I really appreciate the speed and professionalism and thorough care provided at this site! Joe, the manager, and the entire crew were polite and helpful from the moment I pulled in until the time I left. It may seem like a small touch but I really also appreciated the vacuuming of the car

Had me sitting for ten straight minutes just to be checked in, and there was only one other customer. Never did get checked in before a bunch of people showed up and I knew it was going to get more chaotic than it's worth and bailed. Would not recommend.

My oil change was due 50 miles prior to me pulling in a half hour to closing before the New Year holiday. My car entered at 4:24 and I was out before I finished checking my email. The new manager Joe was very friendly and got me on my way.

BEWARE of taking your car to this Jiffy Lube. I brought my wife's car in on 11/20/21 for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited inside for about a half hour as they worked on the car and then they pulled it to the side of the building (where I couldn't see it). They then brought the keys in and I paid for the services as they rang me up and then walked out to the car only to see the whole side smashed in. Apparently, they scraped the building while pulling it out of the garage and never even said anything to me. Getting them to try and pay for the damage has been a whole ordeal as they're trying to dictate how I get the car fixed and take it to three autobody shops for estimates which I don't have time for with two small infants at home. I've taken it two shops I trust and supplied them with two estimates but that's not enough. It's a battle getting them to try and pay to get the car fixed and it this point I've decided to go through my own insurance. This place cares nothing about customer service.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went to pep boys on Dekalb originally and 3 employees saw me and ignored me and then told me they couldn t get me in for an oil change until the next day. Right after I drove over to jiffy lube and they were not only super helpful but efficient. I was there maybe 30 minutes and all was done. Everyone at this location has the best attitude and you can tell they enjoy working with one another. They also don t make you feel like you re inconveniencing them by coming in for something. Great people

Had a great experience at this location. Chad G was very helpful and is an awesome service person. He explained all the things that needed to be fixed and also applied the discount coupon. He did that to lot of customers and everyone were happy. I'm definitely going back to this location.

Customer friendly and polite staff. Took my car (without an apportionment) to inspect thumping noise while driving. Within 10 minutes, they pinpointed an issue in the wheel and directed me to get it fixed from a tire shop. Didn t charge me anything for this. Keep up the great work guys.

I took my Hyundai Elantra 2016 on Monday for oil change and these people took off the FRONT SPLASH SHIELD and stole, lost or they threw in the trash the screws and instead the put some plastic strips without telling me anything. I don t trust these people after this.

They treated me soooo well. I went in bc my brakes were making a really terrible screeching noise and this was the earliest I could get in. My brake pads and the rotors needed to be completely replaced because I had waited so long. They got it done in a couple of hours and helped give me a good price. (I m absolutely the stereotypical girl who doesn t know anything about cars. They could ve told me I needed to pay $3k for this and I would ve been like Well I guess I need to find 3k. ) Would definitely recommend, I d trust these guys to watch my baby after this experience.

Don't ever take you car here. I went there for an oil change, they took my air fliter out to show me and the box it sits in was lose no screwed back down. The air fliter it self was just floating not even reattach. They over filled my oil left the dip stick off, found that wedge under my hood and the oil cap was loose, so oil was just spilling out. My roommate when that day as well, they over filled his oil and then his car had to be towed to a shop, bc it would not exceed 25 miles an hour. Horrible place, did a survey and reached out to corporate, no phone call back.

Got me in with no appointment for an oil change, we re very nice and efficient, showed me my filters to let me decide if I wanted to replace them. And Joe was very helpful too! Will definitely come back

Technician forgot to update my mileage sticker and left my cabin filter cover on the dashboard. Almost crashed making a turn out of the lot and later had to take apart my glove box to reattach the cover. Receipt says they vacuumed but clearly didn't. Oil change was straight forward but now I'm suspicious of every claim of service.

Arrived prior to opening for a basic oil change on my work truck. Around 8:10 am they pulled me in. The staff was nice, but seemed disorganized and very lackluster. The shop itself is another story. It is very worn down, dirty, and not properly maintained. All of the tools and aspects of the building, interior and exterior, show their age and wear and tear.If you drove by the location not during business hours, you d probably think it s shut down. Overall, satisfied with my visit but I doubt I will be returning to this location and I couldn t recommend it.

Nice that you don't need an appointment and can just walk in. Decently priced. However, this review would be higher if they didn't try to falsely tell me that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. I told them that the belt shouldn't be cracked since I had it replaced at 100k and my car is at 120k now and then waver back to "oh that was a recommendation based on mileage". Wouldn't trust them with anything more than an oil change.Service: Oil change

Brian D and Joe and the whole crew are great at this location. Very on top of everything. They were out of fluid I needed for my transmission, but they got my oil changed and actually called me a few days later to come in for the flush. Got me right in and out. Great service, great price and the guys do know what they are doing despite the other reviews on here.Services: Transmission, Oil change

The Jiffy Lube in King of Prussia is great! They have great customer service and showed me things wrong with my car that while I d rather not see are good to know about. Also they do very lovely oil changes! My rotors were warped and pads were worn. It s a bummer as I have a strong emotional connection to them over the years and would prefer to not replace them, but all things in time must go. We are spending our last week together before they start the next leg of their journey. I know they will be happy wherever they end up.Services: Tires, Oil change

Waited over an hour paid over $150 and they didn't even reset the oil light then when I called them and asked them to walk me through resetting it they told me I could come back and wait to get it reset because it's too complicated to explain and i couldn't do it so I Google it and it's so hard it took me 10 seconds saved me another hour of my life. Dumb customer 1 jiffy lube 0
