Great place with great people. ThisTime was just for an oil change and tire rotation. I ve just recently become too old to do it myself. They did it in a short amount of time and reasonable prices and are always very nice with a great waiting room.

I've been a K&T customer for several years and they are consistently the best. They are efficient, affordable and very honest. I actually drive past 2 closer mechanics to get to K&T because they have proven their service is high quality and I don't want to go anywhere else!

Needed our yearly state inspection done. Mike was great, was able to set up an appointment. Dropped the Pilot off in the am and got a call, needed rear brake pads! Got the call before noon that the work was completed and ready for pick up! Highly recommend K&T Automotive!

Can t beat the service or the price!K And T Auto Repair are second to none. Scheduling is convenient and even allow drop-in. We dropped in today to have our windshield wipers replaced and it was done before we were finished breakfast at a nearby restaurant. They make us feel like family and treat every problem - no matter how big and complicated or simple and small - with the same attention. We are lucky to have them nearby!

Unfortunately, I have to write this review. This started after I did some front suspension work so I needed the car aligned. Simple task and I was excited to have my car drive the way it should. I also wanted to have my brake system checked out, since personally bleeding the brakes I didn't achieve the feel in the pedal I wanted so I wanted K and T to look at that. Not only did they charge for bleeding my brakes without my permission which did fix the issue but the car still pulled to the right and the steering wheel was off center. So like most of us I had to wait a week because of work before I could get the car back to them. So yesterday morning I had an appointment, I did not mention the brakes just wanted the car aligned and the steering wheel corrected. To my disappointment with this 5-star rated business, my car is still not aligned correctly and the steering wheel is still off-center. I have no issues paying top dollar for a quality job but this is just unprofessional. Both times the car was aligned by K and T I did not receive the spec sheet of the alignment job and after the second alignment, the response from the mechanic was that the printer was down... If there is an issue with my car preventing it from driving straight, just let me know. It is hard to point the finger at whose fault it is at this point it makes no difference I can no longer trust this business and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. Take what you will from my experience but that's what happened.

Ken and the team at K&T really helped me out on one of the most stressful days of my life! They were so nice and even gave me an unexpected discount as it was right before the holidays and I was obviously having a really hard day. Your kindness generosity helped more than you could know! I had the oil change and tires rotated. I waited for the car in their waiting room. Very nice and warm. The entire process took about 45 min.Great people and great service. I will be back.

Top notch experience and service. Easy exccesable interaction with owners and mechanics. A huge plus was a ride from shop and back again for pickup of vehicle. Since I only have one vehicle. Great service. Thanks !

K&T had great customer service, open communication, and gave accurate estimation of cost. My water pump seized, causing the serpentine belt and tensioner wheel to frey/snap and melt on a truck I'd bought within a year. They went the extra mile and wiped down the inside and may have even topped off the air in the tires since it was noticed they were exactly the same.They were also the fastest option to have my vehicle serviced in the area, the office was clean, and it had a small town mechanic feel with the professionalism of a bigger business.They have earned my future business!

K&T Automotive are the most professional, courteous and talented group of mechanics out there! We've been taking our cars there for repairs and maintenance for over 10 years and they have always gone over and above our expectations every single time!! I had an issue with my SUV not starting and they came to my house, did some initial checks, then took my car to the shop for analysis. There was an issue with the positive battery terminal that they were able to fix in about 45 minutes. They then drove my car back to my house to drop it off. Who else would do that!??!!?!? Such upstanding members of our small community. K&T come thru when you really really need an assist! We had a bit of bad luck with a car just before our daughter was to take it to college. We got it back from the shop just in time, only to see that an inspection was due. And we had a 12 hour drive. They got us out the door quick this morning! I just brought my 05 Audi into them today to get the inspection done, they were extremely friendly and perfectly efficient! We just moved here from Tucson, AZ and all I can say is I've never had such a positive experience at a mechanic. I absolutely recommend them!Thank you!

The owners of this company are absolutely amazing mechanical technicians. I've known them since I was a child and my cousin used to work with them at another shop in Chester county. You absolutely need to take your car here because you'll not only have it repaired but you won't need to take out a loan like other repair shops in the area to pay for it.
