal.

Unhelpful sparce staff, my third visit for three different, specific items I had purchased at this location previously, only to find out, none of them are in stock any longer. The most recent explanation I received was..." we can't get a lot of the stuff we used to carry before the pandemic ". When I asked for a referral location that might have them, the answer was..." not sure, good luck". No wonder more people shop online. Which by the way is where I found my last item dehumidifier filters, thank you , Amazon.

Great place. I especially like how they honor veterans. I would have gave 5 stars, but my last visit was bizarre. A young kid working there came to me at self checkout and acted like I was stealing something.

It sounds like HR at this store has a lot of issues, throwing workers personal belongings around. I would be livid if my employer took my things out of my locker without asking, but knowing they threw them away is not acceptable. Lowe s is known as a company that hires veterans. Knowing they threw away an employees military patches and memorabilia is unforgivable. I hope the store manager, Craig, looks into this quickly and moves are made to protect their employees personal property. Someone need to be responsible for this and make it right.

Great place to shop and for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alexis yesterday helping me find the dehumidifier section and select the correct one for my needs. They do have just about everything, but sometimes it can be hard to find, thanks Alexis for your over the top assistance.I shop here instead the the largest competitor since they offer the military discount.

We went into Lowe s to buy a one unit washer and dryer, and it got delivered two days later. They sent two guys that didn t speak any English at all so we could not communicate with them. They damaged our stairs and left very quickly before we even seen it. We wouldn t care if it was only chipped paint, but it took a chunk out of the wood. We asked before we bought it if taking it up stairs would be an issue and the guy reassured us that it would be no problem at all. When we bought it we asked for installation as well, but they didn t install it. Upon looking on the receipt I don t think we were charged for installation so that may have just been a misunderstanding.

Lowe's needs reevaluate its management at the Latrobe PA store. There were employees in the store who were friendly, but no one seemed to be working. While shopping a customer approached me to pick up items into her cart because she couldn't get anyone to help her. At the front-end checkout there were no cashiers and only one person working at the self-checkout. God bless her soul. She was 70 plus years old and she was trying to help everyone at all 5 kiosks and she had another 5 to 8 customers waiting. She couldn't keep up even though she did her best. Because I was using gift cards with a large order, she had to keep coming back but I had to wait five minutes per card till she got back to me. I finally got fed up and asked for a manager because I wanted to get her help. She said they wouldn't come out because they just sit in the back. The woman who I had helped earlier made her way to the front and checked out and asked for assistance to load her car. A gentleman was called and he came and helped her. While I was waiting during my transaction I saw him walk by the checkout area several times ignoring the situation. I just assumed he was from a different department and was pitching in to help with the car loading. To my surprise, he was the assistant manager who completely ignored that customers were waiting and the poor lady working at the self-checkout was drowning and that they had no cashiers working the front of the store. I asked him why they didn't have cashiers. He said they did, but they call off. I then asked why he was not helping and what are their contingency systems for such situations. He just apologized and walked away. Very poor customer service. I'd avoid this store and try Greensburg or Home Depot instead.

Great experience as always! Out of every employee in the store, there was only one that actually helped me to get what I needed and was the kindest person I think I've ever met! Sam most definitely deserves a raise. I will be coming back to this location specifically because of him!

This was a typical visit when you go. They only have one or two of the things you need. Go to Ace hardware they'll have exactly what you want and often or less money. Finding staff to help you is impossible.

This Lowe s is the best stocked and most organized around. Sizable, full of helpful employees and frequently able to get things done quickly. If you need something, just ask someone.

We love this store for anything and everything for DIY projects and home improvements.We also participate in the Lowe's Build and Grow workshop. It's a fun hands on activity for the kids to participate in during the summer on Saturday mornings. The projects they build are nice wooden projects that we display proudly in our home. It gives our kids a sense of accomplishment and something they are proud to show the grandparents. Along with keeping the project they also receive an apron, badges for their completed projects that can be ironed onto the apron and a certificate of completion. We also received a Marco's pizza/Family Video coupon and McDonald's coupon.My only gripe is the Lowe's Build and Grow isn't an actual class where the kids all do it together. You arrive ... an employee gives you your materials and sends you on your way. So some kids just pick them up and leave. Others are all working at different paces. We were under the impression it was an actual little workshop. Otherwise it's a great activity and concept. It could just be managed a little better!

It's lowes great for all your home improvement needs. It was clean easy to find everyrhijg and the plants were healthy. Had to edit to 4 stars after a trip where I recieved alot of help loading about 1200 lbs of topsoil. Thank you to the two guys who helped.

Buying special order appliances should not be this difficult. Item did not arrive on time and when it finally did, it was the wrong one! Lowe's customer service is non existent. We will definitely be buying elsewhere.UPDATE: We ordered from Don's Appliance on a Monday, and the dishwasher was delivered that same week on Wednesday. Huge difference in customer service!

I had a list of mostly electrical items,and a couple of pressure treated lumber that needed cut to suit. Joe went over my list and walked me through the store picking up my items for me.The lady that checked me out was very nice, After leaving the store we noticed that we were charged for 2 items and we only got one. The lady at the Service Department was outstanding with the people before me,as well as with me. Thanks Lowes of Latrobe...

Thank you manager Ken! I was looking for shepherd hooks in lawn and garden and called to see if they were actually in stock. He looked them up and actually validated that they re physically there and put them aside for me. When I called lawn and garden, no one answered and was transferred to electrical and that employee literally said I don t know and you ll have to call back. This is after I attempted to buy them from Greensburg Lowe s; online said in stock and on shelves yet when I went to store they weren t there. Another employee looked item number up and said they re in top stock but he was busy spotting and to see the cashier. The cashier didn t know what was going on and said their phones don t work outside. She tried to get someone else on phone with no luck. So then I purchased online. I received a call later that night at 10pm that the don t have them in stock and what do you want me to do. So I called Latrobe and eventually spoke with Ken. Appreciate you Ken! Wish you had more workers like you !
