They didn't seem to be very busy at the time, but they took me in immediately. My job was unique, and they had non issues taking care of my needs without question. The service was friendly and courteous. My wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, but the job was fine properly, and their price for the service was unexpectedly, very reasonable. I would highly recommend this tire shop!

Great job! I needed an oil change and state/local inspections. Pretty easy stuff that other places manage to screw up. The guy up front was knowledgeable, pleasant, punctual. I ve been here before (tires, brakes) and will certainly be back.

The staff went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule that day. I had to get to work shortly after I dropped my vehicle off for an inspection and new tires and I didn't have a ride to work. One of the employess offered to shuttle me to work so I could be there on time. The prices are reasonable, the quality is great and the service is amazing!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was on I79 North, traveling with friends, and we got a flat unexpectedly. We put the spare on and get off at the next exit. Valley Tire Pros was less than a mile away. We walked in at 3pm on a Friday. Was treated to the utmost level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service. Less than 30 minutes later, the tire was plugged and we were back on the road. No effort was made to upsell us, and everyone we dealt with made us feel at home. In addition the place is spotlessly clean!! What a pleasure that there are still American businesses like this that treat customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism. No one wakes up in the morning and wants to buy tires, but if you need to GO HERE!!!Service: Tires

Prices are high. Charge for the tire, insulation then for tire insurance. Waiting room is very dirty. Better tire places that are much cheaper. Stop because they were on my way. Will not be back.

These guys are great. Do what is needed. Stand by their work and product. Routinely wife s truck low air and repaired the slow leak.Repaired discbine tube saving us $38. These guys are fantastic! We blew a tire on the highway and were towed here. The guys were professional, friendly, and took care of us right away so we could get back on the road. On top of that, they were really reasonably priced! Definitely recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Little while ago, these guys replaced my front bumper and now that I need my rear bumper replaced, they magically don't do autobody repairs. No explanation, no help, means the lowest review rating I can give them.

I want to thank the service guy who put on my tires, he was my hero for the day! after I had a flat on the interstate and had to wait 2 hours to towed in less than 8 miles to your store, my day got even worse after I was told I would have to wait 3 hours after regular customers were taken care of first and it was only 9:30 am. I spent almost $400 on 2 tires and he squeezed me in before their first appt arrived and I was back on the road just after 10 am heading to my appt in West Virginia. That's why I am giving 5 stars to him, not the store. He knows who he is, cuz I think we are both under 5 ft tall. Thank you thank you thank you!Service: Tires
