This is the best auto repair shop I have been to hands down. They are honest and reliable and their prices are extremely reasonable. They have kept me from being taken advantage of by other places and their work has already saved me hundreds of dollars in repairs other people tried to convince me I needed. This is my new mechanic.

Very helpful & super friendly place! Was able to get an accurate estimate (which was several hundred bucks cheaper than competitors) & schedule an appointment over the phone. Service was fast and now my car runs great!

Most honest mechanic I have ever met. Scott is awesome. Work was top notch. Prices are very reasonable. If you need a mechanic in the North Penn area, this is the place.

New to the area and asked a bunch of people in the area where to go. This place was number 1. I went. They fit me in even though they were full. Did amazing work on my car. Very fair priced and some the same day. Definitely recommend

Took my car to Tim about 7 years ago. Been his customer ever since. All my cars and family cars go thru Tim. Honest, reasonable, the best. Looking for a mechanic, look no further Bob Adams is the place.

Excellent service! My catalytic converter was stolen and they were able to fix it quickly so I can have my car back for the weekend.I've also been coming here for years for maintenance service and Tim takes such good care of my old Accord. Absolutely wonderful experience! Of course there is never a great place for a car to break down, but I am grateful mine did only a few miles from Bob Adams Auto! They came highly recommended and were so generous to take me in even though I arrived unexpectedly via tow truck. They treated me as a valued customer and made me feel calm and confident in what was otherwise a stressful situation. Scott installed aftermarket front pre-assembled leveling struts, brake pads, brake rotors and performed an alignment. My 187k+ mileage truck drives better than new. Takes turns and bumps like a pro and tracks straight on the highway. Scott, Tim and Brandon are my car guys. I ve been going to Bob Adams Auto for at least 10 years, because they know me, they know my cars, they re skilled and communicative and honest and fair. They squeezed me in within a few days for my inspection when everywhere else was a few weeks out. They got it done quickly and kept me updated. Always exemplary service at Bob Adams Auto Service. Scott, Tim and Joe are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I've been going to them for years and trust their work and their judgement. I also know that when my wife goes there for a problem with her car that she will be treated with courtesy and respect.

My wife's car got a flat tire, so she turned to Bob Adams Auto Service for help. They were able to take care of her issue and patch it same-day. She told me the service was fantastic and that she'll be using them again for future work on her vehicle. Really happy to know there's a trustworthy, honest mechanic in the Lansdale area. Thanks! :)

I have been going to these guys for years, and they have always taken excellent care of my vehicles. Professional, friendly and accommodating with scheduling, and always reliable. And they are 100% trustworthy - they don't recommend services you don't need simply for their own profit. Would recommend to anyone.

As usual, Bob Adams comes through! We had a trip planned when issues developed in my Outback. I had no appointment, and they had personnel on vacation. Nonetheless, they completed repairs in a timely manner, and we were able to depart on time in a well-tuned vehicle. I wish all businesses had their level of customer service!I liked the service so much, I bought them a dozen donuts - that says it all.

The guys did another great job on my Subaru. Found & fixed a rattling heat shield that was driving (pun) me crazy. Tested everything for my 90k service fixed what needed fixing for a fair price. Attentive to my requests and good at communicating status of the work. They're using a cool new inspection summary report delivered by text to my phone. Happy w BAA yet again.

It is a pure pleasure to give the staff at Bob Adams a glowing review for their service and attention to detail. Each and every one of them is honest, flexible and skilled at every form of auto repair. They will not charge you for things your car really does not need. The integrity shown by them reminds me of that of my dad, who also ran a repair shop at a car dealer ship many years ago, when honesty was a great part of his job.

I've been going to Bob Adam's for 20 years. They've worked on every car I've every owned, and have always done great work. The pricing is given to you upfront, and it's fair. I've never had to wait more than a day for my vehicle to be ready. Highly recommended.

My previous mechanic I had gone to for 20 years closed up shop and, knowing zilch about cars, finding a new one was cause for much trepidation. I saw that Bob Adams had stellar reviews on Consumer's Checkbook so I took my car there for inspection. Great service. They have a new regular customer.

Was satisfied with the service as usual. The folks at Bob Adams addressed the issue and fixed it promptly. However, I was miffed when I experienced a problem with my vehicle the next day. I called Bob Adams and informed them of what went wrong. Disappointed that the company didn't offer a credit toward my next repair, or even a refund of some sort. Just told me that I should get it fixed somewhere closer to my location at the time because of the issue's severity. Guess I expected more out of a company that I thought values its customer service.
