Finding a decent, honest mechanic can be very stressful. Fortunately, Frank always makes sure I m in good hands! I've been taking my vehicle to this service center for a over a year and have always had a good experience. Customer service is excellent and they live by the golden rule. Always reasonable prices and solutions, with the great job thats always done on my vehicle. Can't recommend them enough!

I came for the service my car because I hear the noise then they did my service and change my car oil and check the car what the noise tell me thousand of things I said OK can you please fix my noise first that I hear it they said yes they will change it up and fix it the sound but they did not fix. They told me they fix it and when I came home the sound still coming up, I called right away to them came to them let them know it did not fix they said can you bring a back then i bring back they fix again and they fix some thing else to and then again didn t fix I call again they told me to come Monday then three Mondays again again I bring did not fix then I called him again there s a come today I went today and they telling me something else three times they still fixing my sound and messing it up. Some thing else in the persons was so weird and act they re telling me different prices. And did not fix my sound what I went for it, and fix some thing else and mess it up. My uncle can fix my car, but I didn t went to him I went to them to fix it because their company of the car. I m telling y all don t go to these two persons their name is. Tim and Frank. I spent more than 3000 did not fix. I do not want to give any star, but I have to give a star to post it up. Please everyone make sure to go to the right place and right person so they can help you with it. They are not.

I waited almost 4 hrs for state inspection,oil change and tire rotation. My car is a brand new 2023 Outlander that I bought in May. They did give me free inspection but that's to long to wait for brand new car.

Went in for a Pennsylvania safety and emissions inspection. Turned into a $2400 bill to get new front brakes, rotors, and master cylinder, front end tie end rods, alignment, and oil change plus inspection and labor charge.The vehicle passed safety and emmisions inspections. The vehicle was on the road for 5 minutes, and the brakes went out completely. Called service department. Instead of sending a tow to pick it up, they said to drive it back without brakes.The vehicle was driven back to the service. They said that the brakes seized up when they took the car off the lift bay and put it on the alignment machine. They they stated that they would check it out Saturday morning.Saturday morning, they quoted an additional $1000 for new brake booster, labor, and brake fluid.This happened Friday and Saturday before Labor Day. We have no car currently. And we won't have an answer until Tuesday to what they will fix and how much.

Even though I had to wait for a while to have my car repaired. Due to theft, I must say they did a very good job getting it back to me as soon as possible. They even ensured me that they would call when the additional part comes in so it can be add. Thanks to the gentleman I spoke to. I know my car is well taken care of.

Getting through via phone is like hitting lotto. But once answered very good customer service via phone and in person. Sometimes Im there longer than needed but nothings an in and out when it comes to car services

They were supposed to replace the catalytic converter on my car over the summer. They said We ll put you on a list and it will be here in the fall No one ever called. We called them several times only for no one to answer the phone or call us back. They never told us what list this was, where we were on the list and a real expectation date. I bought this car brand new in 2021 and somehow had a bad CAT less than a year later. They have terrible customer service here, the wait is always long and it s just really unprofessional. Go somewhere else. Honestly close this down or fire everyone and start from scratch hiring

At 1 time I liked my little car. (Mirage Crossover) with hopes of trading it in at one point. The control arm, tire rode and wheel alignment was defective. It broke from debre on the highway. I used my insurance to get it fixed. (Which became an extreme price). Thanksgiving Eve, this time the parts above came apart as I was driving. Hadn't hit any bumps, on 676 the fluids depleted from the part, me driving 55mph I thought I was going to die. the car came apart as if someone just reached out and pulled off just 1 tire. I was told it would cost more money to have it fixed this time than the first time. I believe that was a mechanical issue, better yet a parts issue. Once something like that fixed on this model, that car is trash. It's a manufacture problem. There are to many problems to mouth that model. Needless to say, before purchasing Mitsubishi vehicles, go past the mechanics shop first, (seriously) see how many of your make and model is there first then decide. If I had done that first... smh, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of trouble, money and loss.

Just expect to wait 3-4 hours for any service june 2023 update: my Catalyic converter was stolen (oct 2022) and they handled repairs, just for them to fix it in a janky way. My car kept making noise and I had to go back twice and wait all day because the first time they claimed it was nothing (dec 2022) & the second time (jan 2023) dude said something rusted so he replaced it & i wasn't charged nor given a receipt of services, unfortunately i thought i was in good hands. 2 months later there's a new noise and my exhaust began hanging, I decided to get a 2nd opinion & was alerted of the terrible repair job. They could not believe i went to my dealership to get it fixed. I had to go through the entire process all over again in June 2023. If you want someone to answer the phone when you call or just to even let you know what is going on with your vehicle, DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop!!! Never called me to let me know my car was even there, after being towed, and never answered the phones after calling two days straight I had to pull up, three people behind the counter talking amongst themselves, now I see why they do not answer the phone, poor customer service on keeping customers up to date. Very disappointed, expected better

My car is the brand new 2023 outlander that I purchased in March 2023 therefore only a couple of months old. Someone or something broke my windshield and I had it replaced so why is the guy at the service center telling me I need to have my vehicle reinspected. It does not need reinspection but just a reissued inspection stickers. I am looking for a new dealership other then Springfield Mitsubishi because of its lousy service center.

I love how at short notice (due to an unplanned day of work) the guys that work here as busy as they were squeezed my car in for inspection, and oil change. The mechanics were all very professional, and listened to some concerns that I brought to their attention.

I took my car here for an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance inspection. After they completed this, all of a sudden I had a small vapor leak (per Auto Zone diagnostic) I am under warranty, they said I wasn't and in general there was bad customer service. I emailed the service manager, he couldn't have cared less. Please go to another Mitsubishi dealer. They treat their customers like garbage.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Worse Mitsubishi service Center. Every time I go there wait there at least for 3 hours. What s the purpose or making appointment if we need to wait there for that long even just to do a oil change. Every where else you go to do oil change they wash your car for free but here they don t do that. They don t care about customers at all. Every time I went there I had bad experience not going there anymore.

This was my first time coming to them and it was nothing short of horrendous. I scheduled an oil change with my new car. The appointment was for 9:30. I didn t get out until 12:30 and I had to be at work at 1:00. My job is an hour away from them. If they noticed that they were that backed up then come to me and give me an option for another appointment. Nope waited two hours only to be told an additional thirty for a basic oil change. This will be my last time here. There s plenty of other Mitsubishi dealerships I can go. I d give negative stars if I could.

I purchased my car from Springfield Mitsubishi. This is the service provider that I was directed to. Today I was turned away rudely. I brought it in for a check on my tires. I had tried to get service here before and was treated poorly. I had to drive to a completely different Mitsubishi dealership for help. The lack of disregard for a customer is astonishing.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

This place is horrible. Staff is not personable. Staff does not return calls or answer phones and emails. Service was jot completed the 1st time. New parts was in the trunk when I got home with my car. I would never EVER go back nor will I recommend this shop unless service is free.

they not respect people time and bad attitude,i call them before i get there to comfirm,then my outlander have alot of issue,i thing if i can leave my car to them for couple days,they may not miss all problem,so they told me all my issue can be done just 1 day,so i be suppries,wow so qiuck,so i go to mall and come back,and guest what,they not fix all,they just wase my time,monney,and before i pick the car,i talk to mechanic,they says all done,what the joke they is that,we seeServices: Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

UNPROFESSIONAL! came in with a quiet car. Left with a loud monster truck. The tech gave me and my husband different reasons on why my car came out the way it did. Inconsistent, flip floppy, and unreliable. Go to men n motion auto repair for great services and better prices! Less than a 5 minute drive from this place.

I have been dealing with this company for the past 7 years. Every time I have taken to my car get it serviced, I have always been greeted with professional service employees who have treated me with nothing but honesty and respect. Most recently, my car suffered flood damage back in August of 2020. Not only did they get out Every smell of oder and mold, THEY FOUGHT on my behalf with my insurance company to ensure that I didn't have to pay for nothing other than my deductible. I am talking about over $5000 worth of work. Thank you Mits Service team for all the help.Service: Auto detailing

Sooooo slow! Brought my car for 1st routine maintenance. 30 dollars to rotate tires. Came at 815 and at 918 was told my car was practically done. Been an hour since they told me that and 2 hrs since I got here. Will go elsewhere
