The worst experience that I ve ever had it was convenient they were able to get me in on a first come first serve basis since I needed my inspection done, and I had waited too long to get it done, but they failed me for one of the main Reasons they said was I needed new wiper blades, and my wiper blades were only two months old Also stated that I needed an engine mount that had a slight crack in it and the same way with a muffler mount. Ridiculous. Never going back here again.

The staff is always excellent at the Irwin location. They are upbeat and positive. They are professional looking and always get the job done with a great attitude and competency. I ve tried the competition and I will be back to this location. It s really been a breath of fresh air.

I will be bringing my work truck here from now on.Up until today I had always taken it to Valvoline because that's where my service manager told me to take it. Well because of Valvoline's plastic drain plug policy and having to call every time to make sure they had drain plugs in stock I decided to go to Jiffy Lube.The staff was very friendly. They allowed me stand next to the garage door and watch everything they did. And most importantly they saved my truck from having to be towed to the dealership.When the technician that was replacing the oil filter spent about 10 minutes trying to get it off. When it finally broke it free he had unthreaded the stem that the oil filter threads onto and the oil filter was still stuck on. Between the manager, Steve, working on the truck and tools I had in my truck we were able to get the filter off of the stem. We ended up needing to use a breaker bar with a cheater pipe to get the oil filter off of the stem.After this visit I will be bringing my truck here for my oil changes and will warn people about going to Valvoline.

Once my cars get a little older, I take them to a nearby Jiffy Lube. I have been going to the same one for very many years. It's nice when I arrive someone there remembers me. Also, same great service and customer service.

Employees T. Foley and Thomas F. fixed my two broken valve stems in my brand new rear tires. They were broken by Mr. Tires, who would not do it free of charge nor could they get me in until the next few days. These gentleman did it within a half hour and were extremely kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Over the years, I have routinely run as many as 20 vehicles through the Jiffy Lube in Irwin, PA. I have always been wholly satisfied with the quality of work and the outstanding customer service.

Can t say enough good things about Steve. I will never go anywhere else, these guys are the best. Instead of just telling you what is wrong with the vehicle, they will take you to the car and show you. Other local companies are not as transparent, so I appreciate this the most about this location.

The team did a great job from Steve the team leader to the young lady who rang up the services. I highly recommend the Jiffy lube in Irwin. I just was back again today for inspection! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!I just want to say that the group of guys at this location went above and beyond to make sure the our vehicle was safe and well-serviced. The manager Stephen and his staff were quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful in informing me of all issues with our car. The place was filthy. Used to always go there years ago and it was a 10 all around. Now is a 2 . Won't be back. Employees nice, but not much urgency in there work. CLEAN THE PLACE.

It has been a while since i reviewed this establishment so I will update. Today I brought in my vehicle because I realized my inspection expired, so I asked if they could accomadate an inspection upon drive up. They quickly pulled the vehicle in and and performed a complete inspection, asked if I needed any other services and got me on my way. ( 2 years ago) I had a flat and the staff were prompt and quick and were able to replace my tire quickly. Great service.

Super convenient! I needed a basic old change and air filter. They had my car done in about an hour and it was decently priced. The staff was extremely friendly. I ve been to a few locations in the past but the North Huntingdon location has the best staff by far

Hats off! Best Service in the area. The whole team is great to work with. 30 mins flat for majority of repairs and changes. I m only leaving a 1 because I can t leave a 0. This was hands down the worst car service I ve had on any vehicle and my family and I will most certainly never use Jiffy Lube again. I ll be sure to let friends and family know of my terrible experience so they don t waste their time and money. They let my Intoxalock go off without alerting me and drained my transmission fluid instead of oil. So I got to spend $250 extra dollars in fees this month. Thanks, Jiffy Lube! I appreciate the $15 dollars off.Service: Oil change

Terrible! 45 minutes to change oil, no one else there! 4 guys standing around, washed my already clean glass and streaked it up..If you have time to kill and want to spend $75.00 on a oil change go there. Or go to Penzoil in 15 minutes have oil changed for $45.00Rude people as well!

I always have my extremely active and restless toddler with me when I stop in for an oil change. Waiting patiently is somewhat of a challenge. However the technicians are quick, efficient, and polite. Other waiting customers have been understanding and friendly. Great service and great atmosphere.
