As I have many times in the past, I had another great trade in experience with Will! He and the guys at Jones Acura are always looking to find me the best deals and keep me riding in the nicest vehicles! Great selection, and great customer service, the best prices in town!

Talked to Kevin about getting my 2011 Acura TL "Oil consumption" issue fixed which cost about 7k+ out of pocket, and all the 4th gen owners i talked to said the dealership did them a favor and did it for them for FREE so i reached out to get mine taken care of mind you it ONLY has 65k miles on it still and he refuses to do mine because the warranty on that issue ended in 2019 .. When i didn't even own the car at that time ! Horrible customer service!

Couldn't be happier with our experience at Jones Acura. Will and Matt made the car buying experience a pleasure. We expressed our needs for a particular vehicle and they not only met, but exceeded those needs. This is our second Acura, but I see being an Acura and Jones customer for life!

Jones exceeded my expectations on this purchase, the sales team worked together to make a quick and easy transaction. On top of that they didn t go over msrp (like some other places I checked) just because it s a vehicle in high demand. Thanks!

I lost a key fob, called Jones, told them what I needed, they ordered it and a week later I went to my appointment. I drove into the spotless and warm maintenance area, gave them my car, walked into the waiting area, made a bagel a cup of coffee and plugged my phone into their charging station. I answered a couple of emails and was told my car was ready. It cost me less than I expected. What's not to like?

Don't go to Jones. Went for an oil change and was told I needed a transmission flush. The thing is I had this done less then 10k miles ago. Acura said no way this could need changed that soon. When called Jones about this was just given excuses and defended there error. Will drive 30 miles to Piazza or Rahal Acura.

Service department here is phenomenal but with the sales team not a great experience had to purchase my new 2018 Honda Accord and 2018 Acura MDX miles away from home but again service department awesome
