The Orange Street location was great. But on the other hand the Oregon Pike location was very POOR, If I could I would give them a -10 I went there first that is where I purchased the tires & they chose to not even talk to me about the Warranty & where very rude. I will never go back to there ever again. The only other thing that I was not happy about is the warranty allowance on tires that had less then 20,000 miles on & the warranty of 50,000 mile coverage. The coverage dollar wise was not much....Less then 1/2 the miles & 1/2 the amount of one tire????

First off, the customer service was very helpful. But, their prices for parts are over the charts. They charge at Least twice the price of what a part costs at any auto store. Their labor prices are also double of what you can get anywhere else for just the same quality work. If you need more than an oil change, I highly recommend going to a regular mechanic. They charged me almost three times the price for a tune up and that STILL didn't correct the problem with my vehicle. If anyone who reads this does NOT go there, then this review has served it's purpose.

I took my car in car in for brakes and a check up and expected to spend some serious money to fix an issue. Instead it was a simple hose not attached. They didn t charge me a penny. Highly recommend this shop. Fair and honest.

After taking my car to two other Firestone locations; this location fanned out. They listen to your concerns. My car was diagnosed and the problem was at least taken into consideration They are patient and understanding. Most of the service reps are very friendly. I recommend this shop for tires and brake services. Also for vehicle inspection .Thanks

Pretty crummy experience in terms of a wait time. I scheduled my appointment days ahead of time and was quoted a 1.5 hour wait for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection sticker replacement (not a full inspection). I understand they are not a Jiffy Lube and this store has limited bays--- so I understand the time frame. After an hour and 15 mins I asked the manager Shawn when my vehicle would be brought in. It was brought in immediately but sat in a bay for another 20mins with nothing being done. Then it was taken out by tech who to take for a test drive and start the work. All in all I was there for 2.5 hours for a job that probably books out to .7 hours flat rate time for the tech.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Had back to back issues with Firestone and won't be coming back. First issue was replacing my brake pads for an inspection, over the course of the year they wore down abnormally fast relative to my mileage, and the entire year I was dealing with feel and noise issues when applying my brakes. The second issue was when I went in for a routine oil change, they tried to upcharge me $200 for a headlight replacement that I verbally told them twice I did not want, first when the contacted me initially asking if I wanted the work done, and again when I called after getting a work order update for the repairs. Despite me getting confirmation TWICE they still tried to charge me for the repair when I showed up to pay and collect my car.On top of that, their prices for front brake pads and rotor replacements were quoted as nearly three times the body shop I'm currently going to. Needless to say if you want subpar work at a high price, Firestone in Lancaster is your place to go.

I thought these guys were fantastic! They took me in on short notice closer to the end of their work day and my car was ready for pick up less than 24 hours later. Price was fair, and the gentleman working today was super patient and took the time to address a concern I had and to walk me through the work they did

Friendly and professional staff. They took me in early for an oil change on a Saturday morning and had me out in about half an hour. Also gave me a coupon for $10 off. Clean waiting area with magazines and a television playing the news. I ll definitely be back.

I have a modified car. I get that. But, I showed the tech how to turn on and off the car specifically saying that you must have the brake on to shut off the car. I came out to my gears mashed up so I had to put the clutch in with the car off to get it out. This means the tech instead of calling me stalled out my car. He also ruined my push to start button. The guy at the counter tried arguing with me that he couldn t shut the car off despite the fact they hadn t tried to call me. They also didn t do the rear alignment because they couldn t adjust it despite the fact I have adjustable rear upper control arms. Bravo guys.

Adrian was very helpful - came through clutch when I was in a bind with my car. He explained the problems and fixed it. The cost was reasonable for the project. Definitely use them again!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil changeServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I want to thank Firestone, especially Luis, Adrian and Amy for helping me out after I came to them with a flat tire. My son and I came from out of town for him to compete at an athletic event at Franklin and Marshall and they not only immediately took care of me, but the manager, Luis, personally drove me to the college so that I would not miss my son compete. They made a hectic, nerve wracking day so much better with their kindness and generosity in helping me out. I was confident that I could get home safely with two new tires, and was happy to meet such nice people. I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Tires

I had a rim & tire problem, they took care of it well and helped me to find affordable ways to fix the problem. I went to two other shops and none of them spotted the true problem and gave me solid answer. Adrian and Amy were very intentional and gave me responsible assistance. From what I ve seen, this is a trustworthy place to get your car repaired.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I want to speak of the attitude and behavior of the manager of this location. I called this location after looking them up online and asked numerous questions about an oil change for my van. After a in-depth yet cordial conversation with the employee, I brought my van to the store. When I arrived, the manager gave me a completely different (and higher) price for the oil change. Things went south quickly. He began to get loud and arrogant, and told me I could take my business elsewhere. After explaining my conversation with the employee to him, he started telling me how the employee gave misinformation and that it was not his fault that happened. After expressing that I brought my van here only after getting all this information ahead of time, the manager finally relented and decided to do the work for the price quoted. At the same time acting as a victim and that did not bode well with me. Firestone needs to adequately train their employess, especially managers, on proper etiquette toward cordial customers. There were others in the showroom who heard this exchange.Service: Oil change

So sad to see the quality of service go downhill at this service center over the last several years. After regular oil changes here I had to have my car's oil pan replaced by the car dealer (very expensive - $1,600.) because the plug threads were stripped out on the pan. Firestone said it wasn't their fault, but very knowledgeable people I spoke with said it likely happened as a result of the oil plug being cross threaded or over-tightened by the Firestone technician. I gave Firestone the benefit of the doubt however, and later took my car in to them because the engine was running choppy. They did a diagnostic ($90.) and told me the engine was blown. Before scrapping my car at the junkyard, I decided to take it to the dealer for a second opinion. As it turned out, my car only needed new spark plugs, which the dealer replaced, and now it runs like new again. I was a long time customer and Firestone has lost my business for good.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Very convenient to my office in Downtown Lancaster so it's nice to get service done while I'm at work walking distance away or I can get lunch or work from an internet cafe nearby.

Took my car to get inspected. It passed but they suggested $1100 worth of work on it. I was initially skeptical but went I went to pick up my car they handed me a paper with all the suggestions itemized out for parts and labor. I was able to compare their pricing to averages on the internet and they are in the bottom of average pricing for everything. Took my car back to get all the work done and so far so good.

I brought my vehicle here for service due to vibrations when reaching high speeds while accelerating at / around 55-60 mph on the highway. They diagnosed the issue by suggesting me to get all new tires (nearly $900 with labor and parts). Therefore, I purchased the tires as they suggested it would fix the issue. A week later after getting the new tires I am back on the highway and the issue occurs again. I would suggest taking your vehicle to a more trust worthy / knowledgeable shop unless you are just going for an inspection.

Took car in for inspection/new tires. They didn't have the (Toyo) tires I had selected online (they said), so they offered me similar Firestone tires and reduced price by the difference. Was I upsold/redirected so they moved more Firestone tires? Probably.Over the phone I asked for 205/65R16. That was my mistake. I realized about a week later that I needed 55R16. I had taken a picture of my old tire to look it up, so I know that's what was on there. Their mistake was never checking even a little bit. They were taking the old ones off, you don't check then? The rims on the car were originally 15, so their system had 205/65R15 as default. For sure it doesn't get 65R16 then. You can plug into calculator online to get equivalent size 15->16...I tried to tell this to manager, and immediately it went downhill. He tried telling me they were right, that's what is supposed to be on there blah blah. I didn't even bother. I have been using them in the meantime until I find a used pair to swap to correct size.I had a few other things to clear up regarding inspection (needed new front brake hoses, so I put some on and brought back). I asked them to bleed fully (I had done it roughly by hand). He said the car was "done", but I don't know if that was done. No record of it or bill. I had scheduled for 9AM, but decided to leave it overnight so they had more time. Considering he called me at like 7:15AM, I'm guessing they looked at the brake hoses, new, Inspection Sticker GO!!!, park it outside (if they had even pulled it in to begin with).

I needed my car to have an oil change and a part replaced. Other shops were trying to charge me 700+ dollars. Firestone charged me 330 dollars for the repairs and the oil change. On top of that they were able to accept my extended warranty so I only had to pay $130.

I had the same atrocious customer service experience as Bonnie with the exact same individual, Michael. I was very displeased with the service performed on my car. He got loud and yelled at me. When I told him not to yell he hung up the phone on me. I will never return to this service center.Obviously nothing has been done to improve customer services or to improve customer relations. I will not support any business that treats their customers with so much ill contempt. If you do a bad job or service, own it, don t lash out at the customer for not being pleased with subpar results.5/25/2019 FOLLOWUP:Firestone made good on this issue, exceeding my expectations. Thank you Shawn.

I have always been a fan of the work your company has done until today. My husband took his mustang in April for an oil change and today we took it back in because of an oil leak. To be told that the oil filter was crushed and that's why it was leaking. We have not had any mechanical work done to the car. Absolutely NO ONE has touched underneath the car until we took the car in April for an oil change. And today there was no acknowledgement of it being done at the facility. We were also charged to clean and decrease as well as another oil change. Which full synthetic was used rather than 50/50 as the previous time. We are not financially struggling so the cost was not an issue but the lack of knowledge as to how it "could've" happened was disappointing. Also the fact that the person we dealt with had an attitude with each interaction as if we were putting him out of his way was unwarranted and unnecessary. We will not be returning to this facility and I will be sure to let others know as well.
