Ted, Stephanie, and Annie make a great team! They had the car I wanted and it was priced right. They helped me do everything remotely so I could take the train in to Huntingdon Station and drive off same day. No bogus fees and they were super helpful and communicative while we waited on the title and other paperwork. Definitely recommend!!

Nice place, nice people. Service dept is great, prices on vehicles are crazy high. The waiting room is clean with a tv and a few magazines for enjoyment. 2 children size chairs and a few toys in the waiting room.

Great experience. They made the process easy and simple. A much better experience than the first ford truck I purchased from another dealer.

Gabby, the young lady at the service counter is very polite and professional! If you have to have your vehicle serviced, it's always a lot easier to have good folk like her and the rest at Raystown Ford!

The body work was awesome but when it comes to under the hood they make sure they don't just turn the lights off make sure they fix the problem.

Go 40 miles out of your way. It will be worth the effort. Unbelievable 3 vehicle terrible service experiences and a fourth for a family member. Not isolated accidental service problem and communication. Very clear pattern of new ownership pains. Shockingly bad! Never again....

Ted is a standup guy. He seems more like an old friend from high school than a car salesman. Great buying experience.

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2017 Ford Explorer from Ted at Huston Ford. I live over an hour away so for about a week Ted and I communicated through email and phone conversations. He quickly answered any questions that I had. Upon arrival to the dealership Ted immediately greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful to work with. We got a very good quality vehicle at a great price. We will definitely be checking with Huston Ford the next time my husband or I are vehicle shopping.

Let me just start by saying . I hate Car Shopping Until now. Brody was extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond to get me what I asked for. From type. To desired payment. Will definitely return and refer friends and family. Thanks again Brody

Great customer service. Always appreciate how Isaac calls me with updates when my car is in the shop. As someone who doesn't know a whole ton about cars, I feel I can trust the Huston Ford team to get the work done in a timely fashion and for a good price.

Good service, went there for a friend. Price is okay, but found few cosmetic issues on the car.

My first time coming here for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't know why these guys have a lot of bad reviews. Isaac and them guys did a fantastic job, and were very friendly and professional. And on top of that, I didn't have to wait long..

Took my half ton pickup to Huston Ford of Huntingdon, Pa to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and a front wheel alignment done. Service manager gave me the bill and said it was $224.00. I explained the alignment was quoted over the phone as $90, so that leaves the 4 tires that I PURCHASED PRIOR so they were not involved in the cost. The mount & balance of the 4 tires was $134. I said why so much, and the manager said because they are over size tires. I then explained that my half ton pickup is 100% factory, meaning no big wheels, no lift kits, no wheel spacers, or any other thing after market. The tires I bought were the exact same size that came from the factory. So how could they charge me for over size tires. The manager walked in the back for a minute and came back out and said that he would lower the bill. He was nice enough to take $14 dollars off, haha what a joke. I will never go there again or recommend.

Best service center I've used, trust their service department, good management, and despite the small parts department they can get what you need, they are not a big deal ship, but sufficient for the area, if you are looking for something they don't have, they WILL do their best to find it for you... Anyone who has a bad report about Huston's, don't truly give them a fair shake... I've seen them go out of their way to make customers happy!!!

We went looking for a small suv. Ted came out on the lot. From the word go he eas awesome. Very upfront and honest. Picked out a Kia Sportage. We didnt think it would happen.Ted and Matt did a wondetful job on every aspect of getting it. Within an hour we was approved. Robin general manager came and introduced himself. The team there is awesome. They will go the extra mile. Meet mike this morning to finish the deal. Off we went in our Kia. In the market for a vechicle those are the guys to go see.

I just got my first REAL new car from them, and I wouldn't have gotten it without Ted's help. Was finally able to get rid of my old junker car and he helped me choose easily the best car I've ever ridden in, a 2021 Ford EcoSport. So when you stop in, ask for Ted and he'll help you out.

Service Department is lackluster and uncaring. Visiting the area, has vehicle break down and towed to Huston. They have had the vehicle for 3 days and still haven't even brought it into the garage to diagnose it. Had to do a one way rental to get the family home. When we appealed for at least a diagnosis, we were told that they were just "Too busy" and wouldn't look at it until after the weekend, but they wouldn't be in since Monday is a Holiday, so maybe on Tuesday.

A few weeks back I took my eight month old Mustang with only 13k miles on it into Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA to get my fuel filler door fixed as it had been very loose ever since I bought the car brand new. I scheduled an appointment, dropped the car off, and picked it up later the same day and when I checked the door to confirm that it was tight, all seemed well. However, two weeks ago I was at Cars and Coffee at the Swigart Museum and was spray detailing the car when I noticed that right next to the fuel door where the hinge folds back behind the sheet metal for the quarter panel, there are two dings in the metal, one protruding outward and one slightly pushed in just under the other. Yesterday was my first day off I had since I discovered the damage so I took the car to Huston Ford of Huntingdon, PA and showed the damage to the service writer. He asked me to wait in the waiting room while he looked further into the situation so I sat there for around fifteen minutes until he finally came back out. He then proceeds to tell me that there is absolutely no way that they could be responsible for the damage and that they would not be fixing my vehicle. I explained that there was no damage whatsoever to the car before I took it in for them to fix it under factory warranty and that the hinge to the fuel door that they replaced is directly behind the damaged sheet metal. He stuck to his story that there was no way that they are taking responsibility. So then I called Ford Motor Company. They said that since the dealer is privately owned that I would have to go through their management in order to resolve this and that Ford would not be able to do anything about my situation. So I went back and requested to speak to the general manager who also happens to be the owner of the dealer, however, he was not there at the time so the receptionist took my name and number and said she would have him give me a call. So this morning I received a call from the owner of the dealer and he informed me that he had spoken with his head technician and agreed that they are NOT responsible for the damage that was so clearly caused by the work that they performed. SO basically, I took my $35,000 vehicle there to be repaired and in turn left with more (expensive) damage than I brought it in with and the dealer basically gave me the big "screw you." I have bought 3 Ford vehicles over the last four years and if this is how I am going to be treated as a customer, this will be my last. To anybody here in the Mount Union or Huntingdon area, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HUSTON FORD. YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT.

Their $135 hourly service rate, especially for this area, is outrageous. I will never step foot in this dealership again.
