I always find AutoZone reliable, but this morning I pulled in right at 7:30 to get help with a rear brake light that had burned out. Sam, the customer service agent, was friendly, cheerful, professional, and so helpful. He is just the kind of person who represents a company well!

Great staff, good stock, & great location for projects. You've got everything you need within 500 feet for any auto project.Especially notable experience today looking for a niche fuse. Younger guy working really went above & beyond to help me. Even sprinted across the street to flag me down after I had left 'cause he thought he found it.Got me directed to the Norristown location which had it. Employees like that are hard to find, so I hope you give him some recognition for his efforts.

Shopping for some parts to fix the little spray nozzles on the hood of my car. Staff there was super helpful in locating the correct parts. I've gone in to places where the staff look at you like you're crazy, so it was nice to have an experience where it was an easy pickup and go. Convenient and centrally located.

Didn't registered my brakes nor did they ask or tell me it was a thing. Only found out from an employee today at my local autozone that I could have registered them and gotten new ones with a lifetime warranty or better ones since now 2 months later tye pads are toast. Calipers are working fine but now I'll have to buy a new set.

Angel is awesome! I walked in, gave him the make and model of my car and needed two light bulbs. He checked the headlights that were broken and swiftly identified the specific items I needed, AND even installed and replaced the bulbs for me. Fantastic and fast service. Went above and beyond and more than I could ask for. Thank you so much!!

If one store doesn't have what you want ?Their are other autozones with in ten minutes to get what you what.

An incompetent worker today told me the KOP location didn't have my pads & brakes. Then he proceeded to send me to other locations. It turned out the KOP location did have the pads & rotors I needed. The worker stayed out of sight on my return. It really is hard to get good & competent help. Hopefully that worker doesn't wait on many customers & waste their time.

I don t know what s going on with this AutoZone because they have good reviews. Maybe they change employees but the last couple times I ve been at this location. The customer service was rude and unttentive and very short with me and I visit this location twice I have been a faithful customer of AutoZone for over 11 years and this is the first time The employees of this company ever treated me so rudely, even though I live close to this location I just decided to visit the Norristown branch which is awesome customer service. I will tell my friends and family not to visit the King Prussia AutoZone. Until employees know how to treat their customers.

Brian B saved my work day. I showed up at 7:30 am on the dot. He had my part (that I ordered at 5 am) ready to go and lended me tools to get my battery replaced. You can t find service like that anymore.

Came here to get my defective battery changed. The sales manager Angel is a clear proponent of customer service and tended to me and fixed the issue with alacrity. He's quite the character as well; t-shirt in 35 degree weather

The best autozone location. I went in for a new battery. Kwan helped me out right away. He took out the old battery and installed the new one for me. Amazing customer service!

Now in King of Prussia! Yay! Longer have to go out to ridge Pike in Norristown... Selection of air and oil filters was a little lacking but otherwise the store was neat clean and well stocked. And Angel was helpful and a lot of fun to chat with

Would just like to.give a shout out to Rob at the King of Prussia Auto Zone!!!! I went in to purchase new windshield wipers and he did not even hesitate to offer to replace them for me. Great customer service!!! THANKS ROB!!!!!
