I scheduled an appointment for a safety recall more than a week ahead of the service date. I took the day off work, sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes then was told the part was not in stock. In fact, the part was never ordered. This is total incompetence by your service department. Doesn t anyone check the schedule to see which parts are needed for upcoming appointments? This was an inconvenience and a waste of my time. Now I have to go back after the part arrives. You really need to do an evaluation of your service department.

Dave Brown was an excellent salesman to work with. He understood my needs and did not try to talk me into something I didn't want. I had a very specific request for the vehicle I was looking for and he was able to find me an exact match at another local dealership and obtain a dealer trade. I was very happy with the deal and treatment I received from Dave and the Riverview team.

Ordered 2024 Colorado Trail Boss from Riverview in Irwin. Got the truck on April 5th. Had 5 miles on it. April 13th, after driving 93 miles, transmission blew up. Can't get a new replacement truck. Can't get a refund. Soon, they will tear this new truck apart to replace entire transmission system. Now my new 2024 Trail Boss is just another 'rebuilt' POS.

I've purchased many vehicles through the years; however, my experience with Riverview, generally, and Christal Perich, specifically, was one of the most enjoyable. I detailed my financial parameters as well as vehicle option requirements to Christal and from there it was on auto pilot. Christal was extremely impressive in her knowledge of multiple makes and models as well as her awareness of their inventory. Her patience with me was EXTRAORDINARY - she was laser focused on matching a vehicle to my objectives and she repeatedly ran the numbers on multiple vehicles and presented me with print outs for consideration and comparison. Never once was she impatient; never once did she exert pressure; rather, she was always consistently calm and kind. After many, many hours I finally made a decision and Christal kicked into high gear to make sure that everything went smoothly. From our first interaction, through the selection and purchasing process, to sitting with me in the car explaining EVERY option before I drove home, to say Christal went above and beyond would be a gross understatement. It was my choice to visit Riverview; it was by chance that I had the good fortune to work with Christal - I highly recommend both. THANK YOU, Christal !

I recently purchased a 2024 Encore GX Avenir from Riverview and I absolutely love it!!! This is the second vehicle from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience both times. A big thank you to Ed Short and Christal Perich for going above and beyond to make this happen for me. They really listened to what I wanted and it made all the difference. Terrible service dept. Truck was there for 5 weeks, nick the service employee was Terrible i called weekly to get updates because he did not know how to communicate. Picked up truck. Not fixed, saud parts were behind. Took 5 months to get parts , nick quit, head of department [dave] says . Your parts are no longer covered under warranty!! . This place is a joke , avoid if possible

Went in to get a safety inspection, exempt emissions sticker and to install 2 tpms sensors that I supplied installed. Was given a price of approx $190 to simply install the 2 sensors that I supplied. I stated that I had sensors installed here previously for $30 each. was told that I was previously charged incorrectly . I asked what it cost to change a tire and install valve stem. Was told that was approx $25. I asked to explain what the difference was between that and changing a tpms. Was told that programming was required. I'm old but not stupid. I've re-homed tpms sensor myself and know it is a process that takes only a couple minutes to do all 4 tires. I told them to not install them then. In the meantime I called another local Chevrolet dealer and was quoted $58 total to install both sensors. Quite a difference from the $190 quoted price but very similar to the $30 each I was previously charged. I then spoke with the service manager and explained this whole situation. He agreed to use the $30 each price so as to not lose me as a customer which I had been faithfully for the past 8 years since I purchased my 2015 Cruze there in 2016 as a CPO vehicle. Also when checking out they had to credit me my $30.93 in Chevrolet reward dollars to my debit card as they "forgot" to apply them. Then when checking my inspection stickers, I discovered that they performed a full emission inspection instead of an exempt emission sticker as I had put on only approx 4000 miles in the past year meaning my emissions inspection would be exempt. The difference in cost was $16.04 which they had to refund to my debit card. Not a good experience there today.

I've written a bad review for the service department here in the past. I have not been back since. I called to speak with the person and who responded to my last review (Dave McGrogan) by requesting that I give him a call to discuss it. I left him a message that he did not return. No surprise there. I'm writing another review to say that I am suspicious that recent issues with my car are a result of their techs/mechanics. I am currently in the process of replacing the radio and GPS component in a 2017 vehicle that had less than 80k miles on it when it went out. This is after having numerous electrical issues with my vehicle that they previously mishandled and over charged me for. Sorry, but I can't help but think you may have been the reason this part failed. Also, I replaced my brakes there about 18 months ago and they are beginning to squeak again. Feels a little too soon for them to have deteriorated that much, but since I actually had to return to your shop THREE times within a week or two after you supposedly put on new brakes in order for the squeakiness to stop, then maybe I shouldn't be surprised. If you really want to speak to me regarding my concerns, take the time to look me up in your system and call me yourselves. I won't be holding my breathe waiting for that.

on 10/22/2023 I purchased this vehicle from them, before I even purchased it they tried to get me pay more for the rear differential that needed fixed which we already knew and discussed and agreed on a price before this was done. They called and said because they could not find the part they needed at the cost they thought and the one the found was a used oneI told them I would not pay another $1000 to meet them half way for this, I agreed on a price and I was not going to pay anymore for this.They did agree to sell me the car for the agreed upon price (after I told them I will just leave the car their and give them a bad review) once it was fixed, they also agreed to give me the record of the work that was done to the vehicle.So, I went ahead with the purchase when in the office I made sure to remind them of the printout of the repairs done was to be given to me, I was told they will copy them and when they brough them out they instead on sticking them in my paperwork envelope themselves. I let them being a trusting person, when I got home and went to look at it a day later or so I noticed I did not have all the pages and they left out the pages of the repairs done and only gave the pages for the general oil change, fluid fill, inspection ect normal things that would be done to a car before it is sold. I sent them text regarding this and did get the paperwork.Now I am dealing with a bad transmission that started the week of Christmas, the car did not even make it 2 months before the transmission went out on it, I did not call them at this point because I do not trust them or the work they do, I have filed a complaint directly to GMC.I am obviously dissatisfied with this as the car only has 58,000K miles on it and the transmission is bad and it is going to cost me $3,800- $4,200 to have it repaired. I do not recommend this dealer at all they are very shady and do not care about their customers.

I was impressed with the uveye vehicle scan that the dealership used to check my car for any problems that may not be available to the naked eye. The technician informed me that I needed to have a valve cover gasket replaced before my car would pass inspection. I feel that by having the latest technology to diagnose issues is a game changer and this technology lets me know that the service technician is not just saying I need repairs when in fact I do not.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience this time. They told me I needed brakes rotor and a new axle so I took it to someone I rely on and take my other cars to and he said I did not need either and my car passed inspection with flying colors. I will not be brining my car back here at all.

All around a great buying experience, when I contacted Riverview chevy by email I was quickly responded to by Dayna and explained my situation and what I was looking for, she said come in and see me and you won t be disappointed, and as Leary as I was with that statement from a salesperson, I made the hour drive, and I definitely wasn t disappointed! From the test drive to the financing and management they bent over backwards to accommodate me and my requests and my family the day we picked up our new Silverado! Riverview wasoutstanding and top notch! Dayna was by far extremely knowledgeable and the best salesperson I ve ever dealt with buying a vehicle!

rs for the trade in just flat out said he couldn t help us with either buying or leasing and said no car dealership would help us buying a car said we could travel all along 30 but realistically no one will touch us except maybe. Small mom and pop auto dealer with vehicles under 10 grand well realistically this jackass was wrong went to Kia got a estimate for a trade in for 14,500 and we kept shopping and we re gonna think it over Atleast Kia gave us a offer and would work with us and gave us estimated payments, we went to have lunch, and decided to try jeep and what do you know, they offered to work with us, they gave us the best trade in and financed us but hey we are untouchable but yeah i would avoid this place check out century three Chevrolet much nicer employees check out dodge, check out anyone else but these clowns oh what also sucked is this sales person was more concerned with talking to his wife on the phone when i was test driving and trying to ask questions oh well

TERRIBLE SERVICE Had to wait 5 months to get my vehicle fixed just for it to break down 3 weeks later.ONCE AGAINI had my car back for 3 weeks for it to break down again for the same problem and all just give me the run around, after an hour of being open they don't answer the phones I left messages and still no response TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR BRAKE work they put FAULTY brakes on my Suv my brakes were GRINDING SQUEALING a week after they put them on I have been dealing with this Dealership since December 2023 about my brakes finally I had had enough went to another Dealership they told me this brakes are really LOUD SQUEALINGand GRINDING they put new brake pads on and I have not had any problems
