I just bought my first bike from these guys. Tom, Alex and crew where and are phenomenal to deal with. They answered all my questions and assisted me n choosing the right bike to fit my needs. They didn t try to upswell or push me into something over what I asked for and were super helpful in getting me setup with gear as well. I also had them change out my pipes and air cleaner too, I mean why not factory is quiet and that s boring to me! These guys have a lifetime customer here! Like Arnold said I ll be back! I can t wait til my next service just to come back into the shop and see what they have there, what s new and just to chat. The service I received was top notch, they are all super friendly as well. Truly a great experience! Thanks so much guys! Looking forward to whatever comes next!

Very unprofessional business conduct. Not only are there better dealerships to deal with but the other dealerships will give you their bottom dollar and even beat Hillview s marked price by $1500. I have screenshots of the conversation asking them about price matching another dealership to try and give them business but they told me to go elsewhere to do business. Have had bad business and false advertisement issues in the past with them and figured I d give them a second chance. Some aren t worth second chances I guess. 10/10 don t recommend.

The staff at Hillview West was awesome to deal with. Alex, Tom and Stacy went above and beyond helping me purchase a side by side for our family farm. Their customer service was top notch. Will be recommending them to friends and family for any of their Motorsport needs.

I can t say enough good things about Al and family at A&A cycle! Took Indian in for some work and got new pipes and high flow air intake and she came out sounding and running great! I love them! Go see them!

Called and spoke with Alex and decided to drive the extra distance to purchase my ATV. Alex was awesome for the time I dealt with him, I was then handed over to Tom, another steller person to deal with. Researched finance rates and got me a good rate and I left with my first ATV. Everyone from Alex to the finance woman was amazing. Definitely suggest checking this dealership out. You won't be disappointed.

So I worked out a deal with Alex to trade my motorcycle in towards a very clean ATV. Deal was set. Said I'd drop my bike off while we waited for the title. Rode there on a Saturday to leave the bike and the title came in so I was ready to take the ATV. Was told that the owner didn't want my bike on trade at all due to the brand. The bike is a year one with 1200 miles and still has a year of warranty left. Terrible way to do business. Work out a deal, called and paid the difference in a credit card before I got there. Not a great way to treat a customer.

I've used their service department several times, and have zero complaints. The techs are knowledgable and professional. The owner is a great guy. I no longer live in PA, but my brothers still use A&A and are very happy with the service. Highly recommend this company for your motorcycle and ATV needs.

Very good people had a quad there for years wish it didn't turn out this way I understand problem s with help getting parts ect very hard bought 2 new there took in to get service got back in piece s. I had no problem spending thousands to fix but was never resolved I had a really nice man ask if I was selling it it was there so long all I wanted was honesty but I learned a good lesson wish I had something better to say I just don't like being lied to 100% truth no use talking about it it just infuriates me I bought a new can am 1000 and took it elsewhere to be fixed. Honestly all I asked for. I ran I t really hard no denying that but wish I was treated fairly. If it's a newer model good support and excellent work.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Chieftain Darkhorse from this place. I live about 6 hours away and did everything over the phone. Everyone I talked to went above and beyond to get this deal done. They set up delivery and delivered right to my door. Thank you Al, Tony, Gina and all who helped. Could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Thanks again.

You're probably wondering how it's possible they're review rating is so high and I'm going to clarify a bit on it. Being in the manufacturing industry was not without it's challenges since the kick off of Covid and the American consumer is at the blunt of it. That being said A&A went above and absolutely beyond any expectations to be met. If they are trying to set the standard in customer satisfaction companies are going to be very hard pressed to meet or exceed what they accomplish. With manufacturers being hindered by Covid unfortunately consumers accessories and apparel and I was a subject of it. What did A&A do to make it right? Kept me up to date with when things are going to be in and or delayed, reached fair compromises to make accessories available until correct ones come in and swap the substitution out with correct product. Dealing with Al and his team went above and beyond. I commend you sir on your customer service and professionalism and your team for making a buyer beyond happy. I can assure you this will not be my last purchase at your dealership. It's easy to see why people make the switch to Indian. Once again thank you very much !!!!

I was there to get sized for a helmet. Tony, in accessories/parts was very helpful. He had me try on different brands & sizes. He explained the differences between full cover, 3/4 & 1/2 coverages & how each could mean fit differences. I picked the one I wanted, had him hold it for me so I can come back w/the person I'll be riding with. They are so helpful, patient & friendly. I'll be back to buy the helmet & will be referring them to others.

Great people to deal with. Great deals. I highly recommen A&A Cycle Sports. If you're looking for a ATV. It doesn't get any better than a Polaris Sportsman. I've owned a Sportsman for 20yrs. never had a problem with it. It always got us home.

This place is awesome and so are the employees. Such a fair price with very knowledgeable people. We've traded here recently and will continue to go back each and every time we need something UTV related. The Indian bikes are absolutely gorgeous too.

Awsome experience. Al was great,friendly and informative. Test road a Scout 60 and loved it .Order one and can't wait to pick it up.The staff was helpful and friendly also.

I wrecked my Victory in May-2013I took it to a shop close to my home for the insurance estimate-it was clear to me that they did not have a clue so I took it out to A&A CycleAl senior was great to work with-he found many things the first shop in Tarentum missed completely. He spent time interfacing with the insurance company to get me properly covered and reimbursed. The first shop really blew it.This place is great!!!!!!!! you can trust them.

I've purchased two bike here. The whole team has treated me well. Right before I left to ride to the wall this year my bike broke. Al immediately sent someone to pick up my bike. They repaired it and returned it in a matter of hours. Don't hesitate to purchase from them. Thanks guys.

I've been to other local dealers and this is by far the best one. Really nice family run business that is well stocked. Everyone here is happy to help you. I will only shop here for parts and service. Thanks everyone, love the Ranger XP1000.

With the pandemic craziness still affecting another of business it can be difficult to get things done, but these guys squeezed me in for an inspection without any trouble. I was in and out and my Polaris Slingshot is legal again. There are very few places around that deal with these machines.The whole operation took only about 35 minutes and the friendly floor/sales staff kept us company with pleasant conversation.They have a considerable inventory of motorcycles and off road toys to browse as well.

Great staff, excellent service, they made me consider to switch from Harley to Indian with their customer service and great product. I dealt with many HD dealers, this dealer customer service crush them all.Stop by, they will treat you right!

I went in to ask a question concerning a 4 Wheeler i was thinking about buying and ended up speaking to several people who wanted to help. So they have a tremendously friendly and helpful staff and very knowledgeable as well. Never mind that they sell the most legendary motorcycle there is and polaris is the best all terrain vehical there is. I would recommend them for several reasons....
