These guys at J &S took my claim with Esurance and had me wait 12+ hours on Feb. 15th and they won't take your calls or your voicemails. Choose somebody else.

Andrew towed one of our cars to our home this morning. Despite a few obstacles in his way, out the car exactly where we intended. He was kind and professional throughout. Would recommend him and J & S Roadside again and again!

This is the J&S truck that was speeding last night in order to cut in front of me, then nearly ran me off the road cutting me off AGAIN when I was pulling into a turning lane, then once they were in front of me just came to a complete stop in the middle of the road for no apparent reason blocking traffic and forcing me to go around the block to get around them. Whoever was driving this truck is a danger to others and has no business being on the road. Maybe J&S s vehicles are the ones that should be towed away.

Thankfully I did not wait forever, which I was grateful for, but the attitude and complete rudeness of "Javier" was unacceptable. I called AAA for a flat and they sent J&S Roadside. The man arrived and called me on the phone from the other side of the parking lot, never spoke, but I knew who it was, saw him pull in. He came over to where I was and I said hi, thanks for coming and got no response. I tried to be polite, but he would not look at me or speak to me. I went into the gas station to use the restroom and asked if I should leave the trunk open, but no response. I asked if everything was OK, no response, I then asked why he was being so rude? Did I do something to offend you? He finally spoke and said no, you're good. I closed the trunk, because I didn't know if he was going to let someone steal stuff out of my car. I came back out, sit it the driver's seat and start working on my lap top. I looked back after a while and he was just standing there at the back of the car. I asked what he was doing and he said he needed the tire. Seriously all he had to do was ask. Finally a security guard came over, he said because I seemed to be having a difficult time with this guy. The man was finishing tightening the lug nuts and the security guard asked if he was going to check the air pressure, he had to say it several times, even included excuse me, sir. No response until the security guard got closer and asked if he spoke English or was hard of hearing. Then he just responded yes, Ill check it. He did check the tire pressure and filled it up. When he was done he just said good to go. I could have given more stars as the service he performed was what it should be, but I have never met a more rude person in my life. I know some people are not chatty, but all he had to say was hello, ask where my tire was, and answer the security guards question. The management should seriously consider the future of "Javiers" employment.Service: Tire change

Have been waiting on truck since 8:30am. Estimated to arrive at 9:25, it's now almost 11:30 and I am told about 40 minutes. This is unacceptable

The truck arrived as scheduled after about an hour and a half. This wait time is pretty standard from "'way back when," seldom had a call answered in less time than that. They quickly identified the problem and had me on my way. I didn't get the names of the men who were on the call but they were both great! I hope the other issues are resolved quickly.Service: Battery

I needed a tow from Monroeville to North Huntingdon on the morning of 2/2/23. Put in a request through the Triple A app and was told J&S would be to my location in about an hour. The hour passed. I waited a little bit longer just in case things were busy that morning. No one from J&S called or showed up. A Triple A agent called me shortly after and said that the driver couldn t find me and that they should have called me. I gave the exact location and address when I put in my request, as well as my phone number, so there was no reason I shouldn t have been able to be found. I m guessing no one from J&S bothered to answer the tow request. Eventually someone from another local towing company picked up the request. They had no issue finding me with the information I gave. If you re asking for a tow through Triple A and J&S is listed as the company responding to your request, be cautious. A truck may or may not show up. Try to get a tow through Angelo s or Hi-Tech towing instead. They are both affiliated with Triple A.Service: Car towing

I 100% agree with the 1 star reviews!. I contacted my insurance whoAppointed this company to come out and assist with a flat tire the ETA kept changing and nobody ever showed up! Called the phone number that was giving multiple of times and no answer! Had to contact insurance to send out another company for help! What made it worse is that I had my children in the car with me!NEVER IN LIFE WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

My vehicle broke down and required a tow. Used my insurance to call a tow company and they assigned the job to J&S Roadside at about 3:30PM. We were told the wait would be about 60-90 minutes. After 90 minutes transpired we began calling the company using the number provided and could not get anyone on the phone. Needless to say, no one ever showed up and had to utilize another service to have the vehicle towed away. Looking at the reviews of others this seems to be a consistent issue.

If. Could give 0 stars I would. Called AMA roadside and they dispatched j&s. Waited for over an hour. Called their number for eta, no answer. Tried texting the driver, no response. Had to call back to roadside assistance and they had to dispatch another company out. 2+ hrs waiting

This has to be the worst service ever!!!!! I called my insurance company at 7:30 am with a flat tire was told that J & S roadside would arrive in 60 to 90 minutes. Well 3 hrs went by and no one showed up. I again called my insurance co and they said they got no answer from J & S. They never showed this has happened to me twice with this company. I have told my insurance company to stop using them. I last time this happened I called J &S personally and they said if you don t like to wait get someone else and hung up on my!!!! Very professional ! So if you have a choice DO NOT use them

Was scheduled to be picked up by J&S roadside and they cancel 30 minutes after they were suppose to show up. If you plan on using this company DONT, they ll waste your time.

Great company very knowledgeable in what needs to be done to do their job. Very polite as well. I recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance. They take care of your car as if it were their own. I've had many company's tell me they can't do something, and this company would get it done like it was nothing.

Waited for 2 hours. No call no show. -2 degrees outside. Luckily I was parked right outside of my house or it would have been ugly. I would not recommend them for anything... They don't even have a phone number posted on their website. That should tell you something.

I was skeptical based on the bad reviews, but the service I received was perfect. This was not an emergency and the tow arrived within 90 minutes as they informed me. The driver was very helpful and experienced, and there were no issues loading up my vehicle. I parked my truck very close to a wall and it was not a challenge at all for the flatbed/driver to load it without damage.

Got a flat at 2:30am and was told 60 to 90 minutes. It's now 7am and they still haven't shown up! No answer for me or the insurance company. Now I'm waiting for them to secure another company while my car continues to sit on the side of a very busy road. Terrible company and all insurances should drop them for roadside assistance. I'm glad I got a ride home and didn't stay in my vehicle all night/morning waiting for them!

Well.... dispatch called the company at 10:30am. We were given an ETA of 12:15pm. Since my car did not break down in front of my house, we had to travel 6 miles to the car to wait for the tow company. We called them at 12:30pm to see where they were and was met with excuses about traffic from the tunnels and he would be on his way. They finally arrive at 10 mins to 2pm. The dealership I am towing the car to will more then likely close before they get here. If I could rate them a zero I would, this was a horrible experience

I hit a deer on the way to work and broke my radiator making my car unsafe to drive. They were dispatched after the accident by my insurance company. ETA was 60-70 minutes. I was stranded in the cold (22 degrees and freezing rain) for 3 hours but luckily my boss came and gave me a ride to work and my insurance company contacted another towing company to take my car to the shop the next morning. No show, wouldn t answer the phone, voicemail full. Wasted my time. Thanks for adding additional trauma to an already traumatic situation!

Zero stars. Worst experience ever, dispatched by AAA, guy shows up insisting that he did not have the appropriate equipment to tow my car, in addition to complaining about having to tow my car 26 miles. He refused to do the job, referred to my suv as a piece of junk and left. Would never recommend this company.

Just had a great experience with the girl who came and rescued me. I locked my keys in a rental car in the garage at the hospital where my sister was getting surgery. I was crying when this poor woman showed up and she was nothing but kind.

I called for a tow at 830pm the dispatcher said ETA was At 9:57 I waited and waited 10:20pm came around I called J&S back there was no answer I called my insurance company they called J&S multiple times there was no answer by this time it was 10:45 pm. My insurance company told me that they would be on their way soon just give it a little more time hours went by it is now the next morning at 7:23 am and they still haven t arrived nor answered the phone. I would never use J&S or recommend this business to anyone. If I could give rate then a zero I would. Save yourself the headache don t call J&S

ETA was an hour to open my car after I locked my keys in it. Being 30 degrees out having to wait for them for them to not answer and voice mail to be full after almost 2 hours they still never showed so I had some one else come.. to then get a text to rate their service I never received. Completely unreliable and not professional.

Called Triple A because my van had a broken belt. The service person arrived in a timely manner, his name was Sal, he did an excellent job getting my van on the tow truck. Couldn't have gone smoother. Kudos to Sal.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a tow. Wouldn't answer my calls and his "business" was only five minutes from me. 15 mins after his eta he cancelled my tow with roadside assistance. Never called me back. Not good business and would never suggest to anyone. 1 star was even too much

Absolute abysmal service. Whoever works there and the last digits of their phone are -0181 should be fired or suspended. So rude and unprofessional, couldn t even complete the service aka her job. They marked in the system that they got from the towe place to my home in just 1 min I live 20 mins from them they never showed up never towed my truck was supposed to be there at 230pm yesterday they claimed they came at 902 pm last night which was a lie never called or anything I wouldn t EVER USE THIS SERVICE then they were recommended by my insurance company yeah what a wonderful business they run shouldn t get 1 star

I wanted to leave a review because I did see sum bad reviews and yes they where late but I'm at home and safe they are really busy and dealing with people along side a road they where nice when they got here and sorry for being so late I really wish people would think before they leave bad reviews we need to keep smaller businesses in business or big companies will be all that's left and we all will be waiting hours mybe even days.Service: Car towing
