I had a warranty issue with the manufacturer.Hutchys went above and beyond to help me get tge replacement. Excellent customer serviceExcellent customer service

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sure, Ronnie is nice, but aren t all dealers? He sold us a used, year 2000, truck. We went to the gas station after the purchase and while pumping gas it all started pouring out of the bottom of the truck. Ronnie took the truck back and fixed the problem (at no cost, as he should have). But it shouldn t have been a problem in the first place. After about 100 miles the check engine light turned on, the reverse lights do not work (even after we put in new bulbs) and the amount of rust on the truck is so dangerous to the point it won t pass inspection and we were instructed not to drive it any longer. He clearly spray painted over all of the rust, and inspected and put stickers on the vehicle himself when we purchased it. We have had the vehicle for a little over a year and now we have to scrap it and start all over. He also claimed the vehicle is exempt from reporting the mileage and claims it only had 68,000 miles. Also claims it was garage kept its entire life. It wouldn t have rusted as much as it has if it was garage kept. Very shady, slimy dealership that I would avoid. He reminds me of Matilda s father.

My 1st time buying a vehicle from here and it definitely won't be the last!!!!! Ronnie is absolutely AMAZING! He is HONEST (which �s rare with a dealer) and he genuinely cares about his clients! His staff are also amazing! The entire time we were doing paperwork, everyone was talking to eachother, making jokes, definitely a welcoming and fun environment. I bought a vehicle "AS IS" and as I was leaving, he had a concern about the battery so instead of sending me on my way, he called Advaced Auto's and got me a new battery (at no cost to me) He had one of his guys follow me to Advance Auto's and change the battery out for me. I ran in to buy a wind shield wiper and when I came out, he switched the blade for me too! If you're in the market for a vehicle, go to Hutchys, I guarantee you won't regret it!

He had the perfect car for my family not only did he have the perfect car and the perfect prices but he treated us like family and didn't leave out any details! What an outstanding guy can't wait to continue doing business with him in the future! Highly recommend this place!!!! I know I'll be sending everyone I know his way. Very satisfied with my new car!!!

I highly recommend Hutchy's. Ron is awesome to deal with. Very honest and personable. He even threw in some unexpected extras. I'll definitely be shopping there again as well as sending others.Thanks Ron!

Hutchy is an awesome guy and he always treats me good and explains while I'm there and calls me before he orders parts after taking a look. Considerate and kind workers. He also has alot of good deals on vehicles.

Hutchy was very nice and actually took me into the garage and showed me what was wrong with my daughters car and where it was rusted and what needed to be done. No one has ever done that before. I was impressed. Not only that, but he texted me an update on what was going on because the car was there for a few days. Was very impressed with him and would highly recommend.

Hutchy s Auto is hands down Awesome!! Very professional all around!! We just purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester from Hutchy!! Great vehicles and Great prices!! Also if you need any accessories for your vehicle they have anything you need and they also install them. Same with if you need any service work done on your vehicle. Hutchy s is a One Stop Place to go to!!Thanks again Hutchy!!!!!

If I could I'd give this place a 0. Selling cars over priced that are worn down and obvious problems. Won't even work with you on price. Becareful trying to buy from this guy. He flipped his lid when I found something wrong with the car I was looking at.
