My husband is a owner operator of hotshot truck and his business was going good until he purchased his new truck from Laurel Valley motors. He relys on his truck to make a living and almost right away it has given him problems he can't work because the service exhaust light see dealer came on, and we have called and even taken the truck to laurel valley motors on multiple occasions to be told to take it to advance auto to have it scanned.

We bought a new car from Laurel Valley motors and quickly had a pretty significant issue with it while we were out of town. We reached out to the General Manager, Brant. He really stepped up with anything he could do and went above and beyond to help us. Brant helped us get back on the road again with a car we love.I would definitely recommend Laurel Valley Motors to anyone looking for a new car.

My family has bought several vehicles here over the years. Brant the GM is excellent and treats customers great and is awesome to deal with. I just had my jeep in for service and dealt with John in service dept. who was good also. They go above and beyond and that's why I drive past 3 other Jeep dealers to come here each time...

Thanks to some daredevil deer, I've had the unfortunate need of front end repairs on my truck twice in less than a year. Both times I utilized the Laurel Valley Collision Center. Five stars don't do justice! Excellent, quality work, constant updates and follow-ups, and the world's most pleasant, competent scheduler, (I think her name was Liz). Liz and the team out there worked with me, even scheduling my repairs around my vacation, then having the repairs complete on the very day I returned.I compare their work to some similar repairs I had done with a jabroni outfit "Body By Cochran". Cochran took 15 days to do similar repairs that only took Laurel 4. Laurel kept me updated with calls and texts everyday, compared to Cochran where I had to split an atom just to get some Jamoke on the phone who couldn't answer my question anyway. And unlike Cochran, Laurel actually cared about my time and my need for my vehicle, and did everything in their power to make sure my time without my truck was minimized. Cochran would still have my truck 6 months later if I didn't jump through the hoops I did to get it back.All in all, if you live in Eastern Westmoreland county and need body work done, Laurel Valley Collision is the way to go. I'll never take a vehicle anywhere else again.

I took my sons Chrysler 300 in for a recall and couldn't not have been happier with Laurel Valley. From the first phone call to set up the appointment until I left the dealership, they were super accommodating, friendly and professional. I had never been to the service center before and the man walked me around and showed me where the lounge was, coffee, etc. It is very clean and a nice environment to wait for service. They were very quick and had me out in no time. I will definitely use them in the future even though I had to drive an hour to get there. It is well worth the trip. Keep up the good work!

Always a awesome experience with this dealership! The service and sales people are always helpful and laid back. My truck is always ready when they say it will be. I NEVER have to bring anything back because of bad work! They are honest and priced fairly. My truck and wife s van always come back clean and properly serviced. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, we have been going there for a little over five years and never have had a negative experience. The sales staff is totally laid back and never pushy, what more can you say?? Thanks guys!

We had a serious issue as the electrical system failed. We were able to carefully drive to Laurel and arrived without an appointment. We left the 2019 Jeep with Nico who later acknowledged that there was an unusual complex problem. He kept us informed during the 3 days of servicing it and supplied us with a loaner on the second day.

Me and my fianc� went in to try to see about getting a new jeep. The salesman jason seemed nice but soon as me and my fianc� talked about trading in my car he seemed to not care. Told us we would have to bring it buy to look at it. So my fianc� brought it down on her day she took off today while i was at work. They wouldn t even look at it and wouldn t budge on the price so i had to call and talk to the manager to have him go outside because they were so rude to her. Then they offered more but wanted way more down on a a down payment. the salesman was nit willing to help us out and when i called back to try to see if i could salvage a deal with him he could care less i said I really wanted to do business with you guys but your making me go somewhere else then he laughed and said good luck and hung up the phone! That is not how you act in customer service or sales or even as a human being! They lost our business and i hope others get treated with more respect then we did!

I bought my jeep from Laurel Valley Motors in Latrobe. I have always been satisfied with there service. Just had my vehicle inspected and oil change. They are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The easiest car buying experience of my life. I showed up, picked out the vehicle I wanted, had my trade appraised signed the paper work and was out the door. I spent a total of 1 and a half hours from start to finish. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. All in all, a great experience.

We bought our 2010 Dodge Caliber here. The staff are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We also take our vehicle here to the service center. Today we got an oil change and they repaired a factory recall for us. They do a 23 point vehicle check up every time you get an oil change. The building was just renovated and looks beautiful inside. Nice new service entrance, waiting area and complimentary coffee. There are also two vending machines and restrooms located conveniently by the spacious waiting area. I also LOVE the invoices - everything itemized so you know exactly where and what your spending your money on. I would highly recommend taking your business here!!

Service advisor and manager were very considerate and got one of my son's Dodge truck (a owner of a used car dealership) diagnosed and part ordered. Communication and detailed service order/receipt was well made and done promptly without issue.

I unfortunately did not purchase my Ram from Laurel Valley but their service department has treated me as if I did. They have helped with recalls and warranty claims and not once made me feel like I was a burden, especially since I wasn't a "paying" customer. Dave in the service department has been fantastic both times my truck has been in the shop. So great, that I have decided that if I purchase another Mopar product, it will definitely be from Laurel Valley Motors. He has definitely converted me to a Laurel Valley customer.

Laurel Valley contacted us regarding a truck upgrade with the possibility of keeping or lowering the monthly payment. Spoke with a rude salesman who acted like we were crazy for inquiring about this. Sorry we asked.

I called for a vehicle recall that needed done. I do not use Laurel Valley Motors for my regular vehicle maintenance but they treated me like an old friend. The service staff was knowledgeable of the recall. They told me how long they needed my vehicle and offered a ride to anywhere local. They were wonderful. I would go to them again.

I brought my truck there to get my fuel pump fixed. I also said that I heard noises when turning. I spent 2500 dollars and they didn't fix my fuel pump problem or the noise that I heard when turning. Of course I don't live in that state and I'm not bringing it back. If you are from out of state be careful. The staff was really nice though. They also dropped me off at my hotel and picked me up when it was done.

Great customer service provided by Scott! Explained everything in detail and made the process very fast. In and out in about an hour and a half for the whole process! I would recommend this dealer for anyone who is going to buy a used or new car/truck/suv due to having a decent selection of each.

Our car buying experience at Laurel Valley Motors in Latrobe was a total 180 from our last experience with another Jeep dealer. Ron was absolutely fantastic, not pushy, so informative and really made the experience the best possible. He was honest from the start and is a great asset to your company! We would definitely recommend Ron and this Dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep!

I was in the area for a football camp with my son when my jeep started making an odd noise. It's a 4 hour drive home and I was nervous driving that far not knowing what it was. Dave from service was very accommodating, told me to bring it next morning and they would squeeze it in. Keith helped me when I got there, arranged for me to be taken back to my son's camp and picked up when my jeep was done, and had them do a 7 point inspection to make sure I was good for the drive back home. Outstanding customer service and quality work!

I brought in my Durango for some unexpected service work. I can t say enough nice things about the excellent service by the helpful and accommodating staff!!As I mentioned a few weeks ago, I was a very satisfied customer with the service department. After a couple days of working with an old friend, Bill Martz, I m now so happy to say I love my vehicle I purchased from him two days ago!! I m so thankful and grateful for the easy car buying experience...no pressure, no gimmicks and a car I absolutely love!!!

Great customer service. They did an excellent job with the repairs from a minor collision. They cleaned the inside of my vehicle and did a great job! The wash job could have been better, but with a black vehicle it s hard to clean. I definitely recommend

There s nothing worse than having car problems when you re far from home, and nothing better than having the wonderful folks at Laurel Valley Motors there to pick up the pieces and get you back on your way. The professionals of LVM were quick to diagnose and repair my vehicle and we re able to get me back on the road that same day. I was delighted with the professionalism, empathy and amazing customer service I received. Thank you all!!!

First time at Laural Valley Motors on RT 30. I needed an oil change and tires rotated along with information on the vehicle being worked on. The service staff was very helpful and the work was done effectively and efficiently. I will definitely use this facility again in the future.

Fantastic Customer Service!I bought my Wrangler from Laurel Valley Motors but live in Cranberry Township. I thought I d save myself the trouble of the 60+ minute drive to LVM for some minor warranty work. Huge mistake...Ron Lewis was a total waste of my time. I made the appt with LVM service, they were prepared, thorough and resolved my issues in a timely fashion while I waited. Beautiful new facility too. I was able to work from their expansive waiting room. Great job team LVM!!

I have bought a dozen cars at Laurel Valley over the last 25+ years even as I drive past 10 other dealerships on the way to Latrobe. Someone is doing something right. The personnel have changed over the decades, but the dealership stays consistent--good deals, great treatment, concern for maintaining loyal customers. Well worth the drive.
