Very very great customer service let me tell you about it. I went there for an inspector and was ended up getting tire rotation, oil change, and a new strut. These were things I needed so I got it as recommended. They close and go home to there families at 5pm I was late and couldn't make it on time so I call the place to get my car back and the boss willingly drives 30 mins back to the shop from just being with his family. I just tick up my car at 7pm. This is what I call making your customers happy and giving your business a great name.

We have used Branca's Auto Service for several years. They have performed all types of repairs from oil changes to replacing engine mounts. Tig has always explained what work should be done now, what could be deferred, and at what cost. Work always high quality and reasonable cost.I highly recommend them.UPDATE: 13 September 2023. We continue to be very happy with Branca s.

Please do not go to Brancas Autoshop unless you want to pay high prices and you have the money to shell out.. I typically don t bother in writing review for services, but the experience I had at the Autoshop impel me to write one. I just went for an inspection and ended up shelling $452 for replacing the rear brake pads and rotating the wheels.. what a ripoff.

Had to go here last minute one morning when my car wouldn't start for 15 minutes. Felt I was taken advantage of and ended up paying over $600 for work that I found out later didn't really need to be done. (And that was the low end price! He wanted to do even more work!) All I needed was a fresh battery! Normally, I would have had my husband help me but he was at work and I had to trust this mechanic at Branca's. Big mistake, but I learned my lesson. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be manipulated into having expensive and unnecessary work done. It's a shame because I live right around the corner from this garage but I would rather drive the half hour to a more trustworthy mechanic.

Very trustworthy owner that makes this a great place for any kind of auto repair. I used to take my car to Midas but their recommendation to fix check engine light raised suspicions and when I took my car to Branca, not only the car was fixed well but also he saved thousands. Now this place is my go to place for any kind of auto work. THANK YOU for all the great work that you do.

It s rip off, never ever will recommend anyone to go there. Got my battery replaced and he never gave me actual paper work and said will consider purchase date for any issue. Battery was faulty confirmed by two dealer but he was rude and not ready to accept. Finally when it was out of warranty he agreed and ask me to buy another battery from him. I doubt he gave me new battery initially. He always ask to drop the car for entire day even for 15-20 min job, never give appointment which make things shady. If you love your car and want to save your hard earned money then never go there. Pep boys which is couple of miles from it are fare better.

We moved here from another state last week and had no idea where to go when my husband's Civic developed an issue. Branca's was well reviewed so we tried it and were very pleased. He communicates well and does repairs more rapidly than I would have believed possible. We will definitely go back.

Did a Google search for some minor vehicle service,and I decided to give them a try. I am a hobby mechanic so I like to see how shops will react to naive customers. These guys were great! Straight shooters, honest fair quote, service was on time and they provided some automotive tips. I would definitely go back there again.

I have been a loyal patron at Branca's for nearly 20 years. They have worked on various makes and models from Honda's to Twin Turbo Nissan's and Audi's. Square shooters from day one. I read the 1 star review from the young lady and I'd take this shops word over ANY dealership that doesn't want to do free recall work. TOP NOTCH and ETHICAL !

Be aware. Called in to bring my car in because it was close to my work. Tigger told me it will be $95 for the diagnostic and I was fine with it. After they inspected my car, he said my car needs a software system update and need to bring it to the dealership. Called Honda dealership to make an appt but they said I don t need the update and must something wrong with my engine. Went to Branca s to pick up my car, and I saw the board on the wall saying Diagnostic as $84 not $95. I told them I m not paying for not knowing what is wrong with my car and telling me the incorrect price. They said they forgot to update the price on the wall and I need to pay it no matter what. I had to pay it to get my car back, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Basically wasted my time and money.

Charged me $800 for a brake and rotor replacement on a 7 year old Honda Accord back when I was a kid that got my first car. Didn't write me a receipt and when I asked for one just scribbled something on a notepad paper. They will try to take advantage of you if they think you're young or from elsewhere.

Branca's always gets me into the schedule when I need an oil chance or inspection. I haven't used them for any major issues (knock on wood) but they are very courteous. My husband and I are glad to have stumbled upon their website.

Not sure how to got so much good reviews. I took my car for inspection and received a call to fix many things and provided estimate of $1500. Got it done at other place for $370. Just noticed they charged me for wiper blade but when I used the wiper, I found that wiper was still bad. Went to another dealer and they told me that wiper was never replaced. Feeling cheated.

Been using this shop for a couple of years now. Tigger & Tim are very nice and are always honest with me. Also very accommodating. They almost always are able to fit me in the same day I call.

Great experience they squeezed me in the same day for a state inspection and even gave me a discount for work done since I had to wait a while. Everyone was courteous, highly recommend!

My company takes all of thier trucks here they always give great service very friendly and helpful I stopped in with a nail in my tire and they went out of thier way to fix it and get ne back on the road much appreciated I would recommend this garage for friends and family to take thier vehicles here.

Very friendly, gave me my state inspection. Some tire work was needed and they took me into the repair shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with my tires and we ordered a replacement.I will go back to them again
