Mike & Jack were great. Great extended warranty & perks on a new CX-50 purchase! They gave me a fair offer for my trade in as well. Everyone at the dealership has been very friendly and helpful. It's quite a relaxing experience there which has not been the case at other dealers I've dealt with in the past. The Mazda dealership is also a brand new building and is beautiful!

Came in knowing that I wanted to purchase a Mazda3 at a set budget, and was given the full white glove treatment. Sue was kind, took the time to actually talk to me as a human being instead of a commission check, and never pushed the boundaries I d set. Between her and Jack in financing, I walked out having had a great couple of hours, and drove off the lot in my beautiful new car. I spoke with Jake while waiting for the car to be detailed and had a blast, it s very obvious what a wonderful culture and environment is being fostered here. When my girlfriend goes to get her next car, without a doubt we ll be coming to Kenny Ross Mazda.

I just got a Mazda CX30. Sue my saleswoman was very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly personable! I m beyond happy with my new vehicle and all that comes with it. I look forward to maintaining my vehicle and am super happy.

Sue was amazing! I was anxious about the buying process but she made it very seamless and easy and I felt like she was looking out for my best interest. Jack the fiance manager was great too. Both made the experience extremely easy.

Bought a Mazda 3 here and had a great experience. Sue in Sales was absolutely amazing and would never recommend going to any other car dealership because of her. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to get me into a new car. Thank you!

I purchased a 2023 CX-5 on 9-11-23 at this location. After visiting a lot of other dealers on this day, I was greeted by Susan, who made me feel special. She was very professional and polite and just listened to my needs in my quest to find a new vehicle. She wasn't pushy and overbearing. I also met Keri, who was just as professional and communicated well. They both explained everything in detail. This was my best car buying experience ever. There's no doubt these 2 women are huge assets to this organization.

Zack, Matt, and Jeff were extremely helpful while purchasing a vehicle. They provided lots of additional information and they were extremely friendly as well. One of the best customer services around the area when I looked at other Mazda dealers.

Keri, Susan and Zach were phenomenal. After a very tiresome weekend of visiting dealerships, I wasn t expecting to buy the car I wanted on a Tuesday evening with an hour prior to closing time. I m so happy we found exactly what we wanted. The process was quick and easy and dare I say, it was fun. Not typical of the car buying experience. The showroom is absolutely gorgeous!

I had an amazing experience at Kenny Ross Mazda! I have purchased many vehicles, to include other Mazdas, and I have not had such a seamless experience. Sue and Jacob took amazing care of me upon arrival and Zach in finance was fantastic! I did a ton of research beforehand and they got me the best rate of anywhere I shopped. I will absolutely buy here again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Just bought my first ever Mazda. I was very apprehensive but Mike was very patient and great with me and his knowledge of the car helped me to feel more confident in my decision. Jack, in finance, was so helpful in explaining all my buying options. He really tried hard to help me to help me financially and it was worth it. What a great team.

Came into the dealership with my heart set on a CX-5, fell in love with a carbon edition Mazda 3. The service was great, especially Chance. Answered all my questions and lead me to the vehicle that fits me best. They had a great selection of trims and models to choose from. Overall the experience was great and I expect to come back here for my next vehicle hopefully a long time from now.

Matt was excellent!! He explained and answered all my questions, went on my test drive and helped my mother out with some antacids. Great sales man!! I was ready to head to another dealership, but he worked with my payment plan. The extra mile!! Jack was great as well.

Went in on a Saturday to buy a 2024 CX-5 Carbon for my girlfriend, ended up also trading in my WRX for a 2024 Mazda3 Carbon Turbo! Jake was a great salesperson, didn t pressure us in any way. He made great points about me also getting a car and that s what we did. He stayed with us after hours put us in the perfect cars. Highly recommend Jake and Kenny Ross!

We bought a lightly used 2023 Mars Orange Kia Soul there almost 2 weeks ago and came out loving our experience with Nick Alesi (sales consultant) and Phil Montesano (Sales Manager). They were super nice people and they were able to make happen exactly what we wanted! But; I warn you to watch out as Bigfoot is lurking around the dealership.

(updated)Was interested in a used vehicle they had, gave them all my contact info, then they went dead air in regards to the vehicle I was inquiring about. Now I'm just getting spammed from them about their deals.Edit: Mike and the sales manager reached out in regards, so I stopped to run numbers. They both were nice to deal with. But the numbers were way off. There was 2k tacked on for services I would not have wanted if given any choice in the matter, And the car was modified by the last owner. So the sticker price was definitely high due to the vehicle being altered from stock unfortunately. I couldn't justify a monthly payment $100 higher than what we bought my wife's brand new truck for 2 years ago, for 8 year old unprofessionally modified car with no warranty.The team was a pleasure to deal with though, and if I was buying new I'm sure I'd be a happy customer now, but I obviously still could not recommend KRM for a used purchase. To no fault of the sales team.

As our Mazda3, purchased elsewhere used, is owed an inspection from the dealer who sold us the vehicle, and after a young salesman at a retail automotive chain just tried to sell us the completely WRONG power steering fluid, I thought it prudent to inquire about a few things with a true, professional Mazda dealership. I found such a place in Kenny Ross Mazda. Brandon was polite and courteous, didn't get pushy or try to upsell us but rather was empathetic and fully honored the coupon Kenny Ross Mazda currently offers which is a free, 27 point inspection of our car by a certified Mazda mechanic. I found the offer (which expires on 3/31/2024) late last night, I scheduled an appointment online at that time and Brandon got me in at 9:00 A. M. For free. There was an opinion and estimate of suggested repairs which, as I explained to Brandon, that I'll see how the dealer we recently purchased the car from is going to deal with first. Regardless, I have an appreciation that will last for some time as Kenny Ross honored their offer, in total. Thank you guys and, of course, we'll utilize the pros at Kenny Ross to do that recall work once those parts arrive, minimally.

I had an excellent experience at Kenny Ross Mazda and highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.Obviously the car-buying process has potential to be stressful, especially with a six year old child in tow. Not the case - it was a hassle-free experience for me. Susan, my sales associate, made me feel comfortable right away and truly had my best interests at heart. I felt like I had known her my whole life and trusted her almost instantly. Susan had snacks ready for my son, was very genuine, honest and patient, and made very helpful recommendations. She even helped me clean all the junk and crumbs out of my rental vehicle and arranged for it to be picked up so I could drive home in my new car!Jack in the finance department was great as well. He got me approved quickly, was thorough when explaining my options, and got me out the door and into my new vehicle before my son got impatient.Great new facility as well!Thanks to the team at Kenny Ross Mazda for the positive car buying experience.

Susan is the very best car salesperson I've ever dealt with. What separated her from others was her genuine compassion for my daughter, and thorough professionalism. During the entire car buying process she didn't seem like someone selling a car, but instead a friend who wanted to do what was best for my daughter. It was my first time buying a car and I am so glad I went to Kenny Ross Mazda to make my purchase on my CX30. We had gone multiple other places to test drive and ask questions, but it couldn t have been an easier decision to buy from here. We worked with Nick, who was extremely helpful in making our decision. Such a kind and genuine person! He was trustworthy and very patient with us. He thoroughly answered any questions we had and showed me how to use every feature in the cx-30 and sat with us to set all the settings and to make sure we understood it all. He even checked in with us a few days later to make sure I was liking the car and if I had any questions. Ashley helped us finalize the process and was great as well with answering any questions and explaining everything. I was grateful for our experience with Nick and Ashley and couldn t be happier with my Mazda Cx-30!

Thank you to Brian and the entire service team at Kenny Ross Mazda for being stellar! I called in for a last-minute state inspection/emissions appointment and everyone involved was extremely helpful and kind. The team had my vehicle up to date and looking brand new in no time!The entire staff was great, the building is brand new, and the service process was one of the easiest I've ever had.Thank you all again!

Recently purchased mazda from saleswoman Susan. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was not only the nicest car dealer we dealt with in our car search but the most knowledgeable about the cars as well. She answered every question and concern with ease and honesty to make sure that we were finding the best fit for us, without any tricks or misleading information. Susan did more than necessary to help us out in finding the best deal and I could not be happier with my purchase. Will be buying from her in the future!

We purchased a 2024 CX-50 on 10-24-23 at Kenny Ross Mazda. It was our pleasure to have worked with Sue, Zack, Joe and Phil to make this happen. Sue is down to earth, upbeat, great personality and very professional. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in with no pressure involved. Zack handled our finances in a very professional manner and made us feel extremely comfortable with all his information as to what we needed to do regarding our new purchase. If you are looking to purchase a new Mazda now or in the future and want to have a great buying experience, we definitely would recommend you ask for Sue and Zack.
