The guys at C&J are friendly, honest, and attentive. They took time and care to explain things about my car and make suggestions for future service without ever being pushy. The digital multipoint inspection sheet was really helpful in determining which services were needed now versus later and why. I m glad to have found a reliable neighborhood mechanic!

Sorry for the long post but if I could give C&J 10 stars, I would. We've been going to C&J since we moved to the area - about 2.5 years. We recently brought our car in for a check engine light that turned out to be a faulty O2 sensor. While they were removing the sensor, a piece of the catalytic converter that was not welded properly popped off. So our relatively small issue turned into a potentially VERY expensive fix as there was now the possibility that we would have to replace the catalytic converter. Obviously my husband and I were very upset. Brandon was very understanding and asked me to come to the shop so he and Nick could show me exactly what happened and what they were going to do to resolve it. They explained everything in great detail - and allowed me to record them to get a second opinion from a family mechanic who lives in another state. It is rare these days to find people - especially in the automotive repair industry - who are willing to go to such great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Turns out, Nick was able to successfully re-weld the piece and re-install the catalytic converter. The most amazing part is that they worked with us and waived the additional labor costs. Who does that?? I really felt that they cared about us and made sure we were not only satisfied but happy when all was said and done. I HIGHLY recommend C&J Automotive of Lansdale and a special shout-out to Nick (owner) and Brandon who were so kind and understanding. This is the only place I will take my car!!

I ve been bringing my two vehicles to C&J for a while now. Besides the excellent work they do, their customer service is the best I ve ever experienced. No matter what I bring the vehicle in for, they provide a comprehensive, complementary inspection of the entire vehicle complete with photos and detailed explanations of work needed or recommended. It s difficult to find a mechanic you can trust but I have come to trust these guys. If they say the car needs the work, I trust that it does. Can t recommend them enough.

The staff at C&J Automotive are wonderful! They are extremely honest, friendly, detailed and will work with you on explaining everything. They provide complete reports including pictures of all services so there is no question on whether the services are needed. We have starting using C&J for everything from maintenance to inspections and repairs. And there are always coupons in the mail for added savings!

I love taking my car here. The service they provide is above and beyond. Customer service is excellent. I love that I get texts from an actual person providing me with updates and a detailed report of what they looked at on my car and what they think needs to be fixed asap or in the near future. Staff is very friendly and seems to really care about their customers. So glad I found this place!

Great customer service! Every one was nice. They sent me a detailed report with video and then patiently explained the different finds as well as pros and cons. The prices are comparable. The service was fast. They stayed in communication the whole time and I agreed on a quoted price, they called me and told me once they took it apart the piece wasn't in as bad of condition as they thought and it saved money. They are honest! I will only be using them for now on and I recommend you do as well. Thank you

I love this shop! They are always very upfront with what your car needs vs recommended repairs including details on pricing. The detailed inspection reports are fantastic and educational. They even suggested alternatives elsewhere to a very expensive exhaust system replacement. Finally a mechanic you can trust!

My husband and I have been going for C&J for a few years now and we always have such a great experience. Brandon is always friendly, helpful, and informative. He s very patient when we have questions. They don t overcharge here and they always do great work! They seem to really take pride in their work and care about the safety of our cars. I can t recommend C&J enough!

We've been going to C&J Auto on Cannon Ave for the past year, after we found that the chain we had been going to for many years took advantage of my wife and daughter.We've found C&J to be professional, honest, and helpful. They have worked with our schedule for appointments. They are reasonably priced and don't try to sell you extra services that aren't needed. They email you a full report with pictures, and help you make educated choices about what to have done on your car.When my daughter had a low tire recently, they went above and beyond to fit her in quickly and help her get back on the road.Highly recommended.

I had a good experience at C&J automotive. I was there only for an emission check and I got a ride home after the car drop off. There was a detailed report provided after the diagnosis and they also took the time to explain the issue in detail which was very nice. Definitely recommend them

We had an emergency flat tire. They took us the same day and took care of the car quickly! Another day my 17 year old needed air and they filled her tires with no charge and kind words!! We love getting our cars serviced here! They are very friendly and clear with the car needs!

I brought my car here for some basic services in 2022 and was very happy with my experience. The people who worked there were kind and patient. Even though I only needed an oil change, they provided a diagnostic report of my whole car! The transparency was great and I brought my car back for more work.

I had all 4 new tires replaced..Im very satisfied with the service. Bandon was up front with the cost before hand and no hidden charges after the work was completed. Bandon drop me off at my home and pick me up so I didn't have to sit at the shop waiting. VERY nice group of guys that works here. Courtesy is very Important to me..Keep up the good work guys!!A true customer for life

Great service, friendly staff. They provide a link to the vehicle inspection report with each job, which details everything about the vehicle which is extremely thorough. They don't try to upsell you on anything you wouldn't need or aren't comfortable with. An honest shop!

I recently took my car here for an issue I was having with my check engine light. I know this can often be a tricky repair and I was impressed with their ability to diagnose and correct the problem! Previously, I had taken my car here for an oil change. While they had my car they went over it thoroughly and gave me a complete report including pictures of items that needed my attention or would soon need my attention. I appreciated getting this information from the service manager Brandon. He is knowledgeable and never pushy. I give credit to Nick for running an efficient company and hiring good people.

I've taken my car here for the better part of 2yrs+Oil changes to full brake change out pads/rotors. No issue with their work.Friendly staff, timely with their work, fair with prices. Recommended highly.My car is a Ford escape, it's a Ford, so you know it's being repaired a LOT.

I recently brought my car here for an oil change and was so impressed! I dropped my car off the night before and got a call that it was done by 10 am. I got an email with a thorough report and even pictures of my car. The oil change was significantly less than the dealership with far better service. Would highly recommend and will be taking all my cars here in the future!Service: Oil change

We needed urgent repairs when every brake related dash warning light lit up. Nick got us in the next day and they completed the repairs the same day.The comprehensive report they created included photos and information why things are recommended, necessary, and coming soon. Their prices are very reasonable and every person I spoke to was knowledgeable and friendly. I am incredibly grateful for what they've done for us and will definitely return.Thank you so much!
