The normal guy I see when I go to Monro wasn t there and he s really the only reason I trust this place because he s an honest man and I can tell he cares and expects good work to be done. I think he underwent a medical procedure and was taking some time off. Unfortunately the 2 guys left were not thorough at all. My car is 4 months old so I wasn t expecting anything to be abnormal so I came in for a standard oil change. But the ONE THING I specifically asked for apart from the obvious oil change was my wiper fluid to be replaced because it was empty. His response was, oh yeah of course we do that anyway. That s apart of the standard check. Reassured, I left and he told me to be back in 3 hours. When I arrived, not only was the car still an hour away from being finished, I didn t even receive a courtesy call that things were delayed so that was annoying. The car was finished and the bill wasn t that outrageous so I paid it. It snows the next day and the salt on the road is of course caked on the car. I go to use my wiper fluid and nothing. Still empty. Seriously? When the sun came out the glare from the smeared salt on my windshield was blindingly dangerous and I had zero way to fix it. I literally threw a water bottle on the windshield of my car just to try to get some of the glare off. So if something as simple and standard as windshield wiper fluid, even after asking for it to be refilled, wasn t done, what else wasn t cared for? What else did they shirk on? I was pretty bummed out that my go-to place for several years now isn t being run like it used to when the other guy was around. I don t think I ll return now unless he s there holding these guys to a higher standard.

I made an online appointment today to have my car looked at for my check engine light coming on. I showed up for my appointment to be told they couldn't help me until "maybe Saturday". Then when he saw my appointment, he said their system put it in as an oil change. What's the purpose of the online appointments?It seemed like the guy just didn't feel like dealing with it. Very bad business.

I took my Jeep to this facility for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. I can not speak highly enough for the customer service, quality of work and the sheer customer service that was given. They went above and beyond what was asked and included me by showing and explaining what they were doing. I have NOT had such a good personal interact with other places. They truly care about you, your vehicle and the over needs. THANK YOU for doing what you do.

Absolutely the best place I have ever been to get service for my car. Matt what a Guy! He was absolutely great guy very friendly had great chat and a laugh. He got me in to rotate my tires when I gave them short notice plus I had a yellow stain on my tires and he fixed the whole thing for me very friendly guys and go above and beyond helping you keep your car up to check. Would definitely recommend anyone to this great place. You have your self a new customer. Thanks guys

I never give anyone a 10. No one is perfect and that's what 10 means to me. But in my experience, Monroe is as close to perfect services as you can receive. I fully trust them with my car care. And as pricing goes, they are better than others that I have dealt with.

Can't say enough good things about my Monro in Lansdale PA.!!! Honesty is my biggest A+. Convenient and personable, and so reasonably priced!!! Matt always takes care of all my car needs. Kudos guys!!! Outstanding!!!

I normally take my car to Mr Tire, but they had a certified mechanic shortage and recommended me to Monro, their sister location.The person at the front desk was nice and I was able to drop off my car for annual inspection. They called me later when the car was done, and I paid over the phone since I wasn't going to make it back before they closed.When I looked at the final bill, I was surprised to see additional charges for air filters and in cabin filter, which I never agreed to. But even worse is that when I got home to check the filters, the air filters were still the original that I replaced 5000 miles ago. And so I pulled the in cabin filter and again it was an old dirty filter.They did refund the money for these charged items, but I question how many other people have paid for nonexistent work and can you really trust them?

Superb Customer Service (Matt); Professional; work quickly to repair and have vehicle returned back to you; parts and labor prices were reasonable. All around Good Experience (first time)I will definitely recommend this auto shop to friends and family. Nice Work!

I am not a "Car Guy" AT ALL. Everyone at this shop is always super knowledgeable, friendly, quick and thorough. I call them all the time with questions, and they're always happy to answer or have me pop by for a quick look. Not to mention I never feel like they overcharge or take advantage of me not knowing what is wrong, or if what they've done is 'necessary'. I trust them 100% and will come here as long as I live in the area. Will recommend to everyone. (customer for 3+ years)

My only experience with Monro Auto Service and Tire Center is the one in Lansdale on Valley Forge Road. I came for a visit and stayed for a lifetime. If I need something done on my car I first check to see if Monro can handle it before heading to the dealer. I just came from them and presented them with a head scratcher as to what the cause could be. Not surprisingly, they found and fixed the problem very quickly. The team, Jim the Manager, Jake and Matt the technicians, could not be more pleasant and knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding...they make you feel like a neighbor rather than just another customer. They are a 5 Star Team in every way.

As a Fleet Manager, I have experiences with several service facilities. Jim, the manager, is great! He's very accomodating, attentive, and helpful. And, he takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your vehicle. The mechanics are very skilled and thorough. Their service and prices are great!

Would love to give Monro of lansdale 6 stars if I could! I have never have had a better experience with my personal vehicle or my business vehicles at this location. I wouldn t go anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced for anything from tires to brakes to an oil change. They really do it all. All of the employees are absolute nicest people you ll ever meet and exceed expectations every time you walk through the door. A huge thank you Monro of Lansdale for everything they do.

Received excellent service from Monroe today. Called to see if they had any openings for a same day oil change and Jim was able to fit me in. He gave me a great price and awesome service. After my experience today, I will use them exclusively from now on.

I had a great experience with Monro Lansdale. Jim was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointment and giving me all the details for my service. I was in and out with an oil change and tire rotation for my car. I received all the details I needed for the right oil needed for my make and model.The employees here were courtesy and professional through the whole process.

Fastest service I've ever experienced. Mike was pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable and my oil change was completed in under an hour. First time here, and will be using them for all of our vehicle needs going forward.

Jim and Matt are awesome! I needed a last minute inspection and they got me in that day and had it done in a few hours with smiles on their faces. They ve also helps me with countless other repairs in a timely manner, and the communication is always crystal clear. I highly recommend this Monro location!

Went here because I previously had a bad experience at another shop and I am so glad that I did. Super friendly people and quality (and fast!) service. Honest and great communication as well. I rarely write reviews but I was really impressed with this shop and how they run their business. I regularly take my car for service here now. A+, would absolutely recommend.

Awesome experience every time with exceptional customer service! Matt is always very friendly and helpful with options for all services. Having a nice conversation while waiting for your vehicle is a plus! Getting my oil changed, I am always in and out within 30 minutes. The prices are awesome as well. I highly recommend this location to everyone!

Great place to come, Jim is very hospitable and honest with what is being done. They do everything they can to get you out as soon as possible while treating every customer fair. They are one of the few shops in the area that are highly rated amongst the community, I would highly recommend giving this place a chance. The staff works collectively to ensure every client is satisfied, they stand behind each job with great confidence. You cannot go wrong coming to Monro Tire and Auto!!

I moved up from Georgia and they have been so hospitable and kind helping me with everything from oil changes to tire repair to air filter changes! They are always available when I need them! Some of the best in the business. Jim at the front desk is also very hospitable and helped me with everything I needed.

Jim is a very good store manager he is very professional and always honest and upfront. When I bring my car here at Monroe in Lansdale I always feel at ease and relaxed because I know that the guys here at Monroe in Lansdale Pennsylvania are taking care of my car. I wouldn t go anywhere else these guys and friendly and they provide efficient and excellent service. I been going to this shop for over ten years to get different services done.
