Best repair experience for my Honda Accord at AAA King of Prussia, PA location. From Tom, who took my initial call, listening to my uncomfortable Honda story and letting me know options, to Gabriel, who researched repair costs, to Phil, who provided status of the repair and let me know when the car was done, which was much earlier from what I expected. Great customer service from all 3 service people. And icing on the cake was that their charge was much less expensive from a quote I received from another repair service. Thanks and will give AAA Auto Repair in King of Prussia my business going forward. This was long but important to say.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. I mostly just go for routine service for my car. I was just there and I really like how they follow up with you about what it needs and send prompt emails with clear explanations (and photos). For someone who doesn't know much about vehicle maintenance, I appreciate that. Shout out to Gabe and Phil - really friendly and helpful.

I had a fabulous experience with the gentleman that was doing the FBI clearance fingerprinting BUT my three stars is due to a painful interaction I witnessed of a woman getting her passport photo done. The woman doing her passport photo was very rude and dismissive. She called the woman over and turned and walked away the woman was confused and question me? And the woman who worked there shook her head no but almost in like an annoyed fashion with her back to the woman. She didn t give her suggestions or even a warning she was taking the photo. Definitely not the experience I had at another location. When the woman had questions the woman working there was harsh with her responses, annoyed, and even snickered at one point. I felt very bad. But again the gentleman taking my photo was great!

The team here is the best. I recently went here to get my car registration transferred over and also to get my car inspected. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful on both occasions. They make something that I would say is often an unpleasant experience so pleasant and smooth. I would highly recommend going here for any of your automotive needs. Thanks team I will be recommending your location to all my fryand family

I ve come to this location multiple times to have finger printing done for both jobs and school. I ve always had very pleasant experiences, however yesterday was the exception. The African-American woman who was doing the prints was unnecessarily short and rude with those who were there to be printed. She antagonized the woman before me and proceeded to roll her eyes and suck her teeth after she asked the remaining people sitting in the immediate area if they too were there to be finger printed. As I stated, I ve been through this process quite a bit so I know how it goes. When it was my turn she barely spoke two words to me, instead opting to point to convey directions. She never verified if the information on the screen was correct and was overall extremely cold. I understand we all have some bad days, but her energy was nasty. I remained pleasant and gave her grace despite how I was treated. I would hope no one else has the experience I and the rest of those there yesterday had. Unprofessional.

Had two title transfers handled here - always been smooth.They are actually ready for you at the appointment time and quickly get the paperwork sorted.I've used the Ardmore location previously, and the KOP one is simply night and day difference.

Can t speak for other services but DO NOT have your car towed here. They won t make any efforts to take care of your car. Even if they say they ll take a look at it today or tomorrow, they WON T. Your car will be sitting in the parking lot for as long as until you decide to take it elsewhere and apparently they DON T CARE. Other reviews also confirm this. You will not have any information by calling them.

It has been such a pleasure working with this dealership. Tom was very nice and made sure I knew everything that was going on with my car and was very transparent and honest, and overall a kindhearted individual. I would highly recommend this place for service, they are seriously the best!!

I went here to get my fingerprints done and I m a mom with two kids. I had to bring them with me and the man was so rude. My children were well behaved and I was carrying my son on me in a carrier. The guy had to take my picture and was like will you take him off? We don t babysit here? It was so rude. Of course I can!

Took my car to AAA Auto repair in King of Prussia today, made appointment w ease yesterday. What GREAT service!! Pleasant and helpful staff, need breaks routers, was surprised received a text with pictures of what was in necessary repair, and price ahead of time. Car sounds great! Price even better!! I called this location and asked some questions related to their travel services. The employee I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and encouraged me to come in without making an appointment. I went in an hour later. The woman at the front desk was very kind and she took down my information. She led me to table to wait until it was my turn. An hour and a half passed and not a single employee came up to me, asked me why I wasn t assisted yet, or offered to even answer any short questions. There were no employees at the front desk so I left with having anyone help me. Felt like a waste of time and a lesson in really bad customer service. I can t recommend this location for travel services.

Walked in without an appt to get an International Driving Permit. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who took care of me (he's the one with the Harry Potter mousepad) but he immediately greeted me at the door and had it all done within minutes, and then he went out of his way to help me find the power adapter I needed. He was incredibly cheerful and friendly, making what should have been a boring errand into a positive experience. A special shoutout to Lee Ann and Nancy, as well, for being superstars and going above and beyond. I'd like to buy all three a drink, but in lieu of that, they should get raises!

I recently bought a car and became a AAA member. This AAA location was clean, quick, and professional, helping me with a new car registration. They took care of my paperwork quickly, and I was able to quickly schedule an inspection with their service staff. The parking here is very limited so I suggest you park elsewhere unless you absolutely have to.

This location is clean, comfortable, and has a good variety of products and maps. I was able to accomplish multiple things- fingerprinting for my job and passport photos for vacation. My only hesitation to give a 5 star rating is that there was a general "unwelcoming" or "indifferent" and bordering on rude feeling from many of the employees. No smiles, no warmth offered from the 3 men that I was passed around to.However, the woman who assisted me with fingerprinting was very kind and friendly.

Took my car car to auto shop after much deliberation. I was not sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. Provided great and honest service. Gabe explained everything very well and gave an honest recommendation. Did not try to sell me parts or service as is common practice across most of auto shops. Since my car is relatively new, even suggested that parts may still be covered under manufacturer warranty and I should try that route first.Def. found a trustworthy place and partner for my car Maintenance and repairs.

Super friendly and helpful technicians and staff. Made an appointment but missed the confirmation email so I missed the appointment I had requested. They got me in there (with flexibility for my schedule) a few days later. Sat in the waiting area and got some work done while I waited. All in, took about 25-30 min for them to change my oil and filter and take a look at a potential brake issue.

After my car broke down, AAA suggested they tow my car here to be serviced instead of my traditional mechanic because of the membership perks. My car has been sitting in their parking lot for 9 days now and it has not even been looked at. When I call for updates they say they will look at it in a day or two, but they don't and they never call back. If you have AAA don't bother coming here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very nice accommodations while you're waiting for your car. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Cody. The oil change was a tad pricey--and I had a members' discount coupon. While I was there, they told me I needed brakes(which I suspected) and they did it right on the spot with a minimal wait time. The price for brakes and labor was pretty comparable to my mechanic's price.

Went there for a. International Driver's Permit. It was a pleasantly quick process as there was no wait.I have walked past this place many times as I never had a need to enter. I was surprised that it is quite spacious and neater than I expectedThe staff was friendly and to the point. Perfect.

Went to get my car inspected. It took 5 hours even though I had an appointment. I failed inspection and they wanted to charge me 200 dollars and a quick replacement I did myself in 5 minutes. A pair of nice sunglasses and a radio were missing from my car right after. After calling them, they didn t even call me back with any information.I Don t recommend this place. I will be cancelling my long time membership, and finding a new insurance company. Find a place that actually stays with their appointment times and that will provide more help. My appt was canceled for fingerprints on arrival. . I took the day off from work and drove 30 miles to get to this appt. Assistant manger unapologetic, unhelpful and and rude. Will follow up with regional manger to address this issue .

I needed to get fingerprinting done through IdentoGO. I was dreading my appointment because of previous poor experiences at other locations. This was a farther drive and during rush hour. I was blown away at how incredibly kind and welcoming Nancy and the staff were. I m certainly going to send my coworkers to this location. Thank you, AAA!

Edited: the service assistant manager called in response of my review and took care this for me.Overall the shop people are very friendly and the manager knows cars which was helpful.Need to be clear on pricing. They charge me 70 for a lug nut to be removed. The key was in the car. I has no idea thet would charge me so much for something so simple. Wish they would have been clear on the phone as I would have come over to find it. Very disappointed

Went here to get fingerprinted with Identogo. Was super easy and quick. Terrance took my fingerprints and he was very kind and polite, way nicer than my experience at the East Norriton location.
